KFC unhygienic food

Hi,

My name is Irfan and I need to register my complaint regarding hygiene concerns at KFC branch in Sukkur city of Pakistan. I visited above said branch with all my family members on 03-Feb-2017 with trust in the brand and the name of KFC believing that it is a global food chain with high standard. But my trust was shattered when we were served with food poor in quality and utterly unhygienic . Firstly, chicken was re-fried as it appears from its texture and taste. Secondly most worst thing happen when hairs were found in 2 pieces. After occurrence of this incident I immediately asked for the duty manager but I was told by the staff that he is not present in the branch at this time. When I demanded for complaint form, I was given a number of General Manager (as per the staff) the number is +[protected]. I spoke to him on phone to register my complaint, he assured me to take care of my concerns and later on asked me to hand over phone to available staff. Since I had recorded whole call and it is clear from his conversation with the staff member that he is trying to evade problem and is not serious in resolving problem. Recording can be provided to you if required although, whole conversation was in local language.
KFC is the only international food chain available in Sukkur city and I wish that it could persist expected standard so that people of the city can enjoy taste that is globally renowned. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and will help people to dine healthier and safe food at KFC, Sukkur.

KFC managers

I have notice and heard several occasion where managers pick on the minors. They communicate very rude and disrespectful. You don't treat your minors any different or boss them around to do all your job wile you sit and talk to other managers or be on your cell phone. I believe any type of job you need to be professional specially in front of customers. I know that managers don't treat there employees with respect, integrity, and ethics. I believe this company needs to have the State Board or California Labor Law Department for there violations on how they don't listen to what the employee needs to say. Anita (manager in charge) has literally told a minor that what ever she has to say it don't matter and she don't care they only back up there managers. Mona is the manager that is so unprofessional and violates all the regulations like, harassment, bulling, and intimidating. You don't go up to employees and whisper in there ear.

KFC unethical behavior

There have been numerous amounts of times that I have arrived on the kfc premises and the employees were standing outside in their uniforms by the trash can smoking marijuana then returning to work under the influence. This has disturbed me and a lot of other customers in this area. The staff is loud, rude, and disrespectful and the managers are influencing this unethical behavior as well. I have witnessed, on most visits, every employee with a cellular device either talking on the phone during work hours or walking around texting on their cellular devices. There is always music playing with a huge amount of profanity being heard from the background in the cooking area.

KFC your chicken

I order your 20.00 family deal on wednesday when i got home and open the box with the chicken in look like cornish hen instead of you r chicken the pieces were so small i was pissed are you cutting back on your chicken and using cornish hen if you sre i will go to other places to get my chicken .With the price i paid i should get better chicken i think i should reembured the money i paid than you

KFC kentucky fried chicken

Yesterday, I visited the KFC on the Strand to order some flake ice cream comes that I waited twenty minutes for since they ran out of ice cream and there were three or four orders before mine..

The staff member taking the order was friendly. A child asked how she was and made her smile because of his kindness. He actually turned back to ask her avout her well being and to wish her a good day further.

They appeared to be run off their feet with too few staff members present for such a busy site. We both smilled at her nice the gesture was. It's always nice to have customers like that and staff like that. It almost made up for the bad experience we were going to have next.

Any way, the marketing and media of KFC is great. However, the quality did not match the expectation induced by the marketing experience. Along with tge glake cones, I ordered two Streetwise value boxes only to discover that the contents were dry, hard and leathery. The chips remains uneaten, the chicken was rough and small (not what it looks like on the marketing) and the snack burger was the only item that was actually what it had claimed to be. The were no descriptions on the KFC shop menu, the window or anywhere at the Strand KFC. Just before finding the KFC website, there was no indication of what was really to be expected in the box.

A massive corporation with poor quality rates low on consumer engagement that satisfies. Rather than bother the friendly sales person that had initially made the sale, I believed that it was a KFC (Pty) Ltd brand special marketing, media, informations, communication and publishing concern that should be raised with the board.

All in all a disappointing meal with money not well spent on that particular day: a healing outing to the beach with my nephews and one of their friends.

Perhaps more staff, would show appreciation to the consumer and that KFC values them through providing service through well cared, managed and paid staff members that are able to explain the difference in quality from what is advertised and the quality that is their reality.

Nevertheless, thank you for the eye opening experience. We do better when we are valued and when we know better and can thus improve the quality and portion of the product rendered to all consumers who are undoubtedly many.

KFC meal ordered, & served... not what my partner asked for!

My partner & I ventured to your branch at trostre llanelli on friday 19th january 2017.
I ordered our meal which consisted of large box meal big daddy meal; 2 single wings; regular fries; rg beans x 2 coffees which 1 was supposed to be regular, & 1 large;... But both regular!
Anyway... I digress... I was brought up to be " polite; courteous & friendly", to everyone, male & female; young or old!
However, it appeared that the server iwan r.5679... Wasn't!
He was " miserable to start with, with no " welcome to kfc etc, no smile and he hardly spoke!
He took my card payment.. Again no thank you etc!
And after our meal was placed on the serving desk, I collected... Minus our coffees; so had to get up & ask where are our coffees were?
No apology whatsoever!
Also, with respect " you know & I know what " chicken wings" are;!
However what my partner had were in hers & my opinion " shriveled up spicy nuggets!; definitely not " chicken wings"!
When taking the... (so called) " chicken wings" to the " miserable staff" (bar 1 member of staff matthew whom was most pleasant & courteous"!)
The " member of staff" whom was " adamant" they were " chicken wings" dark hair & beard... & yet again bar 1 member of staff he also was miserable.. & no smile; no courteousness!
I spent £10.06p.. On an " extremely un pleasant meal; not what we ordered, & all bar 1 member of staff have no manners at all and have no " pr".. Whatsoever!
I would be most appreciative for your " observations" on this matter!

KFC kfc food and operation

We went to this kfc (F428016) at 5210 detroit rd. , elyria, oh 44035 tonight at 7:31 pm. I ordered two breast meals for my wife and i. Let me say that this is the worst, filthy, kfc I have ever seen. Go there if you really want to see a terrible operation. There were long lines on the inside and outside. The people were waiting for various items not made ahead of time. I was waiting on biscuits for 10 minutes and they were scooping out the cold mashed potatoes near the front counter. There were cardboard boxes all over the floor that the employees were kicking around. There was not one clean table for us to sit, they were all dirty with grease and crumbs. The chicken was tough and I wasn't going back 6.5 miles since we left and took our meals home. Ticket #3554 !

KFC staff rude and misbehave

Today I visited Mandarin branch and order of zinger burger and staff handover burger me within min and I request him please make it fresh than he shouted and misbehave in front of my two kids, I think you should conduct training and teach how to handle the customer and we are paying and this is our right . staff name Neon and manager name AbD Elefatah . I inform manager but he was blank and not feel my pain what I face, I ask him pls provide me your manager number but he refuse to give me . Me and my family never visited KFC again and tell friends that staff are rude .

KFC product/service

We were buying KFC from the Van der Hoff Road branch in Hercules, Pretoria on 23 December 2016. The personnel don't speak to you, highly unfriendly and the food wasn't up to standard and we waited 42 minutes for the food. Because we don't like to complain we just let it go. Then on 18 January 2017 we were on our way to a meeting and the children were hungry so we decided to give it another try at the same branch. Again the same experience
1. The staff member that helped us did not answer us when we ask her a question twice, while we were waiting 34 minutes to receive the food. Unfriendly as hell and just turn her back on us while speaking to her girl friend.
2. The chicken were old without any taste and no sauce on the burgers.
3. We haven't receive any chilli salt or servettes or tomato sauce.

And then our family started vomitting that evening of 18 January. We all ate the same burgers and because of that we are sick and can not stop vomitting.

I will never buy from KFC again.

KFC service or policy

Today 1/18/17 I stopped at the Holland Mi KFC. i ordered a number 8 from the 5.00 fill up menu. The menu says it is a famous bowl, cookies and a drink. I also ordered 2 biscuits. I was asked what I wanted to drink and I declined the beverage as you serve only sweet drinks which I do not drink. I was then asked to confirm I wanted the only the famous bowl and 2 biscuits. I said I still wanted the cookies but was told they only came with the combo. So I was charged 7.08 for a famous bowl and 2 biscuits. So it is my understanding If I had ordered a drink to throw away for the same money I would have gotten cookies!
A couple of things would interest me in a resolution. First I truly feel I am owed some cookies. Why do you not offer an unsweetened tea? Why is there an up charge for coffee? Maybe these are things to consider for customer satisfaction. I did not ask to be compensated for wanting less than the combo offered so why should I not be able to get the rest of the offer. KFC actually comes out ahead on that deal. I am sure I can go the rest of my life without KFC but I will be sure to share my story.

KFC bad food

I ordered by phone from KFC in Jeddah, KSA
Yesterday evening
I received two sandwiches and a bag of fries as ordered

1- A fly flew out of one sandwich when i opened the sandwich box
2- The other sandwich had only the batter inside the bread and no chicken at all as the restaurant promoted and smelled bad
3- The fried potatoes were old and cold and oily

I called the restaurant to make a complaint
They promised to call me to fix this issue but i received no calls from them

I am at a location in Norman Oklahoma on Alemeda and the Chicken that they serve is ALWAYS OLD, there was one instance when I ordered a Bucket and in 2 of the pieces there were maggots and i returned it and the staff was very rude, she offered another Bucket of Chicken...now why would i want another Old Bucket of Chicken, i should have sued them. This particular location needs to be closed down. and just a thought when i used to buy there food... Who ever thought 6 wings and a biscuit would cost 13.00...Ridiculous!

KFC chicken

I went to order a 6 piece original chicken but got a 5 piece not original two day old chicken. It was the worst chicken I have had in a long time. Mr. Sanders would not be happy with this type of food going out of his restaurants. It has been a long time since I've been to KFC and it will be a long time before I go back. I do not want or am not asking for any type of free food. Just please fix the problem so others don't experience this terrible chicken that is being served to people. In advance Thanks for fixing the problem.

KFC nashville spicy chicken strips

Hello KFC I recently saw a commercial for the return of your Nashville spicy chicken and it really did it's job making me want the meal so much so i rushed across town before your store closed to get it but i was severely dissatisfied with the product it looked nothing like the commercial and i could bearly taste the signature spicy Nashville sause because there was bearly any on my chicken strips unlike the commercial where they are completely covered in it i feel i need to write this complaint because i kind of feel ripped off and probably won't go to KFC for a long while i am very disappointed in the let down i just experienced from one of your stores

KFC complaint about the fried chicken

As a child in the 70s I remember going to kfc every week to pickup a barrel of chicken & fries with my parent, the chicken then was as your slogan said finger licking good you kept on licking your fingers after you ate a piece of chicken it was mouth watering good & over the years after col sanders pasted the chicken has lost its finger licking good saying, you say that you haven't changed the recipe but the taste is not the same as back when the col owned it back then it was great. I recently went & tried your chicken after a while of not buying it & it still has something missing from the recipe either 1 or a couple or more of the 11 herbs & spices or you have extremely cut back on the amount used to prepare the chicken, what ever you have done you should go back to the original recipe you would end up selling more & making a larger profit because we all know that is the bottom line, profit & savings. I may buy your chicken again in the future but if the taste is still not their that will be the last time

KFC food

Last night, about 8:15 pm, my wife stopped at your Hagerstown, MD, 21740 location ( Dual Hwy. ), to pick up our supper. When she got home & plated up our meals ( she got a 3 pc white, with dbl. mashed potatoes & gravy, & I got the 4 piece, breast, wing & 2 legs as they were out of thighs, & corn & coleslaw, we ate. Chicken crust was hard & the meat was dry, my corn was tasteless, but the coleslaw was good. My roll was as hard as a rock. We live just over 1 mile from this KFC location. I'm sure Harland would have been upset over this meal. I know we were ! Why stay open till 11pm, if the meals are going to be this bad ? If we ever eat at KFC again, it will be around 5pm.

KFC unethical behaviour of staff and poor quality of food

21-12-2016 (Between 12:00-12:30pm)
My order was a for a 4pc chicken deal (SR 10 & 02 Zinger Burgers) charged in cash.

Please note that this complaint is mainly about the Manager's Behaviour named Mr. "Hany" and secondly, Poor Quality of Food.

It is nearly 2 months that i had stopped visiting KFC at the Kingdom Tower in Riyadh (one of the most iconic buildings of KSA) as I had repeatedly felt offended by the behaviour of Mr. Hany. You can call it the courtesy I have always expected from KFC elsewhere. Before these 2 months I and my team mates had been almost regular visitors at the spot purchasing meals of around SR 50 in each visit. Actually we were hooked on to KFCs irrestible taste. The meals usually offer assortment of pieces usually Thigh, Wing and a Breast whereas we had at times requested to give us 02 chest pieces instead. Usually we have this experience in innumerable instances internationally that the staff has been courtious enough to accomodate us with usually 02 Breast pieces which we were fond of or another approprate piece. But it is the way that you talk with your customer especially when you talk on behalf of the second largest chain in the world which for sure did not become this big without valuing its clients.

Each time I was put off by this client's rude behaviour and I was like KFC's staff is "not supposed to behave this way" and there is definitely something wrong here. And then he got rude each time I made the request and continued till I stopped visiting the outlet.

You would occasionally see him arguing with clients and things getting worse to which I am an eyewtiness.

As I became a frequent visitor I could even see him quarelling with his staff. In order to confirm authenticity of my words you can interview your staff at the outlet (mostly expats Bengali/Indian Origin who would want to accomodate us but they said the manager would get furious) anonymously and would let know.

As regards quality of food, you be the judge. Nowhwere internationally where I visited KFC, you see your chicken drenching with oil. So much so that it is soggy and easily let off its marinade. And to make matters worse is the taste.

Why I write you today is because NOW i couldn't hold and badly wanted to give you this feedback and would surely judge how seriously does KFC value its regular clients, be it an individual like me who was emoitonally taken aback due to one of its employees behaviour.

Today I received my Zingers and to my amazement they were raw enough to make you puke. I took the burgers to the guy attending me. He simply saw it and silently trashed the burger and told me he would replace the burger. Mr. Hany (manager) gave me the replaced burger and when I asked for ketchup he only give me one tiny sachet to which I asked him "only one?" as in routine they are giving a minimum of 02. He said "YES"! I said why not another? He coldly said, "No More!" Which literally hit me after the chain of events and I said that I will make a complaint of You and to which he said "No Problem"!

Just parallel to me was another customer complaining and showing them the poor quality of the fried chicken piece.

What is this all about? I'm sure KFC does not give its managers the right to behave in this way to its regular customers. How can they be maintaining such a poor standards of food. If you serve poor food maybe the good behaviour of the managers takes care of the rest or If the managers has a bad attitude, its the quality of food that pushes you to return. What am I getting from KFC in return of my money?

For me each outlet of KFC reflects towering standards of the Brand! How can KFC allow these standards to continue under its name?

In order to prove myself I havent got any other evidences except to request you to silently send a mystery customer from your office for at least 02 to 03 times for one week and you can evidence the experiences I have shared in real life! Maybe use your onsite IP cameras. Just look at the attire of the manager! You can see each and every word of mine becoming true!

I leave the rest to you KFC team because I want to visit that outlet again and only after you tell me that things have been corrected!

KFC customer service

20th december 2016 approximately 18:30 hrs I went to the sittingbourne kent uk branch drive through waited in line only to see a hand written a4 sheet of white paper on the illuminated order sign informing all that the card paymant (I know how to spell the word payment it's a pity the author of the note didn't) facility was not working due to some internet problems, the young boy with the microphone boom attached to his face informed me that there is a problem with the internet and would that be okay? My reply was no it isn't and why is there not a sign informing me of this outside the queuing area he informed me that there is, and indeed there was it was a piece of a4 stuck on a non illuminated post, fyi sun set it 16:00 therefore iinvisible, again the boy said it was the best they could do.
I then asked him if kfc in sittingbourne still sold the tuesday special (9 pieces of kfc chicken for £5:99) he informed me that they did not and they had not for months. Why was this not advertised.
If you choose not to reply to this I will post on twitter and facebook, I will also choose not to visit your chicken joint again.

KFC no chicken on the bone, no customer service

Hi.
Just thought you would be interested in the service received tonight in the drive through at Cribbs Causway Bristol.

Arived at drive through at 7.15pm (Tea time) waited a minute or so for assistant to talk through tannoy. Ordered a Big daddy to be told you have no chicken on the bone. Poor planning by someone as you sell fried chicken. Get told they will replace with hot wings. I accept however rest of family decide they will have a McDonalds.

Then get asked to drive to next window where I sit for a few minutes waiting to pay before eventually getting noticed and what I can only explain getting a finger gesture to go to the next window around the corner. On arriving at that window I get totally ignored, no apology for no chicken or going to the window I was incorrectly told to go too. I sat and waited Whilst staff stand on the other side of the window and messed around with the till. So after being ignored further I decided to drive off.

As a manager in customer sales I thought I would share this with you as I would like feed back if any of my staff treated customers like this.

Thank you for taking the time to read this but you need to appreciate there are plenty of places to eat at The Mall and as a customer if your not interested in your clients there is always an alternative.

KFC chicken

Was in kingston ontario and ordered a three piece meal. Was very disappointed when received it, the pieces were very small I mean small must of been a baby chick, leg had no meat on leg just one bite at the top of it. The other pieces were very small also about the size of a babys fist. Fries were very cold. Will not eat there again. Dec 13 2016. Thought id take mom there after chemo. Guess I took her to the wrong spot and she loves kfc. She is very dissapointed. Rant over.

KFC chicken is way too salty and is not cooked all the way and most importantly it is too greasy

So I have ordered KFC twice in the city of Lancaster 93535 ca and I don't know what the problem is but the food was not the same as it was when I got it 7 months ago in Los Angeles 90003 anyway on 12/05/16 I had my niece get some KFC they did not give none of the food we ordered and it was so salty I could not eat it and when she tried to call no one picked up the phone so I let it go however I spent almost $30.00 for the food too ended up in the trash the French fries 🍟 were cold and dry now my sister and I went back to KFC again on 12/11/16 and we ordered food again and this time they got the orders right but when we got home 🏠 sat down to eat my food was not cooked all the way and salty as hell again so grease so was my sister's once again I was not satisfied and my money 💵 is wasted my niece would not eat her's because I 'am a diabetic and my sugar was low l had to eat some of the food but I have high blood pressure so my pressure when up so if you would be so kind as to render my money 💵 back to me l'am 59 years old and on a fixed income also can you please follow up with that KFC someone told me that the KFC on Ave k and 10st is better than the one I want to on Ave j and 20th in Lancaster 93535 ca.
