[Resolved] Netspend / account locked
I have called numerous of times its been a week my accounts locked i cant transfer any of my money its gonna be another week befofe i get a card so it will be 2 weeks ive gone with no money my bills that were due are now behind have no gas money to make it to work or get food for my family..i have money in my account but netspend wont unlock it to withdraw my money all i get from
Netspend is we understand what your going through...no the #### you dont how can you make someone go 2 weeks without a way to get their money...i watched my direct deposit go into the account and cant use it
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
