very disappointing experience
Hi,
First, I really like to shop at Target for many reasons, like your company has the everyday low price for stationery/arts & crafts for kids. I also love your cartwheel offers that gives me lots of savings on my purchases. I take this opportunity to say Thank You!
I work at a school with special need students. I always shop at your store to get stuff like toys/ stationery to fill our treasure chest as the motivation for those students. I am so inspired by the generosity of your company who donates so much to schools, teachers or students who really need financial help because it is featured on Ellen D's talk show. Love watching her show.
I truly appreciated that your company values my as a customer and has sent me some money saving coupons recently. Thanks again.
I have been to your store on Wed 10/26/16 & today Fri 10/28/16 to shop at your store at Sand City CA to take advantage of your cartwheel & weekly ads offers. However, on both trips all the manufacturer coupons were denied (coupons are good, not expired, for any size, any varieties) the cashier kept saying coupons unmatched. I have been using coupons for years and I know the criteria how to use them. But none of the employee would take a closer look at those coupons, just denied them. I say to myself : that's fine, maybe I miss reading some fine prints. Today I really very disappointed because there is a cartwheel offer for Fancy Feast cat treat (any variety) for $1.25. My cat loves the treat, and I am very sure I got the right products. However, the cartwheel didn't show in the receipt. I showed the cart/w apps on my phone. The image is blurred once I have added the offer to my list. The cashier asked me to make the image clearer(? I don't know how!) One of them then clicked on the cartwheel offer, and said that the offer is for 16 oz bag not the 2.1 oz. I looked at the offer she referred to - it is for Temptation brand! Like I don't know the difference.
I would appreciate if you could take a few minutes to browse this cartwheel offer before it is expired. Ok, maybe the cartwheel didn't work well.
I returned the products and repurchased them by using the paper coupons for the same value $1.25. However, the cashier said the coupons don't match & denied the coupons. Oh well, I went to PetSmart store that is nearby and yes, the same coupons were honored by the store.
I earn a decent paycheck, and a money saver. I am trying to make the most of my money. So I am a big coupon user, sorry for that! I really love to shop at your company. But if your new coupon policy is going to deny most coupons regardless, then I may consider otherwise.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to voice my disappointment, just want to get it out of my chest. Thanks.

unfair termination
I was recently terminated on Monday, 10/18/16, my the executive team leader of my target location. I was a cashier, and I was approaching my 90 day probation, just wanted to put this out there and warn people of employment here, I have heard and been told by friends of mine their personal experience of working for target, and their management, and one even worked for the same woman who hired me then fired me nearly 90 days later. I was trying to be positive and respectful and like an idiot I stayed and witnessed what she was talking about, she has current employees that even let me know when I had first started to be careful because her moods are off and on.
I began working July 21, 2016 and I started so far so good, I was given a really amazing trainer and came across some very great coworkers and a lot of the GSA's (small management team that helps work the cashiering lanes.) At first, this ETL seemed to have liked me, since I was getting red cards weekly and I was also given recognition by the district manager. Everything about this target was so far so good, I loved the organization, I have worked a good amount of jobs, and I have enjoyed this management the most, I saw myself long term with target. But a main focus at target is the red cards, freaking RED CARDS, not getting them seemed to be so personally taken by the ETL. Good service, and good experiences with the guests and making sure they leave satisfied with a decent service even though they didn't have a time at target because target can get chaotic at times.
When my red card rejections were coming more frequent than me applying people for one, she started to see me with a slipping performance, and then there is this situation at target with employees taking longer breaks than they should. For example, before you go on lunch, you're not suppose to take any time at all to grab a quick snack, even if it is a minute. Plain and simple, DO NOT DO IT, fine. I was caught by a GSA one day, and I was honest and said I quickly grabbed a bag of chips before my lunch and then clocked out, he gave the feedback to the ETL. Once she wanted to speak to me, upon a different matter, she accused me of taking a 30 minute bathroom break, and I have acids reflux disease, and a very small bladder, I like to drink a lot water whenever I can because of my acids reflux. But I did not take that long, she was false and the witnessing GSA said she exaggerated a bit. She has people who walk the sales floor everyday asking around the store for red cards, and do exactly what I was accused of doing, loafing, they admit it and say that they never get into trouble because they help the store get red cards. Most of them avoid doing their actual job which is a cashier, I did not at all see where it says to apply for a red card go getter on the application when I applied. This ETL obviously favored more of these people since she managed the cashiers and this target is number 1 in red cards in LA. Whenever the lanes got busy and we needed cashiers, the floor walkers would avoid them as much as they can. When the store manager was closing one of the floor walkers walked into the kids section and told me himself that he knew she'd put him on a check lane, so they would have to request people from departments to help us out, when they have things to do as well and there are cashiers they are just avoiding to be one. Also, this ETL has a hard time accepting the fact that people go to college, in my interview I stated that I would have college classes, and at first told her they would be all mornings. But then it changed when I noticed a class I wanted to take was a night class, I changed my availability ahead of time, and I verbally spoke to her about it on several occasions and its as if it when in one ear and out the other because she got upset when I had the HR ETL change my schedule, she told me when the schedules are done that I have to swap with coworkers, and its not fair because she agreed to it, and when I applied they claim to have "flexible scheduling" another lie, no shock. I am not the only employee that struggled with that, it was multiple cashiers, just because we are trying to have a life outside target and want a good future and our lives aren't target doesn't mean we have to miss school to go to work when they didn't schedule us right.
She let go of someone who I started with as well, because he went to school and assumed he wasn't scheduled, so he did a no call no show and was fired the day he knew was scheduled. He had talked to her as well about the schedule, and how he would be attending school in the beginning of fall. Another coworker of mine had his schedule changed 3 weeks in a row, another one had to call out few times, its a consistent thing she does, and its not fair. If you were in our positions you'd be doing the same thing.
I had poor attendance to her as well, I left home twice for being sick, and twice for having an anxiety attack at work. Once I called off for being sick and she witnessed it for herself how sick I was that night when I came into work and she allowed me to leave early. I get that poor attendance does lead to a termination, but the loafing, was not fair enough. Whenever I was present for work I was on time, and I this isn't even where the unfairness comes in. When I came to work the night of my shift, which was 8pm, I couldn't clock in. I went upstairs to let her know, and she told me she'd let HR know that I was not able to clock in, I was pretty much already removed from the system. She had me get on a check lane and I got 2 red cards back to back within half an hour of working, I asked her around 9:20pm if she told HR about my issue with clocking in and she said to give her a minute, she then gets me off the check lane and pulls me into the office and tells me that it was a 90 day review and I was unfortunately not "meeting her expectations." It was beyond the most insulting thing I have had happen to me. She had me work nearly 2 hours, and I was not even able to clock in, I even managed to get two red cards. She even gave me a shout out over the walk talkies that they tend to do whenever someone got a red card.
The Friday before that, was a day I also went home early, she legitimately in front of another manager and another training ETL that she didn't have any feedback to give me about any issues with the loafing or any other reason. I felt that maybe I was not going to be let go, and be kept passed the 90 days, she lied to me. I always cared about my performance and I always asked for feedback, I cared about my position so much, that I checked in with GSA's and any other present manager about my breaks and lunches so they can make sure I was not taking up company time and I let them know about my bathroom trips.
I was very verbal about everything and anything that came to bother me, this woman did not even let me help out departments with their go backs because I loafed, and a GSA told me himself that she labeled me a loafer, when so many of her favorites do it themselves. Every other ETL, GSA, TEAM LEADER, or any other higher position was great and did tremendous at their job. This ETL was even rude to guests, and even has a sour yelp review about her and explaining that she was not of much help to a guest. I do not know if management is based on favoritism or people who do not give a hard time. I am all about fairness, I needed this job to help fulfill things like getting a car and getting wifi at my home for my family and buying myself things I was not able to afford.
I genuinely loved cashiering at target and the people who I was surrounded by daily, I made friends there as well, this ETL needs reevaluating for her position and be given to a more hard working person. She manages cashiering but refuses to help guests, and when she did she was rude with a very dead expression on her face, or even get on a check lane, I have seen the Store manager get on a check lane and help guests, she even goes into departments and helps the team our there as well. I was respectful to her every single day I worked and I never refused my job, I went as far as cleaning the restroom because the brand attendant called out. This was just not fair, I accepted my termination, at first I was going to go back and fight for my job back because I did not think she had enough to fire me. But when I took a day I thought to myself, no, I do not want to work for someone who's unfair and bases her management skills on favoritism, she was in the midst of promoting some people and they were not even promoted yet and they felt like they had management control. Honestly, when friends warned me about target and the poor management, I avoided everything, 99.9% of the managers here were right, this ETL is the 1% that ruins the whole thing for this target location, she pretty much proved peoples points and I hated hearing the "I told you so" line. Being let go, I never felt more useless as an employee, not only did she short talk me and not give me valid reasons, she had me work prior to being fired as if nothing was going wrong.
I hate to say that I will forever resent this woman, not just as an ex employer, but as a person as well. I obviously was not meant to be part of the target family, and I will move on about this entire endeavor, but for the sake of the rest of her cashiers, I hope they find better or find a way to put her in her place. I will continue to love target overall as a money well spent location, because they have fair pricing. But for employment, never again.
negligent customer service
I have never been treated so poorly by any corporate office regarding a complaint. Recently I contacted Target Corporate office and spoke with Amy regarding my local Target store. My family and I have experienced several issues with pricing/advertising and mis-stocked item throughout this store. It is frustrating and inconvenient to have to visit Guest Relations for price adjustments due to employee error. When I voiced this ongoing issue to the Team Leader, he did not care. I emailed Guest Relations and was assured that my concerns would be addressed by store management; they were not. When I escalated my concerns to Target Corporate office, I was assisted by Amy. She lacks professionalism, courtesy, and sympathy. She has NO business dealing with customer complaints. She had the audacity to leave a voice mail that stated that all my concerns were addressed when I emailed Guest Relations. It is obvious my concerns have been disregarded all along. This is evident due to the corporate executive aloof attitude regarding customer satisfaction and loyalty. Target has lost my business. No wonder Team Leaders do nothing to improve issues within their stores; corporate office does not care at all. Word of mouth advertising is a powerful thing. I will share my negative experience to all my family and friends.
Target executives needs to take consumer complaints seriously. Other wise, we will take our business elsewhere! Walmart, Macy's, Kohl's, etc. are amazing at consumer complaints. Target should take note of this before they lose more customers.
customer policy
Target is trying to charge $50 in fees due to an error for mail and saying we selected paperless billing which was not selected! All this all over an over a $89 dollar initial charge. Customer service will not put a supervisor on the phone. We have delt with a lot of companies but this one has to be the worst... We received 1 paper notice. NO E MAILS!
target refused to help me retrieve paid for merchandise
The cashier failed to bag an item I purchased. When I got home I called the store to ask them to hold it for me. I was concerned because it was the last item in stock. Customer relations was exceedingly rude and told me I would have to come back to handle the matter in person. I called corporate customer service and ended up on hold for more than 1 hour before giving up. The representative did not call back as promised despite having my phone number. Called corporate again, and another representative finally got through to the store. I was told my purchase would be in customer service with my name on it. Two days later I went to the store and they did not have my item. I was also informed that they do not put customer names on merchandise. I called corporate again, and a third representative called the store and was told the item had been sent to customer relations, but had subsequently disappeared. I have been told my item is no longer in stock.
target personnel and slander behind back unprofessional!!!
You have loss this families business and i will redirect all other family members and friends- have been shopping with target for years and today you blew it!
Trainer tyler one of bangor maine "target employee" today during checkout with my wife and 15 year old son stated to my wife "boy that's allot of candy.."
1st off it what type of simple comment is that to a female. 2nd whose business is it how many i purchase.
It was simple, uneducated, rude, ignorant, irreverent and invasive of our privacy for any business employee to remark and state that type of comment to anyone regardless even though it is a month before halloween/
We had 4 packages of 2 flavors of $2.79 candy corn for a total of eight packages. A few of the packs were for my wife's candy dish at her work.
I told him boy they sell for $6.50 on ebay. At that point he became offensive and asked if i was buying it here or selling it and told me he would not sell them to me and it was illegal for me to purchase them and resell and pulled them off the counter and put them under the register. I said are you kidding me? Then said forget it i don't to give target the money and i don't want them.
Sorry target but you don't tell me what i can buy and then try and tell me what i can do with it -- but don't worry as you will never again as i (Or my family and as many friends as i can tell both personally and socially online) will not shop with target again and will spread the word!
He had an attitude probably because he was busy as we were in line for quite a while and he was extremely rude and told me how he went through training 6 months ago and would not sell them to me and grabbed them all off the register. He stated that it was illegal for me to buy them if i was going to resell them on ebay. What is he talking about?
Target needs to train this employee on customer service and re-educate in common sense and maine laws in which is legal and illegal.
We had two more packages in which he sternly questioned my wife about them. We had to argue with him that they were for us. I questioned him about their rule and tried to educate him that it's not illegal to resell an item that i have legitimately purchased. Once i purchase something at retail it is mine to do with as i choose. I can shred it sell it or give it away. He said he went to training and told me it was illegal and to call the state of maine.
Target needs to at least educate this employee about in the u.S., the "first sale doctrine" provides that the purchaser can resell that tangible item if he/she decides.
At this point i was peeved and wanted to return everything (And still may) but my wife didn't wan't to be belittled and embarrassed any further by targets trainer tyker as there were plenty of other customers all around us that saw and heard making us feel like a felon. She paid cash and we left the register. I was still steaming and we went to the in store starbucks.
Then the worse part comes, while waiting for our coffee this same employee didn't realize my son standing off to the side and saw that i was away from hearing. My son was within hearing distance and over heard him saying to two other employees talking about me how i was buying candy corn to resell on ebay and how he wouldn't sell to me and i was asking why also he was pointing over at me. He is lucky i didn't see him as i would have confronted him in person as i do not like slander spread about me behind my back/ i do not feel this was professional and also ignorant.
This part was told to me in the car by my son and wife as we were leaving & luckily i was out of the store for his sake.
I // my family will not tolerate this and would like corporate to contact with what they are going to do to rectify this !
Not to mention when my wife went into the ladies room on this same visit it was disgustingly filthy, trash overfull then top off with no toilet paper -- i will no longer recommend anyone there after many, many years of faithful shopping with target --!
Over a ten dollar sale -- i will be returning the items we bought today as well and never give target another penny.

the way employees are treated
Why nothing is done regarding how employees at treated at Target?. How can this abuse be stopped?. Why if there is so many complaints the labor department doesn't investigate?. I work at Target in Boca Raton, florida and the way we are treated is horrible.
They are the same way in Ohio. They treat their team members like children and I'm baffled at how it continues to get worse and worse and nothings being done. I had to leave after 6 plus years.
A. in Ohio
returns
Normally I don't complain but today is going to be one of those days.
Please beware of Target's policies.
I ordered an item to pick up at the store. The lady put the item in
my cart and I went to my car. I noticed as I was taking the item out
it was the wrong item. I went back into the store within 5 minutes and they told me they could not give me a credit back for 24 hours.
I figured okay, little did I know I would have to bring the item back in
24 hours because they couldn't credit it that day.
What the heck. I wasn't the employee that picked the wrong item
and in this day and age most charges could be credited the same
day. Now I have to go back tommorrow for the credit
Lesson learned DON'T SHOP at TARGET!
abuse of employees-over exhaustion due to short staffing
I am writing to complain about the way the Target stores short staff, then expect employees to do the work of 3 or 4 people, often forcing them to work through breaks, without adequate water and hydration on the hottest days and without ensuring they have adequate meal times, bathroom breaks and assistance. This is especially true for the front end workers and outside attendants. The company doesn't care if they drop, but the people who shop there do. When you have a store that caters to Canadian guests, and it's busy ALL THE TIME, you need to step up and make sure you are properly staffed. Having just one kid out there collecting carts in the blazing sun is just plain wrong and to demand that these attendants collect every cart in a massive mall parking lot, by themselves, is stupid. Get with it Target and stop abusing your workers! They should be provided adequate and extra breaks when they have to work in these conditions and no one should be allowed to get in their face because they are sweating and exhausted. The managers need a little sensitivity training and they need to stop short staffing these busiest locations. OSHA and the Federal labor Relations demand you not put them into these situations.
The Target store in great Falls Montana sure is going down hill. The store is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting- dirt on the floor, paper all over the floor, foul odor.
Short on help! Several people standing at customer service desk waiting as employees came and went in 7 out of the staff room looking right at us but not getting anyone to help until I spoke up not once but twice before an employee came over looking irritated.
The checkers are not very smart and definetly act like they would rather be anywhere but at their job. I encountered one checker whom did not even greet me or say thank you after the transaction.
Target is heading the way to the scummy store in great Falls. I will not be back. I would much rather go to Walmart or Shopko or even Kmart. Too bad it has gotten so bad at Target. whomever is hiring and managing the Great Falls Montana store should be fired!
beyond ridiculous
I have ordered an item from Target and did not get anything. I contacted customer service and they said that my item was delivered and that I was supposed to receive it a few weeks ago.
So I called the shipping company and found out that my order was delivered to the wrong address. Target shipped my order to the wrong place and when I called them they admitted their mistake but refused to do anything!
What a scam! It was their fault and they agreed they did a mistake but refused to refund me! Beyond ridiculous! Better stay away from this place!
order cancelled after I paid for it online and received no credit
I ordered 2 items on my daughters baby registry. One item was in store and available for immediate pick up. The second item had to be ordered. I paid for the entire purchase and my daughter picked up the first item immediately. Target stated that they would send me an email confirmation notifying me when the other item would arrive at the store. I received 3 emails on the day of the purchase but no emails after that day. Since we did not receive the confirmation email, my daughter went back to the store to inquire about the item. The store had no idea what was going on and told her the order was cancelled. I contacted target.com today and was told the order was cancelled because we failed to pick up the item. Before calling target, I verified that the funds cleared my bank and that I did NOT receive any target credits. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and target still has not began the credit process. They offered me discounts but all I want is for my daughter to get what I had purchased for her. For some reason, Target is unable to fill my order so I will find the same product or similar from WalMart.
security (or lack thereof)
I wanted to make everyone aware of an incident that occurred at a Target store that greatly upset me, frightened me, and has kept me from shopping at any Target locations or online.
On April 22, 2016, I went to the Target store a block from my house, at Potomac Yard in Alexandria, VA to make an exchange. I placed my item at the counter, found a replacement in the store, and returned to make an exchange. When I arrived back at customer service there was quite a line, which I promptly lined up in. Another customer barged up from the store rudely getting in front of other customers. I told this customer that there was a line. He told me he had already placed an item at the counter and he could go up front. I told him that did not seem right. The whole time I was respectful, even calling him sir. This customer became irate. He repeatedly looked back from the transaction and glared at me. He then started asking if I had anything else to say to him, was I “finished, †and generally yelling at me. I told him I had nothing to say to him. This proceeded for several minutes. I did not respond in an effort not to provoke his anger. When his transaction was done, he walked up to me in line and got in my face and proceeded to yell at me some more. I tried to deescalate the situation and then just ignored him. I could not get away or leave the area because this customer remained in my face yelling at me, I couldn’t even move for fear that he would hit me. He said I was lucky he didn’t “kick my ###, †that he would “end me, †“finish me, †and that the way I spoke to him would “get me smacked, †and he kept talking to me like this until eventually he saw security coming and walked away.
Several other customers and an associate directed the security guard to the man who had threatened me. I was too scared to leave the store so I waited for security to approach him. At this point Security then came up to me in front of all the other customers and told me I had to leave because I had threatened another customer. I told the security guard I would happily leave after retrieving my previously purchased item from the counter, because I did not want to start trouble. At this point several other customers and the associate nearby told her that he had in fact threatened me. The security guard then told me I could stay. I was going to leave anyway, but another customer urged me to stay, saying that the irate customer who threatened me was still in the store and would likely follow me to my car. At this point the irate customer was shouting at security, refused to leave the store, and kept saying he would leave when he was “good and ready.†I tried to ignore the scene and finish my exchange. I walked out of the store and this man, his wife, and his child were standing by the trashcans right next to the front doors. At this point the man starting yelling at me, asking if I had “anything else to say.†I shook my head and proceeded to my car. He and his family started following me. I weaved in and out of vehicles trying to throw them off. Eventually I made it to my car and jumped in quicker than I ever have. The man then stood in the middle of the parking lot road to block my exit. I had to swerve around him so I could leave, because reversing would have caused me to back into someone.
Before this event I did most of my grocery and house shopping at this location. In fact, the proximity to Target was one of the main reasons I bought my home. Now, I have only been back twice-both times to ask a manager if anything had been done. Whether a new protocol was in place, or if security had been retrained. Moreover, on manager offered me a $20 gift card for my troubles. He practically forced it into my hands. I returned the gift card to him unused because it was actually very insulting. I paid for the one essential item I bought out of pocket and haven’t been back since.
I understand that Target cannot control the actions of its customers, however, it can make sure irate customers who are threatening to harm others are ejected from the store. When the irate customer was shouting at security that he would not leave, the police should have been called. They should have also been called to walk me to my car (I wouldn’t expect an employee to take that risk). Moreover, why would security take so long to respond to a frightening situation, namely a female customer being screamed at and threatened with bodily harm (and her getaway completely blocked) by a much larger man? Also, to ask the non-offending customer to leave, particularly when she is the only one cooperating? That was humiliating as well. Target is simply not a safe place to be until staff is properly trained to handle such a situation.
Simply put, you should have called 911 and had him arrested. It is not any store's responsibility to protect you. This man broke the law, and you allowed it by not standing up to him. This makes him think he can do it to someone else, and he probably has and will. Don't let this jerk chase you off. Next time, call the cops.
online ordering
I have just been told that I am welcome to shop in the store but I can't order online. I placed an order and then it was cancelled. When I called to follow up they said that I was "banned" from shopping on line and it had something to do with quantities. I rarely order on line from Target. The gentleman would not tell me why I couldn't place any on line orders EVER. I shop in Target many times per month; am a red card customer and am totally perplexed why I can't shop on line or what I might have done to be banned. I was told on the phone that there wasn't anyone higher up I could talk to about this.
There are 2 possible explanations that come to mind because they told you it was related to "quantities". 1. If you order multiple of a single item, they may suspect you are a reseller attempting to resell their items for profit. 2. If you have a high rate of returns (not sure what that may be...over 50%?), they may feel they are losing money by allowing your transactions.
It is frustrating when they don't clearly define upfront or even afterward what specific actions or patterns will get customers banned, but I know they tend to follow the loss prevention trends of Amazon. Both retailers have lifelong blacklists of customers deemed to be risks. The Retail Equation (TRE) is a company based in Southern California which offers tracking services to retailers to help prevent loss due to return abuse, whether fraudulent or just persistent. Whenever a retailer asks for ID in the process of conducting a return, beware! They are likely sharing your personal information, including name, address, dob, with a third party such as TRE, who then creates a profile to identify patterns in shopping and returns activity. Sometimes they will generate a warning advising you that if you make future purchases, your return privileges will be suspended for periods from 90 days up to 2 years.
Home Depot, JC Penney, Bath and Body Works, and Lowe's are just a few retailers who share customers' identities with TRE. Recently, WalMart began assertively tracking and limiting all returns as well, even those with a receipt. Whether Target.com and WalMart use TRE or not, they have at least modeled their system after TRE, and it's a shame this is the direction of retail because many honest customers who rely on open return policies are going to be banned.
There are nothing but 1-star reviews on Yelp for The Retail Equation because of invasion of privacy and unfair and discriminatory profiling. Many customers have expressed an interest in joining a class action suit against them. I believe it is only a matter of time before this happens.
customer service at checkout
Went shopping at Target this morning; store was extremely crowded. Many people waiting in line for a long time. When a new cashier opened up, someone who had not been waiting "cut" the line and went ahead of everyone else. I made a comment to that individual, who said she was "not paying attention". However, the cashier also did not intervene - and I felt he should have told that customer she would have to wait so that others who had been waiting longer could go first. The other customer continued to make comments, intimating that she had friends "waiting in the parking lot" for me. When the manager got involved, he only spoke to her and did not even ask me for my side or comments. My cashier and her cashier both verbally agreed that I "was in the right". The manager told the woman that he would "walk her to the parking lot" as if she needed to be protected from me - even though I had my 8 year old daughter with me! The woman tried contacting the police, who said they would not come because there was no situation that warranted police involvement. I felt very mistreated by the manager.
fraudulent company stay away!
They still owe me my money! Ordered several items from this site about four months ago and did not get what I paid for! This Target is a terrible and dishonest company, they don't care about their customers and their reputation. They just stole my money and think that they can get away with this! I will post negative reviews about them everywhere I can and will tell my friends and colleagues about Target!

I will not shop anymore at your store and I will cancel my Redcard because of your stand on transgender bathrooms I am a women who does not want a man in the women's bathroom while I am sitting on a toilet with my pants down and yes we do know that men have been coming in without us being aware of it because they are acting like a woman.
Now you are opening up the chance more men coming in to the women's
bathrooms. Me and many women do not agree about what you are doing.
As for me I am done shopping at your store.
That's why I won't go to Target anymore. This proves they do not care about ALL of their customers. They can say what they want, but it goes both ways!
I could not AGREE more!
shipping cost charged was not what was agreed upon
I purchased 24.97 worth of items on target.com. Throughout the checkout process no shipping charge was indicated. After the order was placed I received a bill for 7.89 in shipping. I immediately contacted the customer service to cancel the order. The representative told me she canceled it. A day later I was charged the amount. I contacted them again and they did not attempt to correct or fix the error.
I just did a mock order and the shipping charge is on the cart page every time I add an item and it refreshes.
new gender neutral bathrooms
I have often thought Target a very safe store to shop in. Not any more. My wife, nieces, nephews, sons and grandsons and granddaughters will not be putting ourselves at risk to be spied upon or ogled at by perverts just because you want to make what you think is a political correct statement. Well I for one am tired of being snubbed and ignored and told to get over it. You people have lost your common sense and until an apology is given to me and a return to traditional values by your stores I will not be shopping at Targets stores.
They aren't asking you to share a bathroom with anyone. Target has single room bathrooms for ONE PERSON AT A TIME
Get a grip.

Target...Got Less For Much More!
I received a call yesterday stating I needed to pay our $39.18 Target Card bill. I tried to pay it over the phone and they would not let me because my temporary Target Card had expired and because they couldn't accept a credit card payment over the phone. I was asked to come by a store. I told them I never received a bill or my permanent card but I will come by the store following work and pay off the bill. When I got to the NE Charlotte NC store. I spoke to Bernice. Bernice was very nice however she could't access my account because my temporary card had expired. We called Target's 800# to speak to someone that could help me. Gregory took all my information for verification purposes and listened to my situation told me he could not help me but would transfer me to someone that could. Gregory came back on the line twice to tell me to continue to hold because they must be busy. He later hung up on me completely. I called again. I spoke to Britney who asked all the same verification questions and once again explained my situation. Brittney said I could pay my bill with her by providing my checking account information. My $39.18 bill had not only one but two late charges on it for $62.00 making my bill total over $100. I explained to her that I never received my bill or my permanent card and the first contact I had with Target was the phone call yesterday and that I had tried to pay my bill over the phone. Brittney said they never received a return mail and their policy is that I will need to pay this bill. A bill and permanent card I never received. She suggested that I talk to UPS or US mail and check with them as to why I never received an initial bill and my permanent card that I am being charged for. I commented to her that I do not believe that US Mail would not hold my Target card. She said there was nothing more that she could do and she them transferred me to a supervisor and put me on hold. She came on the line twice apologizing for my hold but telling me they were busy. Finally she returned to the line and said she would email the supervisor and I will hear back within 24-48 hours. All of this happened while I was at the Target store and it lasted over 1 hour. A supervisor, Rory with employee number S005110, called later that day asked the same questions as Brittney and then told me there was nothing he could do to help me. He told me in his 13 years of experience he knows of cases where it was indeed the US mail. I replied to him saying, "you're telling me that you sent it and I am telling you that I did not receive it and you are saying it could be the US mail...Then why am I the only one getting punished here?"
I asked to speak to his boss and he told me there was no one else to speak to and gave me a PO box to write to. I paid the bill and cancelled the account. I will continue to write my letter to the PO box that was given to me as well as blast this story to every social media platform available. I work hard and pay all my bills on time and this is upsetting. Please share and get this story out there.
unit pricing info
Beware of the unit-price labelling at TARGET stores. I just found at least one unit-price sticker that was very badly incorrect, and if there's one, there might well be others.
I was looking at acetominophen. I found a set of 2 bottles, packaged together, each containing 250 tablets. The price (in Massachustts) for the set of 2 was $13.99. The unit-price sticker on the shelf showed the "price per 100" as $5.60--which is exactly double what it really is. (The math is simple: $13.99 X 2 = $28 (rounding up) per 1, 000 tablets--or $2.80/100.
The price sticker on the shelf looked like it must have come from corporate. I didn't have time to check any other prices, but no one ever accused any retailer of employing rocket scientists--even if, presumably, they're using calulators or computers to generate these things!
YOUR math is wrong. You are paying $13.99 for 250 tablets, OR $6.99 for each bottle ($13.99/2= $6.995). Which equals $.559 PER pill which equals, $5.59 for 100 pills. (.559X100=$5.59, which rounds to $5.60 per 100 pills). The unit price is correct.
