Conn's Home Plus review: Unethical behavior from and employee at store 235 in richmond virginia

The employee name is Amanda Nobles she is very rude, not helpful, very short and yes I believe she has a problem with blacks and older people, she does not know how to talk with people and she is not management material. And if she continues to work at that store 235 you all will lose a lot of good worker's, one has already left and he was over qualify she was a car salesman for over 35 years and his name was Mr. Walter Ford. There is another employee that is ready to leave because of her name is Rose, and Mrs. Reynolds and Sherita who has complained several times to the proper manager's with no results. Mr. Lynn has had several runs in with her and he also threaten to quit and one point. I would hate to filed a law sue on her for discrimination against her and this agency, so I strongly suggest something get done about this matter as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: either talk with her about her behavior are fire her.
