McDonald'squality of breakfast items and poor customer service

The first location I stopped at was on Baltimore street for breakfast. The egg mcmuffin was burnt, egg overcooked, hash Brown was overcooked and my medium iced coffee looked like a small. On December 2, 2018 I stopped at the McDonald's location on Carlisle street for breakfast. I ordered a large iced peppermint mocha and a hash Brown. When I took a bite of the hash brown, it was very tough and overcooked.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Hanover, IN I tried asking the worker, who was a manager to exchange or replace a new hash Brown. She blew me off, saying that the policy was no exchanges, while trying to rush me out of the drive thru. The only thing I would have liked would have been a replacement or my money refunded. I am very disappointed in McDonald's customers service and quality of foods. I am not sure if I will be returning in the future. Please correct these actions so that they don't happen again the next time someone visits.
