This company keeps sending the same women to our home at various times for the past month+ its been 5+ weeks of the same thing. We are NOT interested in participating in any survey. I dont care about getting $30 for some hour long survey. IM NOT GOING TO ANSWER THE DOOR LET ALONE RESPOND TO THIS WOMEN YOU KEEP SENDING. this woman comes on Sundays at 7-8pm ringing our door cam back to back and waiting in our lobby for 30+ mins as according to our neighbor. She has shown up on religious holidays pulling the same stunt. since July 12th to now its constant ringing our door cam. she shows up 3-4 times a week every week at various times. from 12pm, 2pm, 3pm, 7-8pm. what part of we aren't interested does this company not get that they keep sending the same women over back to back? then they have the audacity to send us letters. REMOVE OUR ADDRESS AND INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATABASE AND DO NOT SEND ANYONE OVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT SELL OUR INFORMATION OFF TO ANY DATA COLLECTION AGENCY, WE WANT IT REMOVED. We already have door logs and screen shots of each day she has shown up not to mention a video log of her entering our building without our permission which is trespassing. if this continues we will be pursuing legal action and submitting a report to local law enforcement for the constant harassment of this women being beyond pushy and ringing our doorbell back to back for 30 mins straight. I EXPECT TO HAVE A RTI CUSTOMER SERVICE REP RESPOND TO THIS. AND IF THIS DOESNT STOP I PROMISE IT WILL EFFECT YOUR FUTURE FUNDING. SO CONTANT ME ASAP.

When leaving my previous employer RTI International, I noticed strange things occurring when applying for work at new employers. I also noticed these strange occurrences while working for the company. Things such as information mentioned during job interviews were being repeated by management. The opposite also occurred with some interview panel mentioning things that were talked about while on the job. I didn't understand what was going on until sometime later. What my previous employer had done was weaponize TEKsystems against me by tracking my applications for work with new companies. What they were doing was using resume information that I had given TEKsystems to match with resume data that was placed on certain company websites for employment. Whenever one applys for a job on a majority of company websites. You can upload a resume for a position(s) with that company. A resume is then parsed by an applicant tracking system (ATS). An applicant tracking system (ATS) is nothing more than software that can be used in many ways. As I mentioned it can be used to parse resumes, setup assessment test, send out job offers or rejections. Most importantly it can be used to track a candidate from initial call, to first interview, second interview to finally offer. All that was mentioned previously can be done by using unique information within a candidates resume such as phone number, email address or your physical address. So essentially a company can use this as a means to blacklist a previous or current employee from seeking new opportunities. This is what happened to me, I would advise anyone seeking work at this company to choose differently.

This company keeps sending surveys to my house , and now people are v cm ominous in person. I've told them to stop and to remove us from the list, but they keep coming back. I see that this is a major problem that everyone is having. If someone could help me to make these people go away. My Family don't feel safe now that they are showing up at the house

RTI International keeps sending me strange harassing letters about my participation in their National Survey on Drug Use and Health. I do not wish to be contacted further or visited by any employee of this company at my address. I do not wish to participate in their survey and they do not answer their voice mails. I do not want my address in their survey nor do I wish to participate.

Persistent harassment at our home to take a survey. Persistent and 'off-hours' repeated harassment from this company to take their survey. We have asked three times now to not return - they send someone new. They often bang on the door after hours, in the dark. We ended up calling the police on one of their representatives. Last straw was a Sunday afternoon interrupting our family dinner. Ridiculous tactics.

Received letter in mail today re: National Survey on Drug Use and Health. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING. I have read online about this company and they don't give up and come to your home and trespass and don't take NO for an answer. I want to be removed from their mailing list and I DO NOT WANT SOMEONE COMING TO MY HOME to take a survey. I do not want phone calls from this company either. I will call the police.

I have received over 10 letters in the mail to participate in a Survey. Now they are coming and knocking on my front door, even though I have a Do Not Solicit on my front door. A blonde lady in a white SUV has been to my door 3 times this week, on 11/7, 11/8, and 11/9. I have asked her to stop but she keeps coming and knocking and trespassing and harassing. Please have her stop trespassing on my private property and harassing my family.

These people have been to our house over 6 times. each time we tell them to come back but they always do We have asked a lady and man to stop coming to our house. We have told them several times we were not interested and to stop coming. We have a small child and don't have time or interest to do this survey. They are always demanding and won't take no for an answer. Not to mention it's always late at dinner or when it's dark. We also don't want people showing up at our door during this time with the virus.

Today, I received a letter from RTI International stating that me and/or my family had been "selected" for a groundbreaking study. I have researched this study, as well as the tactics used by the "interviewers" who invade the privacy of residents. We want nothing to do with this study, do not want any further correspondence from them, and especially do not wish to have someone trespassing on my property. Further contacts will be considered harassment. Please remove our address and have us coded as refusals.

I was approached by a woman this afternoon at my home who wanted to pre-screen me for an interview regarding drug and mental health issues. I politely answered her questions, and it was found that neither my husband or I were fit to participate in the interview, but I do not appreciate the door-to-door pre-screening. We had received mail asking if we wanted to participate previously and had ignored it on purpose, as we don't want to participate. Please remove us from all of your contact methods and databases.

I want our address removed from the RTI survey database. A lady showed up at my house and I was polite and answered her screening questions and then she said my husband was selected for a full interview and wanted to know when to come back. After I talked with him about it we have decided we don't want to participate. I tried calling the number to get us removed and it went to a full mailbox. Doing it through here seems to be the only way to get off of the list. I do not want anyone coming back to my house, please remove us from the survey.

Supposedly someone from this company called asking for personal information, and because of concerns about scam I was reluctant to give this information over the phone, They showed up to my house and asked personal information, The more I have given this thought and read complaint about this company I am concerned and I do not want to be contacted by this company again, I do not want to participate in their surveys, I am a senior citizen and I felt manipulated to answer their questions. I feel vulnerable and violated. I wish to be taken off of their list. And I do not want to receive phone calls either...

On [protected], a lady from "RTI" came knocking on our door. I answered and she stated she needed my wife and I to participate in a survey. I told her we weren't interested but she would not leave telling me "it would only take a minute". My supper was getting cold so I answered a few of her questions and then requested again she leave. She commenced to handing my wife 3 pages of paper that we read after she finally left our home. As the voicemail I left RTI today stated, we are not interested in their surveys whether they're in person or via mail. When their employees are told to leave a home, they should leave at once! We do not want anymore contact with this company in any fashion, not by mail, in person, or by any other means! Leave us alone!

I'd like to register a complaint about RTI in regards to the NSDUH health survey. I'd also like to get a question answered by RTI in regards to their financial contract, as well as specifically what the professional interviewer pay is based, with the HHS/NSDUH health survey. I've received 3 letters ( (1)HHS and (2) RTI) recently in regards to The National Survey on Drug Use and Health which I have voluntarily chosen not to respond to (since the issues being surveyed don't apply to us). On July 22 I received two knocks at my door (clearly posted no trespassing), which I voluntarily chose not to answer. Based on the complaints of aggressive behavior by some of the professional interviewers, I was specifically interested in what their pay is based on and what the financial arrangement is with the HHS/NSDUH and whether this motivates the aggressive behavior, as do some other door to door organizations? Thank you.

On July 17 I received a letter of what appeared to be an objective study representing the government office SHAMSHA and National Study of Mental Health. When I logged into www*** using password provided, it appeared that I was the only subject scheduled for a single government telephone interview on July 22 at 2:00 PM. However, on July 18, RTI called my cell phone, requested to speak with my wife who declined and it required multiple requests to identify the name of the party calling. Today I found ComplaintsBoard.com complaints of unexpected home visits to where I was only passively informed with two words "in person" in the mailing received. Such contact was not clearly communicated. I request record which belongs to me, including that of which I am not aware, to be deleted and confirmation of request sent via US Mail. I will send additional request for deletion. Your help in communication will be appreciated. Thank you

11/2 Today, I had a visit from a surveyor from RTI. I initially started to do the pre screening because she said that it would be fast. I was really busy and had to ask her to leave and did not finish the screening. I told her I would do it online at another time, To which she said that she would come back if it wasn't filled out online by me and the other person living at m household. I have been receiving multiple letters before her visit and ignored it. The letters are from RTI International stating that me and/or my family had been "selected" regarding a survey on drug use and health. I now have researched this study, as well as the tactics used by the "interviewers" who invade the privacy of residents. We want nothing to do with this study, do not want any further correspondence from them, and especially do not wish to have someone coming to my place of residence. Further contacts will be considered harassment. Please remove our address and have us coded as refusals.

RTI International has been sending me mail multiple times for the last few months, attempting to entice me with $30 for participating in a survey and I have never replied. I was even asked in the earlier letters to sign up online to have someone come to my house for an interview, and I never did. Their tactics and harassment to get people's personal information should be investigated. The last straw was today, Sunday on 8/29: having a woman come to my door during terrible times of Covid-19. So, even if one does not sign up for an interview and has never communicated with the company, they still have people show up at people's homes. Randomly- again, in a pandemic! I told her that I was not interested and to never come back. She proceeded to ask me about my neighbor's exact address because they too received letters yet have not replied as well. I'm not giving them my neighbor's private information either! That doesn't sound like households are randomly chosen nationally to me.

An RTI International representative showed up to my home wanting to survey me, in which I was confused as to why I would be "randomly" selected to complete a survey on "drug use and mental health in my area". I've never experienced any dealings with neither, therefore I couldn't answer those questions effectively anyway, and wished not to participate. The lady insisted that she "go inside my home" (I had just pulled up from work when she approached my vehicle) and I quote: "to ask you a few ?'s which will only take about 3 minutes." I told her I could answer the questions right then, but she insisted on "going inside" my home. At that point, I did not feel safe with her on my property and told her that I'll call the number, but, she kept trying to convince me on her going inside my home to conduct the survey. She did have a clipboard and handed me a sheet saying that she will wear a mask and use gloves ?... I wish for my information to be removed from this company's data base please.
