KFC almost the entire order

I went to the drive thru KFC in Clifton Heights, PA. Ordered $ 50 worth of product. A taco duo which was supposed to be 6 rolled chicken taco and 6 regular tacos. Got 6 soft and 6 hard. Missing a drink. Sandwiches were incorrectly made and the chicken was so hard it couldn't be chewed. And a 2 pc chicken meal was supposed to be breast and thigh but was breast and leg and was cold.

KFC 8:30

We stopped by KFC last night to get my oldest son some mashed potatoes and mac n' cheese because he had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. We had a busy night with soccer, etc. after work and wanted to run over some food to my son's house after our younger son's game. We got to KFC drive thru about 8:05-8:07. @ 8:18, as the receipt shows, we paid for our food. Approx 5-7 minutes later, the girl told us it would be 8 more minutes for the mac n' cheese and asked us if we wanted to wait. At that point, we had already been there a while and had already paid. There was nothing else my son could eat so reluctantly we said we would wait. She asked us to pull around the building and wait by the front door. When the girl finally came out, she only brought the mac n' cheese. I told her we got none of our food and showed her the receipt. Finally, @ 8:43, as the picture shows, we had everything. No apology, nothing. I paid $40.09 for this meal. I could have went out to eat @ a restaurant and had it faster. But we were trying to hurry so we could get the food to my son and get home after a long day. It took about 40-45 minutes from the time we pulled into the line until the time we left. I don't usually even go to this KFC because the last TWO times we went there, they were out of mashed potatoes. It's KFC, how can you be out of one of your most popular items? That was about a year ago. Never again. I don't normally complain but this is ridiculous! Fast food should not be 40-45 min wait besides the gas that I wasted siting there the entire time.

KFC wrong items and missing items along with poor customer service

On 11-30-2017 at approx. 630pm. I placed and order in the drive thru at kfc in Michigan City, In on Franklin St. I waited for 15 mins before receiving the incorrect order. I ordered two 5 dollars fill ups both w the 2pc chicken. I asked for one of the meals to have mash and the other corn. I received both with mash and no corn. I asked for one diet pepsi and a lemonade. I was given two regular pepsi's. Both of the meals come with a cookie. I didn't get the cookies with my order. I old the cashier what items were missing from my order and that I was given items that I didn't order. I then had to wait anther 5-6 mins before he corrected my order. The cashier just handed me the correct items he didn't apologize for the errors. He didn't say please or thank you. The cashier needs more training in customer service before working at the drive thru window. I completed the online survey and I was asked if I wanted to be contacted by a member from the management team. I said yes and filled out the form with my information. Its been over a week and I haven't heard from anyone. I would like for my credit card to be refunded in the full amount or a gift card in the amount to cover two meals.

KFC $5 box breast

I went through the drive through at the KFC in belvidere il on state st and ordered a $5 box. I asked the employee for fresh chicken and the he reassured me that the chicken was fresh I got home and started eating the chicken either the mash potatoes. First off they give u jahalf of bowl of mash potatoes and fill the rest up with gravy unbelieveable and after bitting into the chicken it was dry and on top of that it didn't taste the best but me being hungry I flooded it with hot sauce and ate it. Two minutes later everything came right up. I called the store to complain and the manager was rude telling me that all the chicken was fresh nothing has been sitting and I told him well I just vomited it all back up. He told me to bring him the chicken back for a refund. No chicken no refund. First off it was only 5.44 cent why would I lie for that small amount and I should of scooped the vomit up and brought that back but I just hung up and decided to complain. That restaurant is very unprofessional I just wanted my money back instead of being an angry customer. They has lost my business forever I'm never eating there again.

KFC food quality

Date: 12/6/17

I ordered the "Famous Bowl" and side of the mac and cheese. I have attached a photo of the mac and cheese. Everything was burnt/hard and tasted absolutely disgusting. The famous bowl I received only contained 2 pieces of popcorn chicken. The bowl was also missing the corn. I believe that the food service provided today was very subpar.

KFC 12 minutes for a pot pie is a lie

I went in and ordered a pot pie I was told it was going to be a 12 minute wait I replied ok and proceeded to pay for the order which I also ordered potato wedges and 2 medium drinks . She gave me the cups to fix my drinks which was no problem at all I took the drinks out to my wife and grandson and went back in. I took a sit and proceeded to wait next thing I know my wife comes in and asked was there a problem with our order because she is seeing people come out but not me that is when the cashier said it was coming right up and my wife also stated that I had been in there already 20 minutes. Well to say here my wife comes back in 10 minutes later really upset saying get your money back she did not want it anymore and proceeded to say how she could have went home and cooked a pot pie herself by now. So i requested the money back for the pot pie as my wife asked me and they returned my money and all I could think was how right my wife was because I was told 12 minutes on something clearly takes longer and all they had to do was be truthful I could have went took my wife and grandson home and went back to get it.

KFC chicken tower meal and 6 piece bucket meal

Hi we treated ourselves to a meal each at the Kentucky fried chicken in the ingenio Velez in Spain. We moved to aithern Spain 7 weeks ago and was very happy to see a KFC in our shopping mall as we hadn't had one since leaving the UK. However, my husband left his as one if his chicken on the bones tasted off as though it was old. I had a tower meal which was totally tasteless and bland. We were very disappointed and because our Spanish is poor we didn't feel we could complain to the 1 person working there so thought it prudent to make you aware of the poor service and very poor quality which was nothing like we had tasted previously.

We spent €14.90 For these 2 meals which we left and we will not return after this very bad experience.

I hope you read this and give me the coutiousnes of returning with an explanation.

KFC rotten chicken and unethical behaviour by manager and regional manager

On November 16, 2017, at 7:08 pm I ordered a 8 piece dinner for my small grandchildren 5yrs and under. When I arrived to their home and open the bucked of chicken to feed them I was horrified. The chicken was rotten to the core, the smell and the black grease in the bottom of the bucket mad me gag. There was a breast piece with the top appeared to be eaten off of. I called the store and made a complaint. A lady name Gracie want me to return it. However, I explained I had 4 small children and it was impossible to return to the store. I did not live in the area but I would come at a later date.
About a week later I returned and spoke with a lady manager who was extremely rude and refused to refund my $25.50. I showed her the pictures and she said "no way they would serve that chicken". Well they did sell me rotten chicken.

KFC poor quality and lack of pot pies the last three times I have ordered it. the last time being friday approx. 1:00 pm

seem to be out of pot pies way too much. this has also happened also in the evening at dinner time. I
Last time I replaced it with Breast, Potatoes and Gravy and A buscuit. When I got home and opened i thought they had made a mistake and had given me a thigh because it was so small. They are usually larger, felt very disappointed
quality has declined.

KFC 4 piece chicken box dark meat

Went to the Appalachee Pkwy location in Tallahassee tonight. I thought I'd give it another chance. I didnt enjoy it the last time. This time, I got the crispy chicken, but it was the complete opposite- VERY soggy, skin fell completely off when I picked it up. Was dripping grease, had inedible dark pieces on tips. Also, hardly any chicken on the breasts? Was mainly soggy chunky breading and some bones. Batter slid right off the bone and just plopped down in a clump! I could not finish it. If it was at least crispy I could have eaten it, but it was like a wet noodle. The lady who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful, she gets 5 stars. She seemed she could have used some more help as they were busy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were great. The biscuit was very doughy. I will not be trying KFC again. I havent written a poor review, or any review in about five years. Hate to complain, but being out almost $10 for a dinner I couldn't even eat, is upsetting. I make $9/hr. I am not blaming the cook or the employees either. I thought maybe if I reviewed, KFC could maybe take the time to teach their cooks how to properly fry their chicken. Instead of telling us to come back for a fresh batch. Perhaps it should at least be edible the first time, and the batter not fall off. It's a company problem, noticing the reviews online.. This is food you are expecting us to put in our bodies. It feels like less KFC marketing should be spent, and designate more to food training, if you want to keep your customers that is. Because the new odd commercials brought me back in, but the poor food will make it my last. Thank you for your time.

KFC poor service, cold dry food, unprofessional manager

This particular store needs to clean house and hire a more professional staff from the shift manager by the name of Chris on down to the regular workers. I don't know if its the fact that everyone at this particular KFC 2240 w. Galena blvd, Aurora, IL is young or what, but they all have attitudes and are very unprofessional, I have made this my last time ever going to this location ever again. every single time I have went to this location I have had some kind of issue. If I go through drive through they can't get my order right, or the order is cold, when I call back to let them know what happened, on several occasions I have spoken to this supervisor by the name of Chris and he's just as unprofessional and unsympathetic as his staff is. I live maybe 7 minutes from this location and either I have an issue or my mom always have an issue of some kind with this store. I am truly not exaggerating, I am so fed up with this location that hell will freeze over if I ever step foot at this location again, I will take my money and travel 20 minutes away from my house to another KFC Montgomery, IL before I give this location another dime of my money! I am furious!

KFC kfc ad in local newspaper advertising 8 piece dinner for 16.99

I went into my local KFC located on US Rd135 and Countyline Rd with the ad and wanted to place a order. At that time the girl advised me that could not honor the KFC ad as they were a franchise and not corporate. She said that corporate ran that ad and they could not honor it.
My question is WHY. HOW AM I THE CONSUMER SUPPOSED TO KNOWING WHO THE HELL IS Corporate or Franchised. Do you expect me to call all your restaurants in my area to ask them?
After I was refused I left and went home and called two of your other restaurants and couldn't even get them to answer their phone. And if you're advertising for KFC the ads should be honored at all your restaurants. Why do you expect the consumer to call all your restaurants to see if they excerpt your ad.

KFC price of chicken and store closing time

I do not normally complain about anything, but this just made me angry. I grew up with KFC. It is not what it used to be.
I went to the KFC in DeFuniak Springs, FL. at 9:45PM. The store closes at 10:00PM. The store was closed and everyone who works there was outside. They said they closed early because there was no business.
A couple of weeks later, I was talking with my wife while driving and she said she would like some chicken from KFC. I stopped at the DeFuniak Springs store and ordered a bucket of 8 pieces of chicken. It was more than $17.00! I asked if the price was correct and was informed it was. I told the person at the counter the price was ridiculous and I would never return. Oh, and the chicken was extremely small and dry. Pathetic. I Think KFC has some serious problems and I feel sorry for franchise owners.
I would like some good chicken at a reasonable price.

KFC service and product

The service is always terrible at both locations but today was the worst every table was dirty the employees were rude and kept saying they ran out of what we were trying to order. When we finally got our food after a 45 minute wait it was horrible! Hard and tasted old. We had to throw it away.

In the last two months we have tried to order food at both locations around 8:30 and they said they were sold out.

Worst service ever.

KFC customer service unethical /racial profiling

Me and my wife visited store #G135104 to purchase a family 8 piece meal I saw an ad for a $20.00 fill up family size, I inquired weather we could replace the mashed potatoes for wedges, I was roughly told no it was not possible by the cashier, so I said give me a few minutes and take the other costumer order she was very amicable with all smiles took his orderhe was black and so was the cashier i am not black.then I decided to order the 8 piece family meal she did not bother to ask weather I wanted crispy or original but told her associate to put original so I told her I did not want original I wanted crispy she said I did not say that, so I told her you did not ask me, her reply was I don, t ever ask that. my wife wanted to leave but we still got the order, my side were wedges, which she made sure the box was half filled.because her associate was filling the wedges when she told her I already did, its here. that is when I realized why all the other fast food restaurant around were busy and KFC had only one costumer when we entered. check # is3715

She had a horrible attitude at the window she did not greet me she simply mumbled the total of my food very low and handed me my drink. She then proceeded to hand me my food and closed the window I asked her for some honey she let it drop in my hand and the window closed again she did not tell me thankyou or have a nice day or anything... very rude and unacceptable!

KFC 2 $5 fill ups

I ordered 2 $5 fill ups. One was the #5 on that one I wasn't given the extra biscuit I paid for or gravy on my mashed potatoes. On the second one it was a #6 I only got 2 chicken strips and no biscuit. I am very in happy with the service. I have been going every night for the past 3 days and I get the same thing each time and each time it seems to be an issue with my orders.

I walked in to a racist remark from one of the girls that was fixing someone's order and as I began to order the racism continued.there was a middle aged lady saying something about blacks and not wanting them in her family I'm not African American but I felt uncomfortable being there.if something doesn't happen I'm going to the bbb or corporate cause this isn't the first time I have had a problem with the racist comments it's unprofessional

KFC terrible food

Went to the Pauls Valley, OK about 5:15 to order dinner. Ordered the 8 piece meal with 2 sides...green bean container was about half full, chicken looked like it has been sitting in a pan of grease all day. Waste of time and money, this KFC is by far the worst we have ever been to. Always wait for at least 10 minutes for your order in the drive thru. It's a shame that it is so bad, this is a small town and we have few food choices.

KFC dinner

My husband and I were out christmas shopping and decided to stop in KFC on
Signal Butte Rd in Mesa, Az. on 11/29/17 about 5:30 or so .We went there because it was not busy at all.
This was the worst meal I have ever had . My husband ordered the BBQ sandwich meal and it was cold . I ordered the chicken finger (3) meal and the chicken was tough and room temp like it was old. The strips looked like scraps not big and meaty like it used to be . The macaroni and cheese was hot but very pasty. So now that explains why the parking lot was empty.
The restaurant stunk too .. a cross between garbage and old grease .
Not going back !
