Pizza Hut servise

Pd 26.04.2014 lbh krg jam 4 ptg, kami sekeluarga telah ke Pizza Hut Cawangan ECM Kuantan. Telah membuat tempahan secara set serta 3jns side order dengan pekerja pertama. 15minit kemudian br kami dpt sup&roti sdgkan air dpt 10 minit kemudian. Stlh tu br 1lg side order&pizza yg kami pesan sampai. Namun spagetti msh juga tdk dpt. Bila dtanya kpd pekerja kedua, beliau memaklumkan akan bertanya kpd yg berkenaan. Sehingga kesemua makanan yg kami terima td hbs d mkn, spagetti msh tdk dpt.. Kami bertanya kpd pekerja ketiga & dmaklumkan bhw spagetti berkenaan telah tiada. Bayangkan stlh hpir 40minit baru kami d maklumkan bhw spagetti berkenaan tiada. Sedangkan pekerja2 berkenaan sepatutnya blh maklumkan kpd pelanggan berkenaan sesuatu order itu [protected]@x...Setahu saya pekerja2 d restoran makanan segera ini akan dberi latihan (traning) sblm memulakan kerjaya mrk...adakah salah satu latihan yg dberi kpd mrk untuk tdk memaklumkan kpd customer & membiarkan customer menunggu dan trs menunggu?

Pizza Hut bad delivery service

Last night at 8.00 pm (12 april pst) I booked an order through pizza hut uan telephone number in the name of my son adnan shafiq. We are regular customers of pizza hut. We were informed that our order shall be delivered in 30 minutes. There was no sign of delivery man till 9.00 pm and no information was conveyed to us either. Around 9.00 pm I called up uan number again and lodged complaint that my order was still not delivered. The phone attendant had no knowledge that what was happening. We were told that information shall be shortly given to us. I waited another 15 minutes and there was no call. We were starving by then and I took my family out to eat something. At 9.30 I got a call from ph rider that he was standing out of my house to deliver the order. There was no option but to tell him to take the order back. This isn't the first time ph service going bad to worse. Either home delivery or restaurant service, the standard is falling fast. Mostly its hr related.

Pizza Hut rude staff

On the 5th of march 2014, I went to the pizza hut at maju junction kuala lumpur. After having our seats, a girl staff came and took the orders. After taking the orders, she immediately went to key in the orders placed to process the receipt. When suddenly a male staff came approaching us in a very rude saying that you can't make orders like this and his tone was high and he was very angry. As we kept mentioning this is just add-on to the order, he kept saying we can't do it that way, as I remember going to the same place before many other times and we were always allowed to make such orders. Noticing the situation, the branch manager stopped by to ask what is going on, he the said male staff just walked away rudely by murmuring bad words. The manager said we can make such orders. The thing is we are paying! Not eating for free. The manager said I will coach him but that male staff never seem to even respect the manager. So, we left the place, before leaving, I asked for the head of managers contact number, while taking the number noted that the male staff kept looking at us and stared at each of us while giving us the smile of which I will see what you can do. For god's sake I found out that he was just part timer. They told me
He was given warning letter, but it was all a lie as there was none given. Very bad service and poor management! I seek for justice. I believe everything was recorded in the cctv. I urge for the authority to have a check on the cctv.

Pizza Hut cheated customers, stated clearly on the wall, business hours until 10:30 p. m., but closed early at 9:40 p. m. / 9:45 p. m.

On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in between 9:40 p.m. to 9:45 p.m., my brother in law, my niece and I, walked in a Pizza Hut Restraunt, branch, AEON AU2, Setiawangsa, at the ground floor, where there were a lot of restraunts and food stalls around. As we stop at the table where they put only menu on it, as we browsed through the menu, suddenly a young Malay man/ boy came approaching me, by saying, 'Take away only Sir'. Before, I even entered their premise, I already saw their business hours, clearly stated, that their business hours was until 10:30 p.m., that was why I dared to enter their restraunt in the first place, or else, I wouldn't even bother. I told the young Malay man/ boy, stated their 10:30 p.m., I even pointed to him with my finger, where it was stated, he saw and looked at the business hours, which stated 10:30 p.m., he said, 'Memang kami tutup 9:40 p.m.' By him saying that, I knew, he meant that, they could still take the order, but you couldn't sit in the restraunt. But, why? I don't get it? Why you put it there, stated clearly that business hours until 10:30 p.m. but customers cannot sit at/ in the restraunt? Mind as well, you just put closed at 9:40 p.m. or please state it clearly, that what time you can sit in the restraunt? and what time you cannot? and what time you can only order for take away, without sitting at the restraunt? Please make it clear or state it clearly so that customers won't get confused? Between 9:40 p.m. or 9:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. there were plenty of time, 40/ 45 minutes before it was closed? That was a lot of time? I was really puzzled and confused. I thought to myself, the staff there, must be a lazy bunch, they wanted to close early so that they could go home early. Please don't cheat the customers, by stating something else, and you are actually not doing it, but you are doing something else. It means that you are not honouring what you have claimed that you are doing? What is this?

Pizza Hut their staff is really awful and unprofessional

I found out about the website tellpizzahut.com and decided to visit their pizza restaurant. I didn’t like the staff of the restaurant. Sometimes they spoke in impolite and rude manner. We waited 30 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. Later she brought our order, but it wasn’t full, she forgot to bring drinks and salads. Their staff is really awful and unprofessional. I felt only negative after I visited this place.

Bad Experience & Upset with the kind of Offer and service provided by your pizza hut outlet and
I was not expecting this kind of poor service from a company as big Reputed Companies in all over the world.

In satya niketan 72 moti bagh, rk puram outlet Mr abdul was very rude and treated very badly like we are beggars he has not informed the terms and condition of this offer and he asked us to take the slice of pizza one by one

I request you to don't Start these Kind Of Offer because of this we embraced
offer name: unlimited pizzas as much as you can eat for Rs.199...wrong line (Line should be like this: as much as we lose good customer in new unlimited pizza offer and this is my first and last time in pizza hut i will not vista again

saya order carbonara . dah lah lambat . order pukul 7 . sampai pukul 7.30 . bila makan . tawar . sangat tawar . ibarat makan spageti dgn air . bila Tanya pelayan, dia cakap bahan buat carbonara dah habis . lepas tu, suruh mintak spageti lain . saya mintak cancel . dia cakap tak boleh . alasan nya sebab dah send order . tapi kalu dah tau tak cukup bahan, kenapa nak jual jugak, rasa ajinomoto pun takde . ni memang standard rasa pizza hut sekarang ke . saya cakap dekat pelayan, lain kali bagi tahu kalau tak cukup bahan, , jgn main terima order je tapi makanan sampai tak sedap . lepastu dia marah balik . dia cakap dia tak tahu apa2 bukan salah dia . tak boleh ke cakap sory je . poor service . pizza hut jitra ni memang tak train staff dia ke .

Pizza Hut rude to customer

Today, I ordered pizza hut through on line, said will be reach in 30 minutes. The staff of sending pizza has call me about where is my house and the phone is call from their centre. After 10 to 15 minutes, he call me again, ask me to call him back because he got no enough credit. Then I call him back, he ask where is my house. I have been repeated telling and tell him the direction very well but in the phone, he scold me "cb this girl" in malay. This happen was make me angry of being so rude to me. I asked me to call another staff or bring back the pizza but he don't and he reached my house and we pay it although he has apologise to us. Again, this is not the first time I order pizza hut delivery and this is the first time, I need to call back to the staff. Pizza hut delivery really make me disappointed, no customer willing to suffer for this kind of service. I hope pizza hut company can enhance their staff quality.

Pizza hut delivery has make mistake.
1. Ask customer to call back
2. Being rude to customer of scolding bad word.

On 25/7/13 at 4.45pm, I hv called pizza hut at [protected], indian guy pickd up that call and start asking my cntact num, name and add and I need to repeat it twice.after that he put me on hold bcos want to check on the nearby branch whch cn do delivery..but the way he talks is sooo annoying.he ask me where is the nearby pizza hut branch at my area..why I need to tell him smthing which he needs to check on? If thats the case I am the one who should work with pizzahut..he put me on hold once again bcos to check on the branch...he comes back and repeat the same question...AND PUT ME ON HOLD AGAINNN FOR ALMOST 15 MINUTES THEN HE HANG UP THE PHONE! THISSS IS SO RUDE AND UNBELIEVABLE! I called back and he straightly drop the call after see my num..this is very very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER KNOW!SUCKS!

This scene took place in pizza hut in tesco mergong alor setar kedah. I was starving to death when the idea of having pizza hut as my lunch meal popped up on my mind, together with a friend. Initially we wanted just to take away the set jimat (2 personal pan pizza ) instead of eating them there. We were well aware that its meant to be taken home n strictly no eating in allowed. But on 2nd thought, we changed our mind and wanted to dine in instead so we straight away ordered another ala carte meal so that we could have them inside the restaurant. But to our shock the girl of whom the name we couldnt register didnt allow us to eat our personal pan sized pizza there just because the set jimat meal are meant to be taken away. Apparently buying our ala carte meals is still doesnt qualify u to eat inside that goddam restaurant. To me, its quite obvious why u can see very few ppl inside the restaurang with this kinda attitude of the workers. I assigned the girl to call the manager for me but she didnt..n after asking the manager(izzaty) i didnt expect that i receive the same answer. So i just cancelled the order and walked out from that restaurant to "enjoy" our pizzas outside. I think to mantain a good reputation, pizza hut better off hiring a well mannered employees so that u dont suffer the consequences of their misbehaving attitude.

22 Nov 2013 jam 1145 pagi, bertempat di Pizza Hut Sunshine Square, Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang. Kami sekeluarga makan dalam keadaan panas tanpa ada penghawa dingin. Apabila saya bertanya kepada seorang India yang mengatakan dia pengurus di situ kenapa tiada penghawa dingin lalu dengan selambanya beliau menjawab keadaan itu tidak di jangkakan. Mereka juga tidak tahu yang penghawa dingin pada hari ini tidak berfungsi sehingga saya sendiri bertanya kenapa keadaan panas di restoran ini. Saya tidak berpuas hati dengan keadaan ini kerana pihak Pizza Hut mengenakan 'Service Charge' sebanyak 10% dan saya berada di dalam restoran itu umpama duduk makan dalam oven yang masak kek. Lelaki India yang mengatakan dia Pengurus di situ sikit pun tidak meminta maaf kepada saya. Bagus sungguh PENGURUS yang bekerja di Pizza Hut, tidak ada rasa bersalah kepada pelanggan dan buat tak tau jer pelanggan iaitu saya bila saya complaint. Begitu juga pekerjanya. beliau berkata bahawa mereka pun panas berada di sini. Cantik sungguh budi bahasa Pengurus dan pekerjanya. Memang beginikah pekerja yang dilantik atau yang diambil bekerja di Pizza Hut? Dah ambik 'Servis Charge' lepas tu servis yg diberi amat mengecewakan. Pizza Hut sombong & kasar

Pizza hut di sekitar ipoh. Salah satunya pizza ipoh garden. Terjadi 30 jun 2013, ada beberapa kesilapan yang saye nak utarakan disini.
1. Kami perlu menunggu hampir 10 minit untuk diambil order sedangkan hanya kami pelanggan yang masuk dlm mase terdekat,
2. Kebetulan dimeja sebelah saya ade pinggan yang pecah dan bertaburan dilantai. Sepanjang saye di sana hampir 40 minit.. Pinggan pecah tu tetap disitu. Malah salah seorang pelayan pizza dtg dan alih dengan menggunakan kaki keluarkan dari bawah meja ke lalu pejalan untuk memasukkan kerusi dan terus dibiarkan disitu sepanjang masa. Sebaliknya saya yang terpaksa jaga dan beritahu kepada pelanggan yang baru masuk agar mereka tidak memijak pinggan tersebut.
3. Saya tidak tahan dengan sikap pekerja pizza yang suke ambil dan kemas meja dgn cara kasar.. Bunyi hentakan pinggan, sudu garfu sekuat2nya sehingga mengganggu kami sebagai pelanggan. Bukan hanya berlaku d pizza hut ipoh garden. Malah terjadi juga d pizza pekan lama ipoh dan tesco. Persoalan saya.. Adakah mereka dilatih dgn cara begini?
4. Pekerja pizza tolong jgn hantar makanan kami bile dah sejuk. Bile keju dah sejuk macam makan getah tau tak? Plsss... Saye peminat setia pizza. Tapi jgn sebab attitude pekerja buat kami serik tuk ke pizza lagi..

Pizza Hut abusive texts from boss and unethical processes

I am a concerned associate of an employee who has a very verbally abusive boss with unethical practices. The employee in question has received abusive texts including "Everyone wants to kill you." from said boss of the store. Deliveries are expected to be within 15minutes, which is completely unrealistic. The latest "firing tactic" has been brought about by verbal request that "Everyone right down one name of someone who ["you"] think should be fired and ["I"] will fire that person Monday." This is amongst other tactics and daily threats. I called cooperate but they can not do anything because the Store in question is franchise. Any advice on how to proceed in filing this complaint in the right areas would be appreciated.

Pizza Hut 120 minutes no delivery (customer like ping-pong)

(This is a copy of my formal complaint to the company, thus I will show the content but not the recordings)

Attached is my voice recordings to each phd. You will be amazing how your staff handle this. You'll definitely consider enhancing your ordering process or system.

All these call between your call centre (1) , phd mutiara complex (2) and phd jalan pahang (3)

- my order was placed online on 7 june 2013 est 9.37pm. Delivery stated 30mins and expecting it in 10.07pm.
(Luckily it wasn't like previous system or else I had paid via maybank or credit card but do not receive my goods. )

- by est 10.42pm, a call from phd to confirm my order.

- est 10.25pm, nothing receive. No even a call.

- I start making call to your call centre, 5mins engage via your ivr, noone pick up the call and it dropped itself.

- another call to your call centre for several mins, still noone pick up my call.

- I aware that always mutiara complez to delivery my pizza, so I google the phone number and called them. Refer it to "2013-06-07_22.26. Mutiara complex enq but no responde"

- then I called your call centre again for 5mins and noone pick up and it dropped itself. Refer it to "2013-06-07_22.33. Call centre 5mins no pick"

- another 72 seconds call to your call centre via different ivr option still no pick up. Refer to "2013-06-07_22.38. Call centre 72sec no pick"

- muatiara phd promised in the first call to return my call, but did not after 14mins. So I call them back, refer it to "2013-06-07_22.40. Mutiara no call (I call them) refer jalan pahang phd"
(They say jalan pahang phd in charge)

- I called jalan pahang phd to find out and they promised will check and revert back. Refer it to "2013-06-07_22.42. Phd jln pahang say call back call back"

- another call to your call centre to find out. Still the same, 5 mins no pick and line dropped itself. Refer it to "2013-06-07_22.46. Another call centre 5mins no pick"

- after 25mins, jalan pahang phd still do not return my call. Yes... 25mins... A pizza should be deliver in 30mins but a call is no return. So I decided to call call them. Refer it to "2013-06-07_23.07. Jalan pahang phd put blame on mutiara phd"
(I am pissed off and decide to fill this complaint and I have informed them to cancel the order if they have received it. Since this is like a ping-pong game to a customer)

- directly after conversation with phd jalan pahang. At 11.10pm, I called phd mutiara complex to end this ping-pong game. Refer it to "2013-06-07_23.10. Mutiara phd put blame on jln pahang phd"
(The same was told to both phd involved, I asked them to cancel my order and I will fill a formal complaint. )

- while typing this, at 11.31pm, phd muatiara called and ask me for address of delivery. Aren't in the call I told them to cancel my order? Funny rite? Refer it to "2013-06-07_23.31. Mutiara phd called and ask me direction to deliver after 1hour and 53mins"

***time consumed for this extreme service level especially when customer took the initiative to call them to seek for his order was not valued at all becaused I paid my phone call charges to call them... ***

***i demand a valid explanation from your authority by next week!***

Delivery order made around 8.25pm on 4th April 2014. Code: 202256
Delivery arrive around 8.55 but missing side order, overcharged and no receipt is given.
It's a young malay delivery boy. It could be either intentional fraud or mistakes.
Action demanded.

Pizza Hut rude

On Jun 2nd 2013 at 6.15pm, I place an order to Pizza Hut Malaysia. I can say that I am a loyal customer. I had never made any complaints against Pizza Hut Malaysia before even though they sometimes send those Pizza half an hour late than promise. It is understandable and acceptable, but to be treated rudely by the person answering the phone is something unacceptable. If you do not like the job then quit Liones (name provided by the operator), don't tarnish the name of the Pizza Hut by being one bad apple.
Or maybe Pizza Hut Malaysia thought that they are a big company and customer service is something unnecessary and maybe I should bring my order to Domino Pizza. If that the case then okay. Adios Pizza Hut Malaysia. Please check the recorded conversation for proof, I have stated clearly the time, date and the name of the operator who answered the phone. I thought the operator should have pleasant personality as one of the job requirement?

Parents Petition To Have Copeland Elementary School's Principal Replaced: Augusta, GA -

Some Parents at Copeland Elementary School say Principal Kimberly Davis has lost control of the school, and they've signed a petition demanding that she be replaced.

Civil Rights Leader & Church Pastor: Dr. Frank Beckles, Jr., says his son's was attacked by another student, and Principal Davis failed to do anything about it. So, he took his issues up with the Richmond County Board of Education.

"I spoke with Mrs. Mizorah Ash, who assured me that everything would be taken care of and, of course, it wasn't, " Dr. Beckles says.

Another parent, EIiesha McClendon, "The way she talked to, also spoke out against the principal at Copeland Elementary School. She says Davis sent her child home from school, without a write-up, in the car of a faculty member. The outraged mother took the issue straight to the principal.

me was like I was a two-year-old child, " McClendon says.

Like Dr. Beckles, McClendon says she then turned to the Richmond County Board of Education, speaking with Deputy Superintendent Tim Spivey, but that appears to be as far as her complaint went.

Richmond County Schools Superintendent Dr. Frank Roberson says this is the first he's heard of these accusations, but that he intends to resolve them. "If there are any issues, I would encourage any credible parent to bring them to my attention. My door is open."

Some teachers also appear to be concerned about how discipline is handled in Richmond County.

A Craigslist posting by someone claiming to be a teacher: The post accuses the Board of Education of being "clueless" and not telling the truth.

The Board of Education is also dealing with several lawsuits. Still, the Superintendent says things are under control. "Dr. Roberson, is there a problem in Richmond County schools?" we asked. "There's not a problem in Richmond County Schools, " he answered.

Dr. Roberson says he's currently looking into who's behind the Craiglist rant. He also says he cannot speak on the lawsuits because they are still being investigated.

Pizza Hut delivery system fault, waited over 2 hrs

My orders from my home address usually gets fulfilled by Kompleks Mutiara branch of Pizza Hut. 1st time problem 09/10/08 ordered 6:15pm arrived 8:00pm. Plus over-charged and didn't deal discount promised during order. Then all these years no problem (very good, fresh, very yummy pizza) until this month (2 incidents). Apparently, they have changed to a newer *but IMHO definitely not better* system.

Incident #1, either 12/05/13 or 13/05/13 (I did not note info because I thought it was a 1-off problem), called [protected] around 9:55pm, connected around 9:58pm (previously connected within 30 secs), and (1) confirmed my full address and mobile numbers, (2) confirmed order & price, (3) confirmed Kompleks Mutiara branch in my zone, but 11:20pm called [protected] to check on order and they were surprised, called [protected]/5255 and finally got through and was told they do not have my order, plus under new system they cannot call call ctr / HQ, but will try to rectify. 11:23pm got call from [protected] Selayang Utama branch and they admitted they received the order but cannot send as I am out of their zone, plus cannot call ctr / HQ or forward order to correct branch Kompleks Mutiara. I waited until midnight, and went to sleep disappointed and hungry.

Incident #2, 20/05/13 called [protected] at 9:08pm, pressed option 3, waited for 3-4mins, talked to an agent then manage / supervisor Mr. Anuar (spelling?), promised to fulfill order 12/05/13 order of 2 regular pizza (beef pepperoni & hawaiian chicken), confirmed Kompleks Mutiara branch, confirmed my mobile number and full address, plus he promised to give me compensation voucher. 9:23pm received call from [protected] Selayang Utama (new number) with problem: they cannot fulfill order because I am out of zone (same problem). 9:27pm received call from Kompleks Mutiara branch promising to deliver without 30 mins, plus I confirmed my mobile number and full address. 10:02pm received call from [protected] Kompleks Mutiara branch to confirm my mobile number and full address, plus I included directions and they confirmed understanding. 10:30pm pizza finally arrived, noticed that dispatch boy: (1) not wearing uniform, (2) no receipt, (3) no promised compensation voucher, so I asked him why it took so long (9:15pm order, 10:30pm deliver) and he showed me a piece of paper with this info: 03 and my 7-digit phone number, wrong address. 10:37pm noticed that pizza was soggy, not tasty, and wrong toppings / order. 10:38pm called [protected], pressed option 3, waited and call dropped after 4min 54sec. 10:44pm called [protected] again, pressed option 3, waited can call dropped after 6min 23secs.

After my Incident #1, shouldn't their system flag if customer order not fulfilled?

I have been a loyal customer to pizza hut when all my friends always tell me to order from competitors. All I can remember now is not the good times when the pizza was good, but these two incidences. I am convinced Pizza Hut does not care enough to take care of customers.

Pizza Hut unacceptable long waiting

Today 6 may 2013, I and my friends went to Pizza Hut Malaysia in Parit Buntar branch for dinner planning to try new product- Double Sensation Pizza. But they told us out of store. We were disappointed. Then we order others pizza (3 pizza) and they mentioned we have to wait for 30 minutes. We ok with that. The 2 pizza (from 1 combo) were served after 30 minutes but the last pizza ( from another combo) was served after one hour. Total waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes which was too long as shown in the receipt.

Along that, the service was unsatisfied. We have to wait for order, wait for the plates to be served, reminding for last pizza to be served but no staff approaching us.

Is really disappointed me and hope Pizza Hut will take necessary upgrading service so that i will come again. Thank you.

Pizza Hut pizza hut very poor food & service quality

On 02 may 2013 (12.22pm), I and my friend has been lunch at pizza hut perling 2, johor bahru. We order 1 set pizza for 2 person. Unfortunately, garlic bread stick was finished their replaced with normal garlic bread. That normal garlic bread has been cut, we just received 3 sections only, look like food residue.
We waiting for the waiter to pack some food, takes almost 20 minutes. Very poor food & service quality.

Pizza Hut slow, poor service, poor food quality

Went to the Pizza Hut in Giant Sunway Ipoh.The service was super bad and it is slow.I wanted to take away, I've ordered and waited for about 1 and a half hour.There were 3 tables who came later than me and they were all served already.I complained to the worker for waiting so long and she didn't care about it. I've waited so long and the food finally is ready.When I went home, I thought that I've already waiyed so long and already got the pizza and went home, so I thought that nevermind.But when I eat it, the quality of the food was so bad.It was hard and the pizza is cold(Eweeee). I will never go back to that Pizza Hut ever again. :(

Pizza Hut after 50min they did not even proceed my order, no appologise

I am regular Pizza Hut costumer but such a bed treated as today I was never before.
When I called for pizza delivery (PHD which delivers to USM Campus Penang) they promised me that delivery time is 30 min. In 50 min of my waiting pizza was still not delivered even more they called me after 50 min what kind of pizza did I order and they did not even proceed my order yet. IN 50 MIN THE DID NOT EVEN PROCEED MY ORDER?! It was no special appologize or Sorry we are late cupon they just said that that's the way it is because they have a system problems. I can understand always can happened some problems but they probably had system problems even before and they should called me after few minutes from placing an order not after 50 min when pizza should be already delivered. And they should appologize and gave Sorry that we are late cupon. I will never order again! You' ve lost a costumer.

Pizza Hut poor service

I went to the pizza hut alma with my family on 20/4/2013.As usual, a waitress will come and take order.After a few minutes, the drinks(a jar=4 glasses) and 4 bowls of mushroom soup.The mushroom soup taste like hell and it is watery.The ingredients less as well.After 45 minutes of waiting, my father called out a waitress and ask her 'wheres the food".The waitress shrugged as she ask the chef about the food and it came out that.They didn't key in the order.We got so angry and get out from that ### place.Right after we get out, a lot of the people who work there, started to play and fool around.I hate that ashore place and the pitch waitress who took the order.

I have never eaten at a place that is so disgusting! Talk about needing an update, 1st of my waitress (KATELYNN as seen on receipt) was so rude throwing our plates in front of us. After ordering did not come to our table cleaning the floor then walking to salad bar cleaning around the items...putting pieces of lettuce in hand and putting it back in salad...

Pizza Hut horrible pizza they tried selling me

From a disappointed customer,
I ordered a crown crust pizza at your Ajax - R32804 location for pick up. My order # was [protected]. This was the first time I have ever ordered this pizza...I guess seeing the commercials over and over really works. Anyhow I arrived to pick up the pizza (which came up to $30.50) with nothing additional with it, just the pizza. Right before I was going to pay for it they showed me what it looked like and to my horror the most disappointing looking pizza in my entire life was presented to me! Let me break down what they showed me in that pizza box in no particular order...first off the entire pizza's appearance was so dry it looked like it was cooked when the store first opened and was then was placed in a warmer for the day waiting to get sold. The crust was paper thin which I didn't ask for, the pizza didn't even fill the box it came in and normally when I get a pizza anywhere, when it's sliced it still somewhat together, not in this case it looked like if a cracker was being separated. I ordered the pizza with extra cheese x2 and could see as much of the dry sauce as I did cheese. For a $30 pizza you would expect a lot more than that. I ended up leaving empty handed, upset and never wanting to buy from you guys again. Now I only had great experiences growing up eating from pizza hut so I'm hoping it's just this particular location that offers this to its customers for the company’s sake. I'm writing to you to let you know you might have lost a fan/customer for ever. I had to tell them I didn't want it and now I can't order from them again because I not going through that again. I don’t expect the pizza to look exactly like what I see on TV but damn some pride need to go into making food for paying customers. I just wished I took a picture.

Pizza Hut in Roseville Michigan gave me a similar pizza that was the worst I ever tasted. The Pizza Hut in Palm Springs, however, makes a great pizza for cheap - always high quality and just what you order. I guess its where you go.
