UNFAIR CLAIM DENIAL! My ticket # is 1234201.
05/20/2021 i purchased a king size mattress $1399 and 2 twin size base boxes (179 each) and, i noticed that it was sinking in the middle. i called and started a claim and was set for a tech to come inspect the new mattress which was set 4weeks away. Unfortunately, the tech had a family emergency and i had to be rescheduled for another 3weeks. Meanwhile, the sinking has caused severe backache. eventually the tech came and inspected the mattress and even before he could get started, he said he could already see the dip and proceeded with inspection.
When he was done, he said Conns should be contacting me within 3days and let me know the replacement process.
After 5days, i called because no call was ever made to me, only to be told that my bed which is also new and bought on the same day w/the mattress and base boxes has only 3 base support boards and the manufacturer of the mattress requires 5, therefore the claim was denied. I called the manufacturer where i was told they only require 5support boards if there is no base and my mattress should not be sinking if i have base boxes. Why should a mattress be sinking even before you lay or sit on it if its on base boards? Now to make matters worse, Each time i call, i'm told someone will call me back, i have never even received a denial letter and no where on my contract does it mention that one must have 5bottom support planks in order to file a claim on a mattress that was sold to me when it was already defected. The fact that i'm being transferred to every department yet i'm still paying for this mattress and having back pain and lack of sleep is frustrating. i've done business w/conns before but this time, the experience has not been transparent if even getting a denial letter w/proper explanation can't be mailed or emailed on a bogus reason that even manufacturer says that there is a condition on when they require 5support planks, ie when there's no base boards. It makes no sense on the reasoning behind the denial because base boards aren't soft, they don't sink unless they way old and that would only be when laid on or sat on. This matter needs escalation as my back pain is getting worse each day

Billing issue not resolved
Please review response from Conns in pictures provided below posted to my Facebook account. I have also contacted the Attorney General regarding this concern. I have entered a Google Review as well. Conns refuses to resolve my billing issue and gives the same scripted response in every attempt. Leader refuses to leave contact information or any voice message when making one attempt to contact me.
Desired outcome: Refuse to remove interest and not helpful in a resolution
I'm currently through a similar issue with Conns. I paid my account off 2 years ago and been assured it was an error on their behalf yet I've been sent to collections 3 times already. I've called countless times and I'm no closer to a resolution. I'm considering legal action at this point since Conns refuses to do the right thing.
The whole process
On saturday 8/14/21 I went in the conns dallas location on bainbridge and met with everett jackson. After completing the process the delivery was set for sunday 8/15/21 from 11:30-2:30. I rec'd a call after 2 stating the driver was running 30-45 late which was fine. They show up closer to 4pm only to drop the boxes off without installing and made it very clear they were told not too, which didn't make since because mr. Jackson told me several times to make sure the pieces wasn't damaged. I was also told they were supposed to be off and was called in (maybe that's why it was rush to leave not sure) after they left I texted mr. Jackson to see if I missed something since my house is just has huge boxes everywhere, he assured me they were supposed to install and his manager was on top of it and would give me a call that same day to resolve. (I still have the text in my phone for proof) nothing! Monday morning I waited for a call nothing, I called the store and was instructed I needed to speak with the warehouse, the young lady I spoke with (after hearing my issue) stated "yea sometimes the drivers just do what they want to do" and again assured me she was putting in a ticket for tuesday and I would receive a call after 8pm for my timeframe. After 8pm rolls around I have yet to hear anything so I called to make sure and here we go I was told the young lady never put in a ticket wow. I requested a manager. Mike called me back and stated he would try his best to get someone out but was more than positive he couldn't (which was fine because he was being honest and it wasn't his fault) but he also stated he contacted the general manager and promised someone would call me today tuesday morning between 9-10 well guess what nothing. At this point i'm very upset. I call again to see what's going on only to be told well he didn't put any notes so we can just come tomorrow (wednesday) I asked at this point to just come pick up the boxes and was told since I accepted them that wasn't an option. I dealt with conns back in 2011 and it was great but this has been the worse and I will never use this company again. I'm very easy to deal with because i'm a manager over dallas, waco, fort worth, athens and houston for durable medical equipment so I understand things happen but this is unacceptable. I had to move in a very urgent situation I have 4 children so we have yet to have a table to sit n eat I literally only have folding chairs and my daughter is having to sleep on her mattress only. This is so wrong. Just a simple phone call would have been grateful. I even expressed with my job I was unable to work from home on wednesday but guess what no one cared.. I mean at this point why would they? I will be losing hours tomorrow while waiting for someone to come complete a job that should have been done sunday even now if they could just pick it up i'm ok we have suffered this long a few more days of working with another co wouldn't hurt. Again i'm very easy to work with but just to be ignored and pushed to the backburner on someone else mistakes is not fair. Lastly I texted mr. Jackson yesterday and he never responded but couldnt beat him calling and texting to get me to come to make the purchase.

Customer Service and Poor Quality of some products
I have been dealing with Conns for several years and until COVID always paid my bills before time. However after COVID hit I had a hard time paying because I wasn't working and they harassed the crap out of me and never gave me a break now I'm unemployed and a customer service person called and asked when can I make a payment and I told her maybe by the end of the month and she going to tell me well I'll call you in a couple of days and I said I don't know why because I'm not going to have any money and she said I can't stop the calls.I do not recommend any one to buy from this company because they are inconsiderate and some of there products aren't that good. Ex bought a TV they have worked on 4 times and it's still not the best and the manager in Monroe La tells me I can't get another one and if I turn this one in it will go on my credit. Also, bought air conditioner and it's not working good either. High prices and low quality
Not Receiving Promotional Visa Gift Card After Purchase on December 20, 2020
My name is Tammy Arrington and my account #[protected]. I made a purchase on 12/20/2021 and there was a Visa gift card promotion at the time of my purchase. The promotion clearly stated that 3 MONTHS after my purchase, I would receive a $300 Visa gift card. My furniture was not delivered until March 2021 because the chest was not in stock on the purchase date. Since my delivery date of March 2021, I have patiently waited two additional months and still NO VISA GIFT CARD. I have called Conn's customer service on July 27, 2021 to file a claim #1226278 with Michelle. At that time, I was informed that my matter would be expedited and I should hear from someone within 72 hours. NEVER heard from anyone. I called again on July 30th and was told that my Visa card had ALREADY mailed. Called again on August 5th and Samantha informed me that it would take at least 10 business days from July 27th for Conn's to mail my Visa gift card and if I had not received the Visa by August 11th, to give Conn's a call back. Still no Visa on August 11th. Called and spoke with Maria who now states that the card, takes a little while to process." Finally I spoke with a supervisor Rosendo who stated the exact same thing as Maria but only RE-PHRASED his excuse, "it takes 3-4 weeks to process."
I then requested Conn's Corporate contact information from Rosendo and was informed that he was a part of corporate. I again requested the CEO or someone higher but was not given any additional information or the option to speak with someone else.
If Conn's Home Plus has not honored the advertising sales promotion with 5 days. I will be contacting the CEO, Chairman President, and Director-Norman Miller, as well as the Chief Acct. Officer-Robert R. Nelson with this unprofessional matter. And if I am unsuccessful, I will then file my complaint with The Better Business Bureau and with Jennifer Julian-WTVD.

FurnitureThey miss something on my sofa and I called Cons and told them then my sofa is not complete so they send someone to check my sofa and they said two pieces was bad on my house so a lady calls me give me a number out to go to a store and on the store manager told me to throw away my couch there was a Scrap The Monday they will deliver my new sofa when they went clear to my house they asked me for the old sofa so I throw it away because it was trash then I told him the manager told me to throw it away Fernando from Fry Road and I 10 Houston Texas Cons called me saying that they already fire the manager I don't want the man of your fire I told him I want my problem fixed already find my old couch on my neighbors garage he pick it up a year before and sold it to me for $100 so Cons told me before that if itCall Saul me to if I find my sofa That will fix my problem so I have them now and I want to know if I can get my thing fixed still I haven't I have my last payment to do please call me back my phone number is [protected]

This is my 3rd attempt in having someone contact me since Thursday. I am copying my original complaint. The issue is still not resolved and we've encountered more setbacks since Thursday. 2 guys came to deliver our things and asked for an exchange. I told them I don't have anything to exchange so they said they are calling conns. Instead of doing that they loaded all of the furniture back in the truck and left. I had to run after them to come back. When they drive back to my house they said they can't deliver anything unless I have something to exchange. They then laughed at me bc I was very upset and then gave myself and my 2 sons the middle finger. What kind of thugs are working for conns? I am beyond pissed and at this point and livid. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. Is it because I am a woman? Is it because I am Hispanic? They would have never done this if my husband had been home. After waiting to talk to someone for 56 min. We have spoken with an Allison who says the ticket was wrong and no exchange should have been asked for and then Maria in the warehouse hung up on us when we were explaining the situation. I need to speak to the highest authority with Conn's to have this rectified. I still don't have my furniture, I was disrespected (along with my 2 sons) and my next step to to go to the news station to bring light on the kind of employees Conn's has working for them. Thanks in advance for getting back to me ASAP as this is a very serious matter.
We had billing issues (over billing) with Netcom Business IT Solutions. Their IT guy Gonzalo Silvera added stuff they did not install to the invoice and overbilled my company for the hours.
When we contacted them, someone told us they will get back to us. After three days Dagoberto Borbolla aka Dago called back and insisted that the invoice is correct and he proceeded to accuse us that we removed the stuff we were billed for. We are no computer people and we don't know how to remove stuff from the computer.
They are all thieves. We will never use them again.

Samsung refrigerator
Bought this refrigerator on May 24, 2021. On JULY 28th, it began to make a noise. We called the service center, they told us to call Samsung warranty. Samsung took 3 days to come out and tell us the COMPRESSOR is out on our BRAND NEW FRIDGE! Samsung will "replace" it, but WE DIDNT PURCHASE A REFURBISHED REFRIGERATOR! Conns will do absolutely NOTHING even though THEY sold it to us!
WE WILL NEVER SHOP AT CONNS AGAIN!

Non- delivery of refrigerator
Tonya Collins: I was scheduled to have my refrigerator delivered on 7/31 between hours of 2:30-5:30pm. I received a call from Kia dispatch manager stating there were issues with the delivery truck and my appliance will still be delivered that day. However; my appliance wasn't delivered and I had not received a follow up call or notification of the reason for non- delivered item. I spoke to my salesperson, Jordan ( Metairie location) on yesterday regarding the non- delivery. He had informed me that my refrigerator was going to be delivered tomorrow according to the district manager. I spoke to my salesperson today and he reiterated that my item will be delivered today according to the district manager. Now I'm being told by him the delivery will be tomorrow because the trucks has already gone out. District manager or salesperson failed to keep their word in delivery of my product. I have spoken with a representative at the corporate office ( Jessica) and she was told my the district manager that my product will be delivered today. Now I was inconvenient on yesterday and now I'm being asked to be inconvenient for tomorrow. This has been an horrible experience. The representative for your company "words" means nothing to their customers.

No delivery, no refund, no customer service
I had a problem with picking up my order on 3 July 2021. Was contacted 3 days later by a customer service rep saying they liked to handle problems within 72 hours. This is now the 30th of July, no resolution. Have talked to 3 reps via email. Have asked for a supervisor's email and number, only response was for the last rep (who did not even bother identifying herself) to ask me the same questions I answered on the 6th of July. Do not waste your money on this company!

LG washing machine
WARNING! DO NOT SHOP AT CONN'S!
I bought a two set LG washing machine and dryer on the 10th of July, the vendor Aylin Zarate from Conn's store 097 is the worst vendor that I have ever met. The washing machine did not work we made claims to the store and the department of shipping but no one helped me out, we had to wait 4 hours on the phone and when we went to the store to speak to someone the manager was busy and no one wanted to help out with this problem. You tell them the defect that the washing machine has but they write something else then what the actual problem is for the washing machine. When they send the technicians to the house they check something else and say something else than what the actual problem is and Conn's store does not do anything. They make you go back and forth to see if anything they have done, the number they put in the contract down below does not exist even when you try to call for a complaint it does not work or even exist the number is [protected] this number is under the contract but does not work at all! You do not have anywhere else to complain and no one helps you from the store or even the department its better to buy it at the traders village since they have more guarantee and they at least help you out if their is actually a problem. And when the deliverers come to replace the washing machine 27th of July they end up taking it back to the truck and not replacing them because for them the washing machine that we first got delivered works perfectly fine for them even if the washing machine does not rinse or shake horribly to the point that it moves alot from the floor. And they say now that I do not have a place to make a complaint and I have been on the phone for 6 hours and no one picks up to resolve this issue and the LG washing machine costed me $1, 300 plus $400 of insurance which sucks since it did not work for me at all and I have to pay that since I have not gotten any help from Conn's. It is better to shop at Home Depot or Lowe's since they will help you and you will save a lot of money. WARNING DO NOT SHOP AT CONN'S!
Online vs In Store Purchasing
Where do I start? Fathers Day was approaching, I thought, let me just make a cash purchase from Conn's, so I go online and purchase a sound bar. We get the sound bar, connect it and the subwoofer does not work. I call Samsung. I don't even bother Conn's cause maybe I'm doing something wrong. Samsung can't get it working either. A couple days later, I get an email from Samsung and they don't have a replacement and don't know when they will be getting any. So the tech calls me and tells me to box it up and take it back to Conn's and request a new one or an upgrade of whatever they could get ahold up. Went to the store they refused to replace and told me I had to go through the online department because that is where I purchased it from (even though I picked it up from here Harvey Louisiana Store). So after 45 minutes of my lunch break spent with the store manager going back and forth on the phone with the online dpt, she tells me to leave it there and they will ship it to repair. Repair calls me on July 7th to tell me he is shipping it off the next day. I called the 18th and without even checking, the manger tells me to contact the online department that they don't have it there. Today is July 20th, called the online dpt and they gave me a tracking number that shows it was delivered on 7/13th! Online warm transfers me back to the store. The Manager was busy each time I called. So the last time I called, I said I DON'T NEED A MANAGER TO TELL ME IF MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE STORE! ANY HUMAN SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THAT. Finally they come back on the phone and tell me it's there and ready for pick up. But get this…then "John" calls and says we were just calling to let you know your package was ready for pick up. :/ NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM CONNS AND THIS WAS A CASH SALE!
Desired outcome: An apology would be nice. This was a gift and so embarrassing, he probably thought it was refurbished.

On April 19, 2021, I purchased three items from Conns Plus, located on the Gulf Freeway in Houston, Texas. My initial payment for the previous three items were not due until May 19, 2021 in the amount of $91.40. Please note that I also had another account with Conns, where the last payment was due on June 5, 2021. However, I paid the account off on May 28, 2021 in the amount of $86.11.
On April 30, 2021, I paid my First payment on the April 19, 2021 purchase in the amount of $91.40 . I made a second payment of $91.40 on May 28, 2021. I made a third payment on June 28, 2021 in the amount of $91.40. On July 22, 2021, I made another payment of $91.40.
I am constantly contacted monthly by telephone and email in regard to my payments being late. I have spoken to several Conns Associates about my account. I was last informed on June 28, 2021, by a Conns Associate that my account was set up as a cash pay off account, therefore my Conns payment book was incorrect. The Conns Associate assured me that this issue would be corrected. However, I was contacted via email on July 21, 22, 2021, stating that my account is again PAST DUE.
Desired outcome: I am asking that this matter be corrected, thanks in advance.
Defective merchandise! No help!

I purchased my couch set from Conns on 4/7/21 delivered 4/9/21. Note, I am almost NEVER home as I work very long hours and hit the gym prior to work. Therefore no one is ever home to sit on the furniture and observe the issues with them. It took a few weeks for the issues to start to come to light. The basics are that once I noted the issues in June I began to try and reach Conns for help to no avail, they told me they would not help and I must reach out to the repair dept. From 6/22 until a 7/13 I was constantly emailing the warranty department, calling and sitting on hold for over an hour, etc. until I finally got someone to assist me with a claim form. I immediately did all the pictures they requested and the form and emailed them it in and CC'd myself for confirmation. A few days later I called and was told they didn't get it. I got upset with the person on the phone so she finally scheduled a repairman who came yesterday to look at them. I took a picture of his report that I am including. He told me he sends it to the manufacturer to "see what they will do about it" I purchased these only a couple of months ago from Conns and they are NOT holding up. This is unacceptable from brand new couches! Conns needs to do something about this. When all this began I also started researching the manufacturer and the couches trying to get some help from anyone and found that these particular couch styles seem to be an ongoing issue and I am not the only one that has had issues with them. I have had couches for years with constant family use that have held up better and looked better than these did 6 weeks in. (mind you with almost NO use.) There is something really wrong here. I am begging someone to help me. I even called the store and asked for the manager on several occasions and was left on hold and he never came to the phone and after a full hour 3 different times I hung up. I do not want these couches! I want them returned! I will purchase a different style completely but not these! Conns can keep any payments I have made on these already for all I care, but please return them and refund the balance!

LG refrigerator - repair under warranty
This is an official complaint on the service that we are receiving with your Conn's Appliance Warranty. On July 15th our LG Refrigerator, entire unit quit working. We found water all over our kitchen floor, Friday, July 16th and had to throw out most of the contents from both top and freezer.
My husband, Hilario (Larry) Gonzales called Conns at 8:00 AM on Friday July 16th at [protected] provided the Serial Number of the refrigerator and was provided a work order by Lydia located at your San Antonio location, Work Order 2026251. She said that she would try to get someone out the next day which was Saturday. To look for an email or we would be called or texted. She said that they would make sure someone was out to repair the unit within 48 hours. This did not occur.
My husband called again on Monday, July 19th at 8:00 and was given an expedited ticket 1221964. He as told at this point that it would be an additional 48 - 72 hours for a scheduled repair.
We received a text and an email at 12:31 PM, today, 07/20/21. confirming an appointment for Thursday, July 22 between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Then at 3:40 we were called by A&E stating that we needed to reschedule our appointment. I missed the call but immediately called them back and ended getting a recording but requested a call back. I was called back at 3:58 PM. I was told that the technician already had an appointment at our scheduled time and that I needed to reschedule. I asked why we had to reschedule and not the other client but was not responded to but told that I could confirm an appointment for Friday, July 23 from 1:00 - 5:00. I was asked if I wanted to confirm that appointment and I stated I guess I did not have a choice. That would put us out a week without a refrigerator.
My 102-year-old mother is extremely ill, and I need to have a refrigerator to be able to care for her properly and my husband is diabetic and needs to keep his medicine refrigerated. I know my husband stated that initially that they said they did not have a service representative in Lubbock so they would have to have someone come in, but this is really a hardship on our family. I asked that if there are any openings where A&E can come earlier that we be put in that slot.
Then I was told that we were elite customers, so they wanted to set up a special call to talk about our HVAC and insulation. I told them we were not interested just needed our refrigerator repaired or replaced as soon as possible. After being forced out of our original appointment and not having a service person show up after the proclaimed 48 hours, was not feeling like an elite customer, but rather taken advantage of.
We feel that there has been a gross misrepresentation of what you would do for us. We feel we made an investment in buying from you and would have gone back, but with the recent events, feel you have lost us as a customer, and we will make sure to warn others that what you promise is not what you do. You will not get any referrals or future business from us from our friends, family, and acquaintances once we share this experience and will ask they warn others as well so they are not put in the same situation that you have put us.

I recent got a safe
Refrigerator on credit from conns and to my knowledge the delivery guys were supposed to assemble the doors, handles, shelves, but they dropped it off in the kitchen and left the doors and the handles and the shelves for me to assemble. Im not a refrigerator technician. I was actually on vacation and my son accepted the delivery. The next day my son attempted to assemble it to surprise me for when I got home I didn't have to not only assemble it but to throw all the carton and the packaging away to the dumpster. By the way that was very thoughtful of my boy but He Is Not A Refrigerator Technician either! He called me and said as he was unpacking it he noticed a crack about 2 inches long on the bottom shelf which is made out of plastic and holds the air from exiting into the atmosphere. I left an email and nobody has even attempted to email me back. Now my first payment is due and I have a broken fridge what do I do? Daniel Hernandez [protected] please help

I purchased a samsung refrigerator including stove, and dish washer. When it was delivered it had a scratch and the delivery guys told me to sign as received and to contact conns customer service about getting probably replaced. Which l did they submitted a ticket and its been over a week and no one had contacted me back. My name is Jose Cavazos and l have been trying to reach someone but no answer. I need someone to call me back asap at [protected] please. I have been a Conns customer for over 15 yrs and this is the first time l have an issue and ots mot been resolved, otherwise l need to return the stuff l bought and l will have to go somewhere else.

How conns almost killed my family

Good afternoon my name is Jaime Valiente i have been a customer with Conn's for a while, i might have missed a payment here and there but nothing too serious. Long story short, on 7/10/2021 my wife, son and i decided to shop at Conn's for a set of washer and dryer. The night before my wife and i decided to give up on our old set, still functional but inconvenient at one point. I can honestly tell you i do not have the money to be able to afford a new set of W/D. i just started to work, i have been unemployed because of the pandemic but we are blessed to be healthy. On 7/10 i was approved for a new set of W/D from Conn's, a ticket of almost $3, 000.00 which it very steep for me but my wife love them and you know what they say happy wife, husband gets to watch sports. On 7/11 the W/D were delivered, assembled and installed. The delivery gentlemen said everything was copacetic and were on their way.
I am an over the road truck driver and sometimes i do not get home until a week after leaving. on 7/12 my wife calls me and complaints about having headaches and feeling nauseous, so i think nothing of it and i just tell her to lay down and take aspirin, i am about 300 miles at that time, the day goes on.
on 7/14 i am in West Texas about 580 miles from home, my wife calls me complaining again about the same from before and now tells me my son is also throwing up and our babysitter fells nauseous and smells gas, i immediately thought about the gas dryer being the culprit. I ask and tell my wife to try her best to move the unit to be able to get to the shut off valve but i know she is not going to be able to do so, those things are massive for a woman her size. The next best thing i can think of is to have her shut off the gas completely leaving them without a stove and hot water until i can make it home or Conn's can send someone out there to correct the problem, and from past instance and experiences i know they are not going to take the issue as urgent as i am taking it because they do not care about my family, sad but true. I call customer service quickly and after being on hold for almost 45
mins, i explain my situation and i get transfer to "someone else" after being on hold for 30 mins. I explain the current situation to the representative and she says that the best they can do is someone can come the following day on 7/14 which i was not happy with because i needed someone there ASAP! HELLO IT IS A GAS LEAK! i hope you can understand my frustration. With nothing else i can do in my part the rep said the repair man would be there on 7/14 at about noon. On 7/14 the gentleman who came to fix the problem showed my wife the massive leak on the connections of the gas dryer, by doing a simple test and explaining to her the negligence that could have cost them their lives, The W/D unit are located right where my sons room is, where he plays and sleeps. Every single time i go out on the road to be able to provide for my family, i put my family's life and my life in GODS hands, everywhere i go and wherever i find myself away from my wife and son i always commend them to GOD. I firmly believe that for those 2 DAYS that gas leak was present in my sons room, no one else but GODS good grace kept him and my wife safe. I also thank GOD he gave me time to reflect on this situation, i was so MAD i immediately called to maybe cuss someone out and when i did call no one answered, i just got home this morning at 3am and i cant begin to tell you how glad i am that i can get home to them. i ask my self, was this purchase of $3, 000 worth it? i ask my wife how the units operate and she loves them, she has no complaints about them but we are glad the problem was corrected, i feel it should have been corrected promptly. i am sharing my experience with you so later in the future something can be done to avoid a casualty to someone else. I ordered a refrigerator end of May 2021 my delivery was stated for July 9th I waiting and waiting no delivery. I call the next day to hear your order was out of stock. No sorry no I will discount your order nothing. I received a email later with a new delivery date 8.15.21. July 11th I received a email my order will be delivered 7.15.21 I also confirmed delivery & was very happy to receive my product. Then I get a call three hours before delivery that the product was damaged my response are you kidding me. No ma'am I'm sorry nothing. Only it will be replaced no delivery date or nothing. I'm currently not able to move without my refrigerator I been waiting since the end of May o don't know what games Conn's play but this won't happen to me again. I ordered the refrigerator cause my friend in Tx have one and she purchased from Conn's so I fell in love with it and wanted one. But I will not refer anyone to this company this not business, how are refrigerator get damaged and it's fully wrapped and secured. I should have been offered to go pick up at nearest location or something I paid 800$ down for this product. I could have shopped anywhere but my friend insured me Conn was it. I will report to the BBB

Home installation damage/installed incorrectly
I had a delivery made today 07/15/2021. The delivery was a washer & dryer. I noticed scratches on the floor by laundry room.
The delivery guy started a cycle before leaving. Told me after that I could start using washer. Once the cycle finished I started washing this afternoon around 3 I went in and slipped and fell on a big puddle of water coming from under washer. It's unbelievable that this happened, I would think they are sending people who know how to install appliances. I just had a c section almost 2 months ago and a baby that I always have in arms. Thank god I was not carrying him.
