Ordered 11/27/2017 shipping address wrong never lived there. within 15 min I called to cancel. Told it is in transit cannot cancel. Need to wait for tracking number, called UPS they told me JCP are the ones that should call them to cancel and return order. Called JCP again they said they would call ups, never received response, got another email from JCP showing order was shipped and received on 12/4/17!!! Called JCP 2 more times, today 12/6/17. Called with complaint and I want my account credited!!! Very upset.
