FedEx Corporate Servicesmanager/ driver

Driver did not attempt appropriate contact to deliver package.Extreme careless lazy attempt. Manager was the same. Now the extremely important date to arrive has to wait till next business day( in 2 days).and then still concerned no proper steps to receive my package then.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Orland Park, IL Only one customer service seemed to follow FedEx Core values, none of the others shared value in service to the customer. The driver didn't come to apt door, left door tag on outside public window, no name on it. Not much here that shows value to customers using FedEx!!
Had proper attempt be made then fine. Not the case with my package.
If there's no core customer service being followed I can't justify this being a useable service.
