Conn's Home Plus - customer service, lack of knowledge, overall awful

I stupidly, went into Conn's in North Charleston (tanger outlet) to purchase a dishwasher. I bought a printer as well and was, at the time happy with my service. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN! The installation team NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP, THE MANAGERS IN THE STORE THOUGHT IT WAS HILARIOUS! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE IDIOTS TO COME AND GET THE CRAP OUT OF MY HOUSE ! THE MANAGERS AT THE STORE ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS, TO THEM EVERYTHING IS FUNNY ! FORGET ABOUT GETTING A CALL BACK FROM ANYONE! THIS HAS GONE ON FAR TOO LONG AND IT HAS NO END IN SIGHT! DON'T PURCHASE OXYGEN FROM CONN'S, THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!

Conn's Home Plus - Samsung Refrigerator Model RS27T5200SG

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator for my mother in Dec 2020. It was delivered 1/25/21. She has had 4 repairs on it since and Conns will not issue her a replacement. The repairs started in March. They have replaced 2 back panels and 1 freezer flapper. Nov 2021 have another problem and now motor needs to be replaced. Notes were placed under wrong refrigerator in March got that corrected. Called today about asking for a replacement the rep could not find the refrigerator under my account after giving the invoice number, serial number and date purchased. As of today I have probably spent over 12 hours on the phone trying to get this right and have to repeat this story over each time I call. Dates of incidents: 3/16/21, 8/10/21, 9/21/21 and 11/29/21.

Desired outcome: Replace the refrigerator

Conn's Home Plus - 75 inch Samsung T.V.

I purchased a samsung 75 inch T.V. on Saturday nov. 6th I brought it home plug it in on Sunday Nov.7 watched for about 2 hours turned it on Monday the 8th watched it for about 15 mins and a 2 inch white line goes all the way down the T.V. on the right side so after less the 3 hours a T.V. I paid over 1, 000.00 dollars for is broken. Called the store I purchased it told them what happened and that I was bringing it back took it back on Thursday the 11th said they couldn't take it had to call service dept. Called service Dept on the 12th scheduled a service call was told to send 3 pictures to conns.[protected]@conns.com did that since then I have not received a call from anyone I was told a technician would call its now Thursday the 18th. I cannot get anyone to help me Ive been told 5 different stories by 5 different people I am exteremly unhappy when someone doesnt want to talk to me they just hang up. I am not going away I want either a Brand new T.V. of a different brand/model or I want my contract dissolved.

Conn's Home Plus - Queen size adnora bed frame

We bought the bed 3weeks ago, it was missing the 3 metal slats with adjustable legs, 2 weeks later We received 3 wooden slats for a king size bed . Call Conns back again today on 10/5/2021 we were to be delivered to correct slats . They canceled our order saying it didn't need slats. When clearly the diagram shows the slats. Once again we wait. Poor service

I should of Just order Our Bed from Ashley’s Furniture as my wife Suggested to begin with. As far as I’m concerned they can come pick up the frame and we will go buy somewhere else . The employees at Hillsborough Store in FL were great other than that . This bed has been a nightmare after 3 weeks of waiting on 3 metal slats with adjustable legs

Conn's Home Plus - Conns in longview promised me a rebate check but they are either unwilling or unable to actually send me the check they promised.

I purchased a stove and microwave from them. They asked if I wanted them installed and I said "Yes". When they showed up the people they contracted indicated that 1. they would not be installing the microwave. and 2. it was obvious as I watched them that they were not trained properly to install the gas stove. I complained to the assistant store manager and he offered a 15% rebate. We had purchased the extended warranty and we requested that he take that off and he agreed that he would and indicated that we would receive a check within about 7 days. My purchase was on 7/23/21 and it is now 9/23/21. I've been to the store two different times and called once and still no check. The last time I called they said the assistant store manager was in training all week but they would talk to the store manager. Still no call from them. This was my first purchase from this store. Conn's Home Plus - Recliner

I bought a chair not even a month ago, it's already broke! I contacted the store, filled out a request form to be fixed, the can't be here for 2 weeks! I am a handicapped person and how my chair is broken I can not get out of my chair without help now, I now have to have my nurse come in and place a catheter in me just so I can use the restroom. This is ridiculous. I called and spoke to EVERY manager at the store for 5 days. All I kept hearing is we have to get it approved by our district manager. Btw his name is Colby, when this so called district manager finally responded after 5 days. He said refer to policy. So now I get to sit in a broken chair for the next two weeks. I feel like I was dismissed by the district manager because the managers were trying so hard to get an answer for me. I want a different chair entirely. One that yes is a recliner and rocker so I can get up. Also one that will hold me. I do not feel like I should have to pay for this chair that didn't even last a month.

Desired outcome: Different chair entirely

I received damaged dishwasher, have been waiting for 8 weeks for this to be resolved, have ticket #1235210. Dishwasher was delivered damage, pump on bottom was broken off. Repair man came to look at and said it wasnt a defect it was damage and would call conns to inform. I need to get this resolved. Have a new dishwasher sitting in my kitchen that cant be used. Was told I would get a call last week in 2 or 3 days still no call. Please help get this resolved making 2nd payment now on something that cant be used. I called cons the day before I had a stove delivered and noticed that the Electric cord to my new show with the wrong one before they delivered it not having the cord they told me to bring it back before can do anything they can do anything. And at the time of purchase I did not receive the cord and except for exchanging it out before service they wanted me to pay out more and then refuse the cord upon delivery. The girl even hung up on me I laughed about it when I called back. And I was never given to a manager. I will never do this is with them again

Conn's Home Plus - No stock and no delivery

I have never seen a company that had nothing in stock . From tv to beds computer everything . I was happy have gotten approved for$3, 000 so I finally found a gaming computer order it and had it on my plan but then I get a email asking to send a copy of my driver license I was a nightmare took over two our to figure it out but got it done . Then I get another email . Saying they cancel my order because y'all don't deliver to my area which why wasn't I told that when I put my address in, but they why can't I can't I drive to the store and pick it up no reason told me, why so how can you run a business like that . But I called all stores in NORTH CAROLINA same story

Conn's Home Plus - Mini refrigerator

My name is Gwen Kohout. I purchased a mini refrigerator online from Conn's Plus on September 3rd. I received an email on September 4th stating that the refrigerator was out of stock until October 20th. I needed a refrigerator immediately since my main one in my house went out on me. I called the following day September 5th told them to cancel my order and I wanted a refund. It is September 12th and I've still yet to receive my refund from Conn's Plus. I've never had a problem receiving my refund immediately back to my credit card or but then a few days at the latest. I do not understand why it is taking so long. I purchase the product I do not have canceled my order and I should be receiving my refund immediately. Conn's plus is a joke. The customer service is ridiculous. I do not recommend doing any business with this company! I want my money back immediately! If it is not in my account tomorrow I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
