Pizza Hut pizza hut service in boulder city arizona

I enjoy pizza hut often . We usually go to kingman arizona for the lunch special and all the team there is wonderful.
They keep the buffet full and team work is great. BUT we stopped in boulder city nevada the other night and WOW.
The waitress kept repeating to all her customers how she was by herself and we would have to be patient and it wasnt that busy. Service was slow but that was ok. But when the orders came three of them were wrong ...said she was going to have cook remake but when the pizza came it was still wrong and my husband didnt even get his wings..Waitress claims she told cook to remake them with correct sauce but he left on a delivery and never made them ...It was super mass confusion..We werent the only table complaining or getting wrong orders..I personally think they were all high except one female cook who was working her butt off...Anyway wont be going back there too soon ..Just thought you should know..

I have picked pizzas from given store. At home, I can clearly see the old cheese and vegetables on Pizza. Possibly Pizzas were made early morning (old previous day), and just reheat to deliver.

It was a horrible experience to eat such pizza. We believe that company should told customer when Pizza was backed. Customer assumes that Pizzahut is delivering fresh Pizza as advertised.

Pizza Hut ordering pizza online

Tonight I placed an order using you online service. When I placed my order my expected delivery time was 30 to 45 minutes. I waited an hour and decided to call and check on my order. The lady that answered the phone was rude and not friendly, I expressed to her that my order was placed an hour ago and my pizza had still not been delivered. She informed me that delivery had a two hour wait and pick up had an hour and half wait. I wished I had been informed in some way since online it stated 30 to 45 minute expected delivery time. My kids were late for bed I canceled my order which you could tell she was not happy about and told it would take 3 to 5 business days for my account to be credited. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut and will not be going back. For many years I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer over Dominoes and Cici's pizza which are both offered in my town. Thank you from a very unhappy customer.

Pizza Hut pizza hut food not delivered on time and poor handling by customer center

Ordered pizza at 20:01; pronised delivery max 45 mts; called pizza hut follow up at 20:48; customer service Center majida said it will be delivered 6 mts; made follow up call again 21:06 and cancelled order. Majida says ok. Called kfc at 21:17 ordered kfc, ordered confirmed delivery in max 45 mts. Callled kfc at 22:03, was told order cancelled by me. Blew my fuse. Majida cancelled kfc order without informing me inspite of this being placed after cancellation of pizza order. Very very poor customer service and lack of accountability. This is my last order with kfc and pizza hut. Never again

Pizza Hut pizza and terrible service all around the daum board

The point south pizza hut is the absolute Worse piece of [censored] there is it is ran by a mean nasty [censored] for a manager she loves to brag she the manager but she don't know what she is doing she is argumentative talk over you she would not tell me her name but she keep saying she the manager every time i spend money with the awful store I end up going back m 4th with the manager my food never right I asked for peppers and parmesan cheese and never get it it's like going to Popeyes and getting chicken and no biscuits I'm so upset with pizza hut point south and the awful managers the girl and boy some one has to do something about this

Pizza Hut closed early

The Pizza hut on 4676 N. Washington st Denver, CO. 80216 closed early when the Google Information says they are still open till 12am and it was only 11:10 pm when I went to try to buy at least about $70 or more worth of pizza for my crew. I even called and no answer for about 30min, Soni took my business to dominos never again will I come back. No.

Pizza Hut very rude manager

I am the Operations Manager at a movie theater/Shady Brook Cinemas which is on the same street as your Pizza Hut location 1918 Shady Brook St Ste A Columbia, TN 38401. I called to place order 10/20/2018 at 9:50 pm and was requesting delivery. The female employee I believed named Amanda was answering the phone/taking order was nice and was only telling me what she was being told in the background by a manager. The manager had a hard tone with the employee and obviously did not want to take any more orders as I realize it was nearing to closing time. The manager told the girl she would not take our order because we were closed. I explained on the call-while our doors were locked to further customers- we at that moment had 300 customers in our building and would be working till 3/4am and had intentions of unlocking the door to receive the pizza delivery. So the call ended. First, I want to ask is it a company rule that they cannot deliver to a business that is closed?
...I called back and Amanda answered again and I asked why cant I just place my order and come pick it up? She asks manager and is told we need to send someone to pick up right now as it is approximately 9:55 and she is going to lock the doors at 11pm and that I also need to have my order placed before 11pm or they wont be taking it. My employee rushed over and stated the manager Polly was very rude at pick up but Amanda was nice. Second, I want to complain about the way Polly treats your customers. Although I only heard her giving orders in the background I would be very unhappy and embarrassed for anyone to represent my company like this and I felt you should be made aware.

My son orderd pizza he says he selected hand toss an An they sent pan pizzas I called the store An they hang the phone up on me then I called back An was placed on hold then hung up on I called a third time the mg on duty said if we fix your order we will charge you because it's your fault not ours I was like really

Pizza Hut the service/condition

Today, I visited Pizza Hut on aramingo Avenue in Philadelphia, PA about 6pm. As soon approached the register, no one was there. I noticed an adult roach crawling on the floor behind the counter. Then I noticed another crawling on the wall. As we watched the roaches crawl, the staff never came to the counter to assist me. I wouldn't have ordered anything because of the disgust. But to know that the service is good would have made me feel a little better. So not only is the place filthy, but the service also sucks. I can only conclude with saying that the reason it's filthy is because you have employees that doesn't care. It is obvious. Maybe and update to the building and extermination every month should help. Either way, I am going to stay away from there and I will also recommend others to stay away from there as well.

Pizza Hut pizza and wings from flourtown, pa

Yesterday at 6:13 pm I ordered A large pizza, half sausage-half pepperoni, and 12 mild buffalo wings from the Pizza Hut at 1448 Bethlehem Pike. When i placed the order, the food was said to be delivered by 7:15. I included in the delivery notes section that i was at the customer service counter inside of Acme Markets. At 7:30 I called the store where i was placed on hold for 5 minuets and told that my food was just headed out to me. At 7:50 i get a call from the delivery driver saying he's here but doesn't know where to go. Eventhough I included it online, I tell him that Im at the customer service counter at Acme and he replied by saying "Okay, so are you gonna meet me outside or what?". So i came outside to his car halfway across the parking lot to get my Pizza Hut delivery. Afterwards I sat down to eat the food and my pizza and wings tasted like it came out of a freezer. The pizza was dry and soft and had garlic butter flavor on the crust which i DID NOT order. The wings were soggy and mushy. I was unable to eat it and had to give it to a coworker to finish. I called the store back and was offered a $25 credit for everything. Not even more food. I found this to be unacceptable. The wait was beyond long and the food was beyond edible or satisfying nor what I ordered. I never get online and write complaints but I was so mad afterwards. It was w complete waste of money. After this experience, I will never be eating at that Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut cheese sticks

I ordered two double orders of cheese sticks and I asked more than twice for extra cheese because it's more like a bread stick unless you add extra cheese. And even though I ordered extra cheese on both boxes and even though I was charged for extra cheese on both boxes, I did not receive extra cheese on either box... needless to say I'm not happy😡 This isn't the first time this has happened and I'm more sensitive about it right now because I'm pregnant and all I wanted was some Pizza Hut cheese sticks with extra cheese but that didn't happen🙄 I'm usually a very patient, understanding person but sense this has happened before I felt like someone needed to let this issue be known!

Pizza Hut cashier and service

Over the past two years or more I have been purchasing pizza at your location on 10911 Raven Ridge Rd Unit 111, Raleigh, NC 27614. Prior to my last three visits I found the service excellent. Most times I place my order on-line. Last night I placed my order and then went to pick up the order and decided to eat in. For the third time in a row, the cashier rang up my order, did not say hello, thank you, no eye contact, a total zip head. Instead of then handing me my order which was in the warmer, she picks up the phone. as she had a call on hold. This visit she had me waiting for five minutes, until Kevin supposedly a manager, came over and asked if he could help me. I stated that the cash rang up my order and didn't give me my pizza. Her name by the way is Adrienne. He gave me the pizza and drinks and said here you go. The previous time, same situation, I visited the wait time was close to 10 minutes before she was finished with the call after taking my money and then giving me my pizza. My partner and I went and sat and begin to eat. I was so infuriated that I went back to speak with Kevin about the situation. He actually dismissed me and stated that the cashier was new (not true) and that they had been busy with the state fair going on, lots of excuses and NO apology. He had a smirk on his face the entire time. Needless to say after these past three visits I will be taking my business elsewhere. Yesterday visit was 10/19/20. The ticket # was 0048.

Pizza Hut pizza hut neighbor

I live behind a Pizza Hut, separated by a fence. Last night employees decided to throw empty buckets and paint cans over the fence and onto my wheelchair ramp and driveway. Fortunately my windshield was not broken.
The garbage has been on their side since I moved into my home in May 2018, and that is where I returned it. The buckets and lids at one time contained roofing material.
I spoke to a young man who came out the back door today, and was told that the store is under new management, and he was told to throw the items over. I asked why somebody didn't talk to me if they thought the garbage was mine, and he said he was told not to. I suggested they install a camera and never do this again.
This behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and criminal mischief.

Pizza Hut service

Pizza hut on 4501 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124. Customer service is very rude and are quick to hang up on you. Delivery takes almost 2 hours. Food is delivered cold and they always forget something. It will take them another hour for the missing item. Both times I ordered pizza dough was not fully cooked. Worst place ever I will never recommend this place to anyone. Someone from corporate should visit location and get them straight .

Pizza Hut delivery/ customer service

On 10.18.2018 we ordered pizza and waited an hour and a half so We opted to call the store and got and associate and after speaking to him he told us that our pizza would be another 85 mins ! We asked if we could do carry out and he said that it would take longer, we would double pay and have to wait for a credit. We asked him if we did opt to switch to carry out how long it would be ? He proceeded to say that he could not tell us how long it would be cause they were extremely busy and got slammed with a bunch of orders. He said if we switched over to carry out we would still have to wait cause there were orders before ours and that there was no way to speed up the process. At this point after speaking to him for about 5-10 minutes we said look can you just cancel our order and he proceeded to say well if you do that the people that you do have at your house won't even get the food. We then said what does that matter if we cancel we will wait for the credit and just go somewhere else. He put us on hold to see if he could confirm that we could cancel our order and then got back on and said, " oh, I cannot cancel it cause it's already out for delivery."

This is completely unacceptable from a person inside the store to not be able to walk back and say hey can I get an update on this order. At one point in our conversation with the young man said, " I have not been able to even do my job cause we have been so busy. " We get it you got busy, but as a paying costumer who has ordered from your company a number of times for you not tell us how much longer or where you are in the process of our order it's not acceptable. I paid up front for the products ordered and we were asking for a very simple answer to our question, all we needed to know was a time frame on how much longer. When you have waited 1.5 hours and are told that you are waiting and additional 85 mins or it could be more he did not really know due to the situation it tends to make people upset. We probably will never order delivery again and we will definitely make sure it's not from this store or location for carry out.

When we got off the phone after not canceling, cause we were told that it was on it's way, we called back 40 minutes later cause
It still was not at our home. The guy that was helping us (Damian) was the same guy that was helping us previously said, " oh man it's still not there, I am sorry, I can cancel it." We were told it was out for delivery by the store yet when we called back he wanted to cancel it? This made no sense to us. The second call we finally got the manager and he apologized and said that he refunded the full amount back to us. Thank you to Cameron the manager for finally stepping up after a two hour wait. We are still extremely upset that this situation even occurred .

Our information is above and hopefully you as a company you will be able to have better treatment for your costumers.

Pizza Hut customer service

I had called the pizza hut call center t [protected] 4 time on Oct 18th 2018. We order usually 3-4 times a month for quite a few yrs and we always get the same thing which is 2 med double pepperoni light sauce thin crust with garlic butter stuff on crust. I called tonight to order that and the first time she told me total was 27.27 or something close to that and i told her no its always been 13.08 she then proceeded to tell me that they no longer have that off i need coupon. So i got off phone and found a 2 med 2topping coupon on Groupon for 5.99 each so i called back and told them ok i have coupon so then they needed coupon code i said it didnt have one and she said that that one u had to do online. I got off phone and tried to do online and it never let me do light sauce or the garlic stuff. It shouldnt be this hard to just order pizza hard. Never once did they try and tell me about any other specials to help me out like the 5 dollar deal then called back to order 2 of the 5 dollar ones she told me one topping i said ok i said thin crust light sauce and garlic stuff she told me that that was not coved in the 5 dollar deal. So ur telling it cost more for less sauce not understanding .So we had to take our business else cause we are very frustrated.

Pizza Hut tables/facility - filthy

The 4 tables up against the windows have a sticky black substance on the tables that rub off on my sleeves of shirt. It looks like it would require them to scrub this off with some sort of degreaser and scrub brush. It is disgusting. I also would like to complain about the fact they charge for ANY dipping sauce when you order wings. The first should always be free then I understand to charge for additional if necessary.

Bought a pizza hut pizza cost me 30 dollars for pizza tip and delivery got it didn't hardly have any toppings complained to corporate sent me coupons for free pizza went and got a pizza ordered a pan pizza got regular pizza and it was raw nasty stuff throwed it in the trash Beckley west Virginia pizza hut Eisenhower drive use to have really good pizza but now they have really nasty pizza and charge you 2 dollars a topping and only put 3 maybe 4 peaces of toppings if you're lucky

Pizza Hut manager and employees smoking weed behind the store

I was walking to the laundry mat next to Pizza Hut. As I walked past I had seen what looked like two people smoking weed. I didn't think it was weed at first I thought they were smoking cigarettes, but then I started to get a good smell of the smoke and realized it wasn't cigarettes it was weed. Once they were done one person walked into the store and I realized it was the manager named Jennifer or Jen something like that. The other person that was with her was an employee but I didn't get a good look at him.

Pizza Hut service

Was very disgusted when I came in a bigger guy was sitting at the table in a pizza hut shirt I asked my waiter who he was and she told me he was the area coach he was spitting tobacco in a cup in front of employees and guest that was eating I thought that was very disgusting and lost my appetite he was also yelling and swearing at a worker and I didn't think that was appropriate to do in front of quest could of took it in the back all and this isn't the first time seeing it all he does is sit on his computer yelling across the store instead of getting up I have also seen him pick his butt and go over to the oven without washing his hand so unsatisfied and unsanitary and probably won't come back

I ordered pizza on the helpline number at 7.30pm from AL Rigga Deira. They gave me Salauddin pizza hut number [protected] order number 80337. After half an hour I called to check the status of my order, they informed they will get back to me. But there was no call back from them. Again I called for the status of my order, they asked my address and replied rudely by saying they don't deliver and they cancelled my order. I called several times to know the reason for cancellation, but no one was attending my call. It's a very bad service from pizza hut staff during this lockdown period not at all happy with pizza hut service

Pizza Hut burnt, overcooked food & unprofessional management

I ordered bone out wings, they were overcooked and had very little sauce on them which caused them to be dry and garlic knots that were drenched in garlic and inedible! I called the store, explained the problem and asked for a refund/replacement and was yelled at by the staff in which they stated it was my fault the food was bad!
