Dear sir,
My name is balram trivedi, mob no-[protected]
I applied for new postpaid connection 24jul 09.
My documents were collected by monu (Field executive-m/s pase global pvt limited, mahipalpur) one of your local vendor. The field executive providing me a postpaid sim also
After submition of my document there is call from reliance customer care no [protected], mr. Samerer) came. He told that sir your no will be started within 3-4 hours. ).
But yet 5 days spent mine no is not started. I callede his no much time but all time phone no swithched off..
My connection is not started now, hence causing me huge losses and mental tension.
I request you to take immediate action against this ageny otherwise I ll be forced to go to consumer court.
And I want apologies from the employees
