Pizza Hut poor product.

Ordered all 3 pizzas pan style and they were not pan when I got home. No extra sauce on the large pepperoni. The crust on all 3 pizzas was tough and hard to bite through. Flavor crusts did not match up with the correct pizzas. Onions were way burnt as I could not eat them. Called and was offered a remake but I declined. No credit was offered. I told her about the crust and all she could say was that it was fresh. Pretty much calling me a liar instead of apologizing and getting to a resolution. Poor customer service on top of all this. $28 down the drain. If I am given any credit it will be used at another location. Done with the Georgetown location. Thank you for your time.

Pizza Hut overcharge

I was charged twice for my delivery order on June 16th. I was charged $26.65 on my debit card and then paid $24.42 in cash when the food was delivered. I called the store the next day and the manager said he would contact corporate and call me back however I have not heard anything and still haven't received my money back on my card. I need to talk to someone today.

Pizza Hut customer service

I placed an online order tonight, it was 9:30pm and didn't receive my pizza til 11:45. I called to ask was the driver on his way? I spoke with the manager on duty and she was more than RUDE! She got smart n acted as if I was bothering her! I asked for a name but she would not give it to me! I wanted to address her name personally because she needs to be corrected about that type of behavior! Customer service is key! We are not always right but we should always be served in a proper manner!

Pizza Hut freedom drive charlotte nc

Place order at 10:07 said 1 hour also tracked my pizza online never got my pizza called hour & a half later said a driver came & nobody came to food so I explained to her nobody did & I still wanted my pizza manger said there was nothing she could do since it had been canceled & said there wasn't nobody there to make my pizza cause they close at 11 which was a lie didn't close til 12

Pizza Hut my pizza

Hey how you doing my name is Sierra I order pizza on June 6th 2018 around 11 in Memphis Tennessee 38116 and I got a call back from someone saying they will be here soon with my pizza then I got to call back saying my order was canceled and they hang up my face that's why I reordered my pizza and then they called back and told me to stop ordering my pizza because delivery service out of service I don't appreciate the lady attitude and them canceling my pizza all she had to say the first time when she called was my pizza was cancelled I would like some respect from Pizza Hut and a gift thank you

Pizza Hut delivery driver!!!

I have yet to see the coupon for a pizza. Also have another complaint tonight, one of your driver's came to our building beating on our neighbors door at 10:15pm, scared them to death and us as well as he had the Wrong Building, then cussed saying GD loudly as I could here him Inside my apartment, then left and came back SPEEDING THROUGH THE COMPLEX, when the speed limit is 15 MPH! My wife was walking the dogs and nearly got hit! This is totally Unexceptionable! I expect no free pizza after we have had nothing but problems with you all and something needs to be Addressed! Safety First! He couldve atleast apologized to our neighbors for Waking them! He was a Caucasian Male w Dark Hair and a beard, Drives a small Silver Chevy.

Pizza Hut food/service

On Friday around 830 pm I ordered large 2topping pizza and cheese bread online. Around a hour later my food was delivered cold and I was missing my cheese bread.
I caught the delivery guy before he left and told him about my missing cheese bread. He said he'll be back in 10 minutes.
So I called the store to complain about my cold pizza and was hung up on three times. So at this point I had became irritated and demanded to speak to a manager. She didn't seem to care and continued to put me on hold. So I went to the store and took the pizza back and the young blond girl refused to refund my money and laughed in my face. When I got back home the forgotten cheese bread had been left on my door steps and they were cold also.

So I paid for a pizza that I took back to the store and didn't get a refund and my cheese bread was left at my front porch.

Pizza Hut food

I placed an order with Pizza Hut at
9118 alondra BLVD bellflower Ca 90706.

* my invoice online didn't show me the amount being $73.74
* I kept having trouble as the system kept restarting my order.

*my order was simple and fast! So I don't understand why I was having so much complications.
When order arrived the wings were spilled and the sauce was a over the pizza. The driver even notice it! When I saw my invoice I was upset it had charged me 73.74 for a wrong order. And also being the quality of the food was a total mess. I called to explained to manager and she stated she could not assist me at all. I've been a loyal customer w Pizza Hut and it's a shame this is how they treat their customers.

Pizza Hut no refund/delivery

I ordered online from a local store. My order was supposed to arrive at 5:15pm. At 5:41 I called Pizza hut and said my pizza hasn't made it. The lady put me on hold then came back and said the driver was en route to me. 5 minutes later they call back and say they don't deliver to my address. It took an whole hour for the store to call and tell me this, as I ordered at 4:43. I paid with a card but haven't received a refund. Never ordering from them again because of customer service.

Pizza Hut terrible pizza

We ordered a pizza with extra marinara and we received a dry piece of bread. This pizza is paper thin and cold and stale. 1241 N loop 336 Conroe, Texas Pizza Hut is terrible. Just terrible pizza, completely ruined our night and our mood. How in the heck can you pay for extra marinara and not even get enough for a normal pizza let alone extra. This is sad and pathetic. The people working here must not give a damn about making pizza or customer satisfaction. The pizza they sent to fix their first mistake was raw and uncooked the dough was malleable and tasted horrible. I'm never buying a pizza from Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut workplace and pay

I have worked for pizza hut for 10 years I bust my [censored] everyday doing more than your employee handbook says to do I watch our servers make about triple what I do in 4 hours compared to my 8 hours I watch our delivery drivers make about double what I make if the cooks weren't making all the pizzas who would I the town I live in I go work at a gas station making about 3 dollars more on the hour for a lot less I have came to realize that Pizza Hut is a slavery company nobody in the front office would do what have to do everyday for what I make if you are willing to come and try to do what I do and try to make ends meet with the bills I have all you have to do is prove me wrong and I will gladly walk away if not I will just keep complaining until my voice is heard we all know you in the front office don't give a rats [censored] about us little people but it's us little people that makes you wallets so dam fat so don't be stingy so you care about your employees and your business will do better

To whom this may concern, on Monday I order two pizzas and one of the pizza came flipped over in the box and we couldn't eat those pieces because the pieces weren't good to eat the other pizza was fine it was just the cheese pizza that came flipped over in the box it was delivery as you can see I send it the receipt to so you could see my information

Pizza Hut 3 medium pizzas

I called to order 50 min. Before closing, the manager said. This is not the first time that they don't have pan crust, but they said they would fix it they fixed it by giving me hand tossed with out the butter garlic sauce, it was so dry couldn't eat it. So I called to bring it in and they said take a picture of the crust don't bring the pizza in. Try to get order they tell me a supervisor has to do it I called everyday for over a week with them telling me supervisor is not in they would have the person call me which never did so the manager finally said they could only replace 1 .walker pizza hut is the worst and the managers don't handle anything. Then they charged me for the pan crust that I didn't get. Why do they run out of crust daily

I order a pizza last night about 9pm it told me my pizza would be if there in 25 to 35 min so when I realize that it was 10:20 and I call them they had a really nasty Attitude problem They claim my order When to another store so when I call the other store they didn't have my order either they was playing games on phone talking about who was manger I could here them in back ground

Pizza Hut work conditions

I am an employee at the Pizza Hut on Palmdale blvd in Palmdale ca. We have been without an ac unit for over a month now the conditions inside the restaurant are unbearable and it is hard to work a shift if I'm constantly having to stop and get water and stand in the freezer to cool down . Also when brought to the attention of higher ups I was told it's not a priority! Do they not understand it's 100 degrees outside and 105 inside this is beyond ridiculous if nothing is done sooner I'm sure this restaurant will continue to have problems with employees and customers!

Pizza Hut food and customer service

I placed a online order for pick up at the store. I ordered a medium two topping pizza and 16 Parmesan boneless wings. When I arrived to the store I was given my food and asked for blue cheese the cashier was extremely rude and told me I had to pay 50 cent for each sauce which I never paid before and I order a lot from this Pizza Hut. I went home and my pizza did not have a lot of meat on it I ordered meat ball and sausage pizza the wings did not have any sauce just plain

Pizza Hut pizza hut restaurant in clanton, al

I came with family to the restaurant at 12:30 for lunch buffet. There was only 1 worker and 1 cook. The waitress was working herself to death, she had to do everything. She was clearing tables, stocking both bars, seating people, working drive thru, and running cash register. Lot of customers left because there was no food on bars. It's not their fault, they stepped up and were doing they best they can. Apparently people didn't show up for work. I felt so sorry for her, I almost put an apron on to help her because she looked like she was about to cry. Someone should have called her some help in

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered 2 PIZZA'S and wings from pizzahut on CASCADE rd ATLANTA GA, the driver pulled up eating a ice cream cone almost dropped my pizza forgot my wings my pizza was cold i called the store to tell them manager wouldn't come to the phone i told store associte my pizza was cold he told me "dont you have a oven in your house " they never brought my wings nor did i recieve my REFUND FROM THEM HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER ORDER THERE!

Pizza Hut horrible pizza

I ordered a dinner box and picked it up. I saw the girl at the counter look at it so I assumed it was okay. I was very wrong! I am enclosing pictures of what it looks like. Awful. The manager told me I needed to drive the pizza back to the store so she could see it with her own eyes, lavinia is her name. I have 2 broken wrists with casts on. The fact that I made it to the store the first time was painful enough, let alone the 2nd trip.
