McDonald's

Several times we have ordered quarter pounder with no ketchup. When we get home and go to eat we find ketchup on our burger. Today my husband went to get burgers and asked for pickles only. We got ketchup and pickles.
A lady waiting in line ordered 3 Quarter pounders with meat only. When her order came, there was no meat.
Two working men came in and ordered drinks and a cookie. They paid and waited 10 minutes to get two cookies.. They could have gone and got their drinks as the cups are on a table. They people taking orders do not know how to work efficiently to get the people their order so they can leave and not stand around waiting in line.

The people processing the orders evidently can not read. Instead of doing pickles only they put ketchup.. Instead of meat only they leave off the meat.. Not sure what kind of people you are hiring. Either the manager needs to be more careful in her hiring or watch the people and if they are not doing a good job, let them go. The staff is not very friendly either. One day there the lady was very nice and smiling and doing a good job.
