ON DEC 14, 2017, I Stopped in kfc store #Gin 135312, 1682 annapolis rd, odenton md, served by cashier named amber, i ordered a 20 piece hotwing meal, i live less than 1 mile away, i get home and i got the oldest crustiest wings, and the coldest hotwings, so i decided to count the wings and i only got 17, i was charged full price for the meal, its disappointing as a retired military person, kfc was my favorite, this is the third time this has happened to me, my first complaint. I hope this will not happend again to me or any other kfc customer.

Koach, sadly at all KFC's and many other similar "fast food places", they seem to cook the food all at one time, and store it in "warming units" until they are sold to customers. I'm sure that KFC sets a time limit for them to stay warm. But if the local store is sloppy or doesn't care, they will sell you anything that is far beyond the edible time limit. Once again, if someone cares, the food will be good. If not, you got what you got.
