So, I ordered this appliance from Abt and it was supposed to be delivered to my place. But guess what? It ended up at some random address! I was so mad, like seriously, how hard is it to get the right address? I contacted Abt to fix the issue, but they were no help at all. They just kept giving me the runaround and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistake.

To make matters worse, the appliance was left outside in the rain, just sitting there on someone else's property. Can you believe it? I mean, who does that? It's like they don't even care about their customers or the products they sell.

Overall, I would not recommend Abt to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they clearly don't know how to handle deliveries properly. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I recently had a not-so-great experience with Abt. I ordered an item from their website and unfortunately, it arrived broken. The packaging was not up to par and the item was not protected enough during shipping. I was disappointed to say the least.

To make matters worse, I had to package up the broken item and return it via UPS. This was a hassle and took up more of my time than I would have liked. I couldn't help but wonder why I couldn't just take a photo of the broken item and send it to customer service. It would have been much easier and less time-consuming.

Now, I am waiting for a replacement item to arrive. If it arrives broken again, I will be requesting a credit. I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning another broken item. It's just not worth it.

Despite the lower price of the item on Abt's website, I am considering buying the same item locally. The higher price is sometimes worth it to avoid the aggravation of dealing with broken items and returns.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Abt. I hope they can improve their packaging and shipping methods in the future to avoid similar issues.

The customer service at ABT is not helpful at all, they just tell me to buy a new one. It's frustrating because I don't have the money to buy a new one and I feel like I wasted my money on these air conditioners.

I also had an issue with a refrigerator I purchased from ABT. It stopped working after only a few months and I had to wait weeks for a technician to come out and fix it. The technician was nice and fixed the issue, but it was a hassle to deal with.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experiences at ABT. I expected better quality products and customer service for the amount of money I spent. I would not recommend purchasing from ABT if you want reliable products and good customer service.

So, I was trying to get a line of credit from Abt and they said no. I mean, it's not the end of the world, but what really got me was that they knocked my credit score down by 43 points! I did some research and found out that a hard credit check is only supposed to lower your score by 5 to 10 points, so what gives? I worked hard for 8 years to raise my score by 55 points, and they just wiped most of it out in a matter of minutes. It's just not right, you know? I don't think it's worth it to even bother with Abt if they're going to mess with your credit score like that. Smh.

I went to Abt (abt.com) to buy some stuff, and at first, they gave me what I asked for. But, I noticed that their sales team didn't have enough experience to ask me the right questions. So, I had to go back and exchange my items multiple times. It was frustrating, and they didn't seem happy with me. Eventually, I decided to return everything and go to a different store that specializes in HiFi. Maybe Abt has gotten too big, and they only care about selling a lot of stuff. It's a shame because I won't be going back there again.

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with this company called ABT. They seem to be changing their name and address all the time, which is pretty sketchy if you ask me. I tried to buy something from them using my PayPal account, but they ended up scamming me and keeping my money. It's not just me either, I've heard from other people that they go by different names but most of them have ABT in them.

One thing that really bugs me is that they use other people's phone numbers and business names. Like, what's up with that? And every time I try to look them up to find my order, the site has a different address. It's like they're trying to hide from something.

I've tried calling their phone numbers, but no one ever answers. And when I try to fill out a customer service complaint, I can never finish it. It's like they don't want to hear from me or something.

Oh, and get this - if you type in their email, your phone will tell you that no such email exists. Like, what kind of company doesn't have a valid email address? It's just ridiculous.

Honestly, I was pretty foolish to trust this review site and ended up losing $174. It's just a shame that companies like ABT are out there scamming people. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
