I recently came across ***, who was recommended as a broker for United Global ***. I decided to proceed with their services and signed a contract to have my car shipped for a total cost of $450. To secure the booking, I made a $150 deposit through CashApp using the username $***. However, once the deposit was received, the broker suddenly ceased all communication and failed to arrange a driver for the pickup of my vehicle. It is evident that this individual is engaging in fraudulent activities, as they have not only failed to provide the agreed-upon service but also refused to refund the $150 deposit obtained through deceitful means.

I recently relocated from my previous location to my new destination as a Military personnel. Given that we have two teenage drivers, we decided to have their cars shipped. Initially, we received a quote of $2000 for the shipment and proceeded to make a $300 deposit. However, due to a change in the date of my move, we had to pay an additional $150 fee to reschedule the pickup date. Unfortunately, despite making all the necessary arrangements, no one from the shipping company contacted us or showed up to collect the cars. When we reached out to the company, they claimed that a driver had been assigned but had encountered a flat tire. However, we later discovered that this explanation was false. Frustrated with the lack of progress, we decided to contact another shipping company, who informed us that our job had never been accepted by the previous company.

Received a quote from this company, to ship my car. Was shopping around so I didn't sign anything, but they surely tried to get me to. In the end, I ended up with another company, with a very good reputation. So, as a retaliation, the salesperson, ***, from United Global Logistics, listed my vehicle on the *** for carrier bidding- as if they had the contract. With a high price, in order to cause issues with my current carrier to negotiate a price. I called *** and told him to take it down, and he refused. He then said they wouldn't take it down until I paid him a $200 cancellation fee. But I never had a contract with them in the first place to cancel! He then told me not to call back and hung up. So this company, United Global Logistics, in ***, and the salesperson, ***, is not a person who can be trusted. I'm happy that I never signed anything with them or gave any credit card information.

In August, I engaged the services of United to transport my RV in April ***. They insisted on a $300 deposit, which they requested through CashApp and advised me to use my credit card. I attempted to make the payment using my credit card, but United informed me that it had failed. They asked me to try again, but unfortunately, the second attempt also failed. Consequently, they suggested that I try using another card, which I did, and this time the payment went through successfully. At that point, I believed that everything was in order. However, today I received a fraud alert from my credit card company. Upon investigation, I discovered that on 8/25, United had charged $309 to my credit card, and they had attempted to charge another $309 on 9/7. These charges were in addition to the $300 deposit I had sent from the other card. Although my credit card company denied today's charge, they informed me that the 8/25 charge had been paid, and they were unable to assist me with that particular transaction. I have attached copies of my statements as evidence of these charges. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted United, but unfortunately, they were extremely rude and accused me of lying. Despite providing them with proof of the charges, they refused to acknowledge receiving the money and abruptly ended the call. I strongly believe that this company is operating a scam, and I demand a refund of my $300 deposit as well as the $309 charged today.
