I placed an order on the 8th of September for $525 dollars and paid $25 for expedited shipping which the site says is 2-4days. 2 days later I received a shipment number. I have not been able to get any tracking information with the tracking number provided and I have sent multiple emails and direct messages on Twitter to the customer care team with no assistance. I get the same automated response from each consultant saying that they are having delays and that deliveries may take up to 30days due to local customs for international orders but I cannot even follow up with my local post office because all I have is a shipment number from Fashion Nova that does not bring up any information. They eventually sent me a $25 gift card for the shipping but I have not received any further responses as to where my order is nor any responses to my request for a cash refund! I am extremely frustrated as this is a lot of money and I have been taken for a ride!
I made an order November 24th and I have never received my calling it is now January 1st 2023 I don't have a refund or a store credit.
I like how now they're having a huge sale now that their distribution center is set yet I still haven't received my order or an email with a tracking number, great fashion nova just great 🙄
placed my order in October and we are now in mid november and I have not recieved my order at all

I received the order from them with about 12 items in the 12 items they sent me the wrong para jeans and the rest I wanna say five items did it fit so I returned them mailed them back to them it's been about four weeks and every time I email them they tell me they don't have my order when I sent it in and I have a tracking number
I never recieved my pants that i ordered. it says they've delivered but they haven't. i'm honestly SO pissed.

I have ordered some items since April 26th and I received an email saying I have been flagged for Fraud? can someone please assist me in getting this rectified because the money has already come off of my card and I have yet to receive these items. I have been calling and sending emails and no response.
It's been more than a week. Since I had mad a return. I checked my status of my return and it's been processed fully. It's now a week and still haven't received my credit. I tried emailing them it won't send. I tried calling no one will pick up. This is the first time ever this is happening. What is going on ! Where is my credit !
I can not see my order status on when my items should be shipped. I had 2 day shipping i ordered it tuesday, it is now Friday. Your site will not let me click to see my order status & i am not sure why. Please help! Thank you.
On the 19th I placed my order for my birthday outfit was charged a 2 days shipping fee and here it is now the 24th still haven't received anything. I've been calling and emailing no response or answers, had I seen days ago that there'd be this so called delay I would of never wasted 51.98. I just want my money back so I can find something else.
I'm highly upset, I love fashion nova to dealth but now we have a problem. I ordered 5 things on Oct 16th 2 days later I get a email saying my stuff will be delayed.. a week later I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND I HAVE BEEN EMAILING FASHION NOVA PLENTY OF TIMES! I would like my refund back PERIOD
I have order my outfit 3weeks ago! And haven't received the staus or anything in my mail like wth I will never shop her again and definitely tell everyone else around me about the scam and also email my bank account to sue this company for taking my money
So i ordered my dress pior to my birthday. I ordered it 18 days pior & fashion nova took my money and never shipped out my order but my cousin ordered a costume and they shipped hers out the next day. Then their customer service team is lazy they dont wanna investigate they just refer you to certain parts of their policy that don't make sense .
I ordered 4 items June 15th and here it is Tuesday June 20th and I still haven't received a email about shipping or tracking. Your page says 2 days shipping but that's not what's happening! The service is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from here again!

I cancelled my order and I have emailed the company numerous times without a response. I have also called them and "all agents are busy" has come up every time. I want my store credit and don't understand how it can take this long to respond to emails.

I spent well over $200 at Fashion Nova on June 14th and my package has not shipped! No one answers back e-mails either- I dont know how they expect past customers to come back. Never shopping here again.

I ordered my clothes on fashionNova website since june 27th. It was was supposed to be a 2 days shipping. Today its july 3rd and my birthday is in 3 days. They took my money, and no shipping, no clothes. I am so disapointed.

I made an order ten days ago with the 2 day shipping flat rate. As of now i have not received any items nor a tracking number. My card has been charged and i am not able to communicate with a live representative. My emails have not been responded to. I would like a total refund. The fine print on your website is misleading and fraudelent.
Bought a white skirt and came to the store to exchange it for one that isn't ripped at the topanga mall only wore it one day it should be a better quality heaven and sher said they couldn't exchange it for me it's not right I payed 30 dollars for a skirt for it to not even last me one day of use very inconvenient not professional at all!

I'm pissed beyond belief! I ordered 5 things for my trip on Friday an only 2 things came. I called the Fashion Nova number nobody will answer! Left emails nobody responded. I'm pretty sure I just got scammed don't order from here.
