I ordered items for an event from CB2. I can not believe major department stores are using this company. My order was scheduled to be delivered Dec 5th. No update, no details, no delivery. I received an email from CB2 advised my package was delivered Dec 7th at 12:18AM...today is Dec 6th! Who is delivering packages at 12:18am at a future date! This is beyond ridiculous and CB2 isn't making this easy either. So I lose money and have to make last minute arrangements to replace items for an event. I am so livid. The company has no business dealing with the consumer market and especially around the holidays. I'm so disgusted!

I ordered somethin' from Target on April 1st and Inland Logistics was the ones who picked it up on April 2nd. They said it would be delivered in 2 days, so I expected it on April 4th. But when I emailed 'em on April 6th, they said it would arrive by April 10th. I've been tryin' to email and call 'em multiple times, but they ain't answerin'. I just wanna know where my package is 'cause the trackin' ain't been updated and I can't get in touch with 'em.

We ordered a package from target.com to be delivered by 5/4/2022, my sons birthday. This company Inland Logistics was the carrier that picked it up to be delivered to us. We tracked the package via the tracking number provided to us, INLAND101587335. On 5/2/2022 the package was tracked to my town Fresh ***, . On 5/4/2022 we called at 4:35pm to see when the package would be delivered. We where informed that it would not be delivered until 5/7/2022. Pushed out 3 days, with the possibility of it being delivered sooner. It is now 5/7/2022. Tracking has not been updated since 5/2/2022. I called there phone number again today, I was again informed that the package might not be delivered until 5/10/2022 at the earliest. I asked to speak with a supervisor and to have there contact information given to me. I was informed that that information is confidential and I could not be given that information. I was told that the most that could be done is that the pack be pushed to hopefully get to us by 5/10. When I then demanded a supervisor, I was again informed that supervisor information is confidential and I was hung up on. I called right back same person picked up, she told me that I tried to transfer you and was hong up on again. When I called back again right after the phone just rang, rang, and rang.
