I have been calling the Kfc delivery number and keep dialling the complaint and suggestions number but it keeps disconnecting. I have not been so offended as i did tonight. I order a standard meal a few extras and a snack box. Delivery came items missing and the snack box is spicy. Called back to get order rectified, they transfereerd to the guy he took my order. Firstly he sounds half dead and insisted that I am wrong. Knowing Im not as I have an allergy for the spicy chicken after a debate his still telling me that im wrong, check the recording mate you record it to get service feedback on your employees well use it. eventually he said e ill deliver 2 pieces of chicken wel sill waiting an hour later. seriously why should I be shouted at by a tele operator. either guide me to where I can complain or rectify your service, i see im not the only one complaining obviously theres a problem now isnt it!
