Conn's Home Plus review: Dining room table set

In December, I went to Conn's of Florence SC and purchased the Alexandria dining Room Table set with 6 chairs. 4 regular chairs and two arm chairs. This set was not available in store and had to be delivered so, I filled out paperwork for financing set and they said I would get a copy once the set was delivered. My sells' person was Lindsey. Long story short, the table and four chairs was delivered in February and no end chairs and no paperwork. I called delivery center in March and they said that my order for end chairs had been cancelled by someone in the Florence store. The district manager (David) had cancelled my order and I was never contacted about it. I went into the store and the manager there gave me billing history but no original contract paperwork that I was promised. I have a table in my home that I am still needing two end chairs with armrest that has been here for months and Conn district manager hasn't contacted me nor the Florence store.

Desired outcome: my two chair and financial agreement from december
