Yes, their clothes are cute, and even some "celebrities" wear them, BUT, there is a price to pay, my darling...
Problem #1 – You DO NOT get what you pay for. Fashion Nova needs a much needed lesson on how to Manage Retail Inventory. They need to hire a Retail Consultant ASAP. There are too many inventory computer software programs for tracking inventory for them to be making the same countless mistakes.
Case in point, there is a 90% chance you will encounter this: You add your item(s) to the cart, Purchase, Wait for your item(s) to arrive and discover there is an item missing. You receive their “Oops, we’re sorry” card with a discount to purchase additional merchandise. You will eventually get your merchandise credit via email (if they remember). There is absolutely no reason why this situation should be happening repeatedly if they have proper management of inventory.
Problem #2 – Store Credit Only. Riddle me this Batman: How does someone pay for your product, you do not deliver the product and then tell the person they cannot get their money back? You don’t even give them an option if they want a refund or a store credit? Now, you have just pissed off your customer, and this is why I have officially thrown the towel in with Fashion Nova.
I received a store credit for my item I never received. So I ordered another item and guess what did not arrive? The item I ordered with the new store credit for the item I previously did not receive! So, I was given another store credit…sound fun?
Problem #3 – Fashion Nova is always sold out of everything. Fashion Nova does not carry the optimal amount of inventory. AGAIN, Inventory Management. Listen, an online store either has too much inventory, too little inventory, or there is a balance. You know what this says to me? More inventory means more warehousing costs, more investment on product presentation, hiring more people to manage a bigger inventory. Moral of story: Cutting costs and being cheap. Money is the bottom line. And if the no refund/store credit only debacle is not proof enough, then I don’t know what is.
Problem #4 – The Quality of their Clothes. You get what you pay for. As far as fashion innovation goes, their apparel is what Chuck-E-Cheese pizza is to authentic Italian cuisine. The theme of the store is straightforward; form-fitting, basic print dresses and top/bottom combos appropriate for nightclubs, pool parties with Stevie J, Greek picnics, barbeques, and the 4th Sunday at church. That is all.
Problem #5 – Their inconsistent sizing. If you do not know their sizing you will quickly discover Fashion Nova’s clothing is too small. Matter of fact, extra smedium. I will give them credit that they recently created a Plus size line. Their size 1X will fit a Size 10. Their 2x will fit a size 12. Their 3x will maybe fit a size 14. Make sense? Not much. Their sizing is “iffy”.
Problem #6 – Yes, they are known for having super affordable and cute clothing, but guess what? Their clothes are overpriced. You can find the same dresses elsewhere for less. Save your money. It’s not worth the hassle. Check out tobi.com or GSLovesme.com.

I ordered over 100 dollars in merchandise for Cyber Monday on 11/30/16. A label was created and a email saying my order was shipped on 12/1/16 was sent but They never even actually shipped my merchandise.! A lawsuit is coming soon, this is a scam company, not the 1st time this has happened with this company.! Emailed 3 times, NO AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE.!

This is the absolute worse company I have dealt with. I ordered 4 items received only 2. I have been emailing but have not got the issue resolved due to no or slow response. I am going to my bank and request charges are reversed. This just horrible service. I agree with a previous poster, this company needs to be sued on the bases of theft and fraud.

I placed an order for about $100 worth of items. They did not ship a pair of pants on the order and instead issued me a store credit. The minute I saw that my order had shipped without the pants, I checked on the website and the pants were still in stock! I have no idea why they would not have shipped them with my order but now if I want the pants, I will have to pay $6 additional for shipping. I think it is ridiculous that I have to pay for additional shipping when the pants should have been included with the original order to begin with! #SCAM
I have yet to receive the item I purchased from this company. The first order was "Out of Stock" they do not give a refund so I had to place another order, they charged me for shipping, even though I had already paid the first time. I was actually refunded the shipping, however I still don't have the items i ordered. I did receive a very flimsy and extremely poor quality strapless, which I returned, but have not received my money or store credit for it. I think it's time for a class action law suit.

i emailed " info@FashionNova.com" over 3x in the past week and never got a response. It's also a lie the tracking number never showed for me after an entire week. (meanwhile there was suppose to be 2day shipping)

I ordered about $100 worth from Fashion Nova and same thing, label printed it showed status as 'processing' for about a month. I called and was told that the UPS system takes a while to update, which is a lie. I order online all the time and they are pretty much on real time with the status. I kept calling/emailing and getting the run around, finally I had to threaten that I would file a consumer complaint to the Attorney General's office in California and I received everything I had ordered the next day by FedEx. Their clothes are pretty but their processing and their customer service sucks. I will never purchase anything from them again. There is too many other vendors selling the same stuff. They also delete reviews on facebook, google and on Yelp they use the excuse that it was purchased from a different store to get complaints removed. If they put as much effort into processing orders as they do deleting and changing reviews, they would have world class service.

Purchased nearly $100 of merchandise as part of the Cyber Monday sale. It guaranteed 2 day shipping if purchase was over $75. The order was processed on 11/29/16. I received an email on 12/1 indicated my order was shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number was also provided. However, as of today 12/5, the tracking number indicates that only a shipping label was printed and that the post office has not received the package. When I contacted them via instagram, they blamed it on delays in processing due to the Holidays. When I contacted them via email, they still claim to have shipped it but that the post office can take 48 hours to update their system. I replied back to the email and notified them that this is the same generic response they've given everyone who has complained about not having received their orders.
When I call the 1-800 number listed on their website, I constantly get a voice recording and can never get to anyone live.
FASHION NOVA REFUSES TO ISSUE MY CREDIT OF $30. I sent a package with 2 items from 2 different order numbers. They processed a credit for one of the items but not the other one and this has been an on going situation for over 2 months. I have email confirmations that my credit is coming but than it never does.
3 ordered items never received
November 14th 2016: My online shipment has reached their facility, yet they do not acknowledge it. My shipment was sent back to them because of an error on my address. Canada Post confirms that my item has reached its initial sender's address successfully. However, customer service denies it, and insist that they don't have any record of it, yet I have proof with someone's signature from their delivery facility that they received it. Now, that is just WRONG. As a company, it doesn't matter how much money you make, integrity and honesty is everything. I've spent money for items that never got to me, and nobody from Fashion Nova's customer service department seemed to care, with their short answers and none-efficient approach in resolving the problem. It's a shame, because i love their products, but their customer service has totally turned me OFF.
very low quality
I received my package several days ago and was super excited until I actually opened it! Clothing looked nothing like pictures on their website and everything was made from very chap and low quality material. Two dresses were extremely small and did not fit at all. Contacting with FashionNova customer support got me nowhere and all I was offered was a store credit!
They actually said that I have to ship everything back (and pay for the return shipping) and will get a credit! They said that they don't do refunds! Where's the logic? I don't see any.
My advice is to stay far away from FashionNova. Not the best place to shop.

I have ordered several items from www.fashionnova.com over a month ago I have yet to receive my items! When I contacted them they said that my order was shipped a long time ago. They gave me a tracking number and it still said "processing"! When I asked for a refund they stopped replying to my messages and they are still ignoring me! I called from another number and they finally picked up, but when I told them who I was, they promised to call back and disconnected! I guess they decided to keep my money and my products.

I've ordered some products from FashionNova about three weeks ago and two days later my tracking information stopped updating. I have never had a problem with receiving my items until now. I tried to contact them many time but there was no response. I have no idea where my things are or will they ever be delivered. In my opinion this is not a reputable company so I suggest not ordering from them. I doubt that I will ever get anything, but I will make sure to tell everyone about these scam artists.

I ordered shorts, shoes, handbag and sunglasses from the website www.fashionova.com. I got only the cheapest things – shoes and shorts. I sent multiple emails to the seller and asked about other things, but he simply stopped to communicate with me.
