Telkom / lte fault logging
Logged a fault on 3 Sep 2016. Technician came out on 16 Sep 2016 to test and send results back. Ever since this date there has been no updates on the status of the call, all they say is it is with back office. I have to call every 2 days to follow up. Escalated to Manager at least 5 times. Call and ask to speak to a manager and you get put on hold for 30min to 1hour with no communication in between. It is like they put you on hold and leave. This has happened 3 times. Then you get hold of a manager and they tell you they are busy with someone else.. they will cal you back (which never happens) or you tell them you will hold.. then it is the same process. you stay on hold for hours with no communication what so ever. How [censored]ng hard can it be to provide feedback!!!
