So, I bought two dresses from Cabana Life and unfortunately they didn't fit me. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to return them and get my money back. Boy, was I wrong! It's been two whole weeks and I still haven't seen a refund on my credit card. I mean, come on, Cabana Life, what's the hold up? It's really frustrating that they're taking so long to process my return. And to make matters worse, they don't even answer their phones! I've been trying to get in touch with someone to discuss the matter, but no luck so far. I'm starting to think I might have to get my bank involved and reverse the charges. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company if you can avoid it. It's just not worth the hassle.

I gotta say, I'm a fan of Cabana Life and I got their stuff from DIVER's DIRECT. But, I had a couple of things I had to return and exchange. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service since April 2022, but I haven't been able to talk to a real person or get a call back. It's been a real hassle. I had to send back two different things and I still haven't gotten my refund or credit. It's just plain ridiculous. Their products are really good, but their customer service is a total bummer. It's a real shame!

I gotta say, I've bought a few things from Cabana Life and I'm pretty happy with my purchases. I got a few rompers and a dress, and let me tell you, they're all super cute and comfy. The only issue I had was with the dress that had a mesh insert on the sleeves - it started to pill after a few wears. But get this - when I called their customer service, a real person actually answered the phone! Her name was Cameron and she was super nice. She asked me to send her a picture of the dress and then she said she'd send me a new one. No putting me on hold, no transferring me to a bunch of different people - just quick and easy. I really appreciated how she handled my disappointment and made things right. Overall, I think Cabana Life has some really beautiful fabrics and they seem like a great company. I'll definitely be buying more from them in the future.

I recently made a purchase from Cabana Life and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the items I received. However, I did have an issue with one of the dresses I ordered and wanted to exchange it for a different style. According to the website, the exchange would be complimentary, which sounded great to me!

Unfortunately, things didn't go quite as smoothly as I had hoped. When I contacted customer service about the exchange, I was informed that I would need to pay for the return shipping myself and then place a new order for the replacement dress. After doing so, I was then instructed to email customer service with proof of my new order so that they could refund my shipping costs. Only after they received my original dress would they then refund the cost of the additional dress.

I found this process to be quite frustrating, and customer service was not particularly helpful. In fact, the representative I spoke with seemed to act like she was doing me a favor by even considering sending a complimentary shipping label. Overall, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't think I'll be ordering from Cabana Life again in the future.
