SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / use of red card

My name is Rebecca Tejeda
I had mad a trip to my local Target here in Queen creek AZ and wanted to make a purchase with my red card, the employee ( Brian ) was helpful but when he had and issue running my card, he contacted his survivor over the walkie . Then was told he needed to call my card and also needed my info to check if it was still active . I felt that was a little intrusive for someone other then my husband or I to contain my information. Yes my account was and still is active, the only reason I was not about to make a purchased was because I didn't have a chip in my card. Going in to a store and being told they can't complete your transaction was so embarrassing. My e- mail is [protected] thank you for tanking the time to read my complaint
