I am writing to complain about Pizza Hut at 59th and Peoria in Tulsa okla first of all I ordered 2 pizzas and order cheese 2 maybe 3 months ago I was told it be 30-45 min when I took 1 1/2 hours to get it after I called the store can you find out where my pizza is at that time that manager offered me a 10% discount I was absolutely fine with that then when my pizza and And what was to be my cheesesteaks got to the house over an hour and a half later my cheese sticks was actually just breadsticks I did not get the cheese on them so I called the store back and this time the manager offered me $10 credit on to my next pizza order I was OK with that one and then last night on 111 and what was to be much cheesesteaks got to the house over an hour and a half later my cheese sticks was actually just breadsticks I did not get the cheese on them so I called the store back in this time the manager offered me $10 credit on to my next pizza ordered I was OK with that one and the nexts day after this experience I did the survey they gave me a promotion code to use at that time to take $10 off from my neck pizza order I waited quite some time to order another pizza just because I was still really upset at the way things are taken care of but I completely understand if things do happen so I was willing to try again then on 1110 I tried to use my credit and that promotion code they told me at that time but it had to be an online order I've tried four times to do it online order it would not let me do that order it just kept taking me back to the start screen so I called the store back and they told me that I would have to call because senior and gave me the phone number I called the call center explained exactly what happened and the lady on the phone told me in order to use that code I would have to do it online again I explain to her that it would not let me I did not know what was going on with Pizza Hut website she got an attitude with me so I told her I wanted to speak to a manager she told me that she was a supervisor and that nobody else was going to give me any other answer than what she was giving me when all she was basically was giving me an attitude I was not asking for anything special other than help to get this pizza order After having attitude from the store manager when I called the store and then getting an attitude with a person at the call center that says they are a supervisor I tell them I want to speak to a district manager she told me that that's not possible and that once again wasn't nobody going to override her and change her the story of what how thing after having attitude from the store manager when I called the store and then getting an attitude with a person at the call center that says they are a supervisor I tell them I want to speak to a district manager she told me that that's not possible and that once again wasn't nobody going to override her What she was saying was the way it would be because she was a supervisor as well so I got frustrated and said just forget it I would call another company after talking with my boyfriend we decided that it be best to make a formal complaint with Pizza Hut corporation due to he was a A store manager for the Pizza Hut corporation and we both worked at one time at the 49th and Peoria store we know that's not how Pizza Hut in general rents their business but if this is the way the people and customers are going to be treated by your employees I will no longer be doing service with This company I completely understand everybody has a bad day because I work in retail myself but what I do not understand is how this company does not let their people help you win at their website that's having issues
