CVS defective product

I buy a lot of the CVS generic brands and this 3 minute cleanser is one of them. This box of 84 more than half were defective. The tab had obviously gotten wet and still packaged. The tabs were very sticky and wouldn't dissolve in water. Some of the individual packages were not even sealed. This may not seem to be a particular problem for corporate. But we are retired and living on a fixed income. And we buy the generic products for that reason. We have always trusted the CVS brands. I would like to have this product replaced if you could help us out, that would be appreciated.

CVS cvs tech/pharmacist

I am filing a complaint against Cvs pharmacy located on 2788 Murfreeboro Rd, TN 37013. I called the pharmacy to refill Dorzolamide HCL 2% eye drops for my mother for a 90 day supply. I specifically asked the tech was it for a 90 day supply, she stated yes. when I get to the pharmacy, I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes just to get one bottle. I asked what happen to the 90 day supply, she states we have to order some more. So I told her to give me my money back and when you get the rx correct call me back. I received a call on 12/27/2017 letting me know it was ready. On 12/28/2017 I go to pick up the rx, I received (3) 10ml bottles, When I get home the instructions saids for the patient to use 3 drops in each eye 3 times a day. I called the pharmacy back and spoke with Cleveland and he advises me that the rx was only written for a 66 day supply . So since Cvs do not have employees that do not know what they are doing, or giving incorrect information, I will be transferring my mother's rxs to another pharamacy. Such a disappointment.

CVS meds not being filled

This store has a reputation of not filling my meds. I have complained many times to the customer service with no avail. on 12/26/17 I was suppose to get
a 30 day supply of RAPAFLOW it was sent to the wrong pharmacy by the doctors mistake, all they had to do was transfer the rx down to there store and fill it. They said it would be ready by 1:30 12/27/17 at 2:00 we called to see if it was ready and they said it would not be ready until the 28th. Since my insurance does not let me order in advance I am now out of the meds. and they don't seem to care and that's there attitude all the time, take it or leave it. I am tired of it. Just because there big corp. and this is the only store I have this problem.

CVS mistreatment by a cashier/ supervisor at cvs

To Whom it may concern:

Please note I went to CVS located @ 4600 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC with my sister on 12.26.17 @ 11:37PM. We picked up a few Christmas items on sale and when we got to the cash register, and I asked the attendant, identified as Nikki, on receipt I had questions about the products on sale and when might it be marked down even more. The cashier immediately started to insult me, refused to provide the information about products sold on your CVS store and reason was because she claimed I resembled some other Customer she had words with in the past. I told her I did know her and she proceeded to tell us she could not wait for us to leave her store. She grabbed the telephone and mumbled words as if calling the police, said she could get us removed from her store. We were shocked and had no idea where this was coming from. We felt insulted, disrespected and profiled by this individual. I immediately apologized if she had a situation with whoever in the past but I did not know what was going on. She is an African American but spoke a couple of words in broken Spanish, I guess thinking we were from Mexico. Please note we are American citizens, pay our taxes and have been customers of CVS for over 10 years! Your employee not only refused to provide service to us timely but was so disturbed that the transaction wouldn't go thru and we had to sit there and wait till she collected herself for us to be able to leave. I think regardless of what this cashier said had happened to her in the past, she should have been. Professional and respectful towards us. I am sorry to inform you but as a Nurse I work with patients and clients everyday and if i acted as your employee I would be misrepresenting my profession and the company that pays my salary . Ms. Nikki, your night shift CVS worker, not only profiled us because of our looks but also refused to perform the duties of her job by denying to help us and communicating a threat based on a mischaracterization of me. You should not have persons such as this in the front lines of your company. I have never felt as humiliated as a human being as I did By interacting with this employee. Please know this person is misrepresenting your company. If you have further questions fell free to call,

Regards,

CVS awful

Hello everyone.
Recently I ordered 6 items from CVS, the delivery was standard but pretty fast. However, there were 2 items missing. I immediately contacted customer service hoping to get their answer regarding this situation. They promised to fix everything. Next day I received an email stating that the missing items were sent. The same day I was charged 30 dollars. I called again. They said that they charged me for each item delivery because they shipped them separately. On purpose, of course.
They probably forgot that those items were parts of my first package and it would be stupid to charge me again counting the fact that it was their fault. Can't prove them they are wrong.

CVS medication refill

I have been trying to get my Pristiq filled for 3 days now and have been completely without the medication. I was told by my pharmacy CVS #7651 in Lafayette Indiana that Pristiq Brand Name was on back order and they had none in stock. I have been receiving the Brand Name for the past 2 months. I then asked if they could fill it as the generic Desvenlafaxine instead because I cannot be without my antidepressant? I was then told that the generic would need a Prior Authorization. So I called my Dr. office and they said my insurance preferred the Brand Name and they called around to some local pharmacies and found someone who had it in stock. When this pharmacy tried to call CVS #7651 to transfer the prescription they got conflicting information. Bottom line is I have spent all morning calling between my pharmacy, my Dr. office and another pharmacy just to get my medication filled. Now all of the sudden CVS #7651 said that no Prior Auth is needed for the generic and they have it in stock and will fill it for me. Why couldn't this have been done 3 days ago before I was out of medication? Whinnie the pharmacist at CVS# 7651 has argued and been very unprofessional throughout this whole process. I am a Medical Assistant and I deal with pharmacies every day and work through medication problems for my patients. I am very aware of the whole process. There is absolutely no excuse for why this has happened. I will most certainly be changing pharmacies.

CVS pharmacist “mike” keene, nh

My Dr. Increased my gabapentin from 100 mg a day to 200 mg a day (well under the minimal starting dose). She told me to finish the bottle that I have and then pick up my new prescription. She called the prescription in five days ago. I called Mike, the pharmacist at CVS on West st in Keene at 7:50 am today to get my prescription filled and he told me that it cannot be filled for four more days. I told him I was going out of town for several weeks and he asked me what I do, where I'm going, and if my doctor knows I'm traveling. When I asked him, dumbfounded, why he's asking me these Questions, he said "I don't like your tone" (as if he is my father!). I'm a Professor of Criminology and frequently travel for research. He then said, "I don't have to fill this for you." I said "if my Dr. Increases my meds, you're saying you don't have to fill the new one?" He said, not without her consent. I replied her consent was calling in the new prescription 5 days ago. I do not at all appreciate being treated like a drug seeker, nor do I appreciate being talked down to in a condescending manner. All Mike had to do was look through my prescription history to see that I am no drug seeker. I will be transferring all of my family's prescriptions and taking our pharmacy business to a non-Cvs affiliated pharmacy as a result of Mike's condescension.

Just a tip- if you’re going out-of-town in the future and need to fill your meds sooner than normal, call your insurance first for an override. That’s usually the only issue, and if you go in with that override ahead of time and do the legwork for them, you’ll probably have an easier time.

CVS listerine breath packs

We no longer buy anything in CVS other than an RX.
Everything they sell is priced higher than all other stores. Even Wawa and 7-11. I walked in again today and walked out without purchasing.
This is an insult to the American consumer.

These Listerine Breath Strips.
Are $5.00 a pack in CVS. Walmart has them in their stores for $3.99
Listerine Freshburst Pocketpaks Breath Strips For Bad Breath, 24-Strip Pack, 3 Pack Price$3.99 each
Sales people around the country us a 3-pack a month . How many sales people you think are in the country?

CVS pharmacy

Hello, I picked up my prescriptions in the drive thru at CVS yesterday and was given someone else's order! I was charged correctly but one of the three clearly had someone else's name in it! So I pulled around and went inside. When I told the girl what happened she became very defensive telling me she knew it was wrong but it ringed up under my account so she gave to me! I told her clearly I'm not that person and if I would have gotten home with it that could have been bad but she still argued! So I got the manager to come over who apologized and was very upset but the girl still wouldn't stop arguing! At that point I told the manager you are lucky I checked it and came right back in because giving me someone else's medicine is a big problem! She agreed and said she would address it and apologized again. As I walked off the other girl was still arguing with the manager! I will move my prescriptions to another company because this is one of several issues I've had at this location. I'm done with CVS !

CVS prescription

Hello. I just wanted to take a minute to file/express a complaint with CVS Pharmacy on South Queen Street York, PA. I had my daughters Vyvanse prescription filled and it had been ready for 6 days till I picked it up. (12/12/17) The script was for 90 pills. I picked up the medicine and headed home. When I got home I took it out of the bag and noticed it was in a smaller bottle than normal. So I counted the pills. There was only 80 pills not the 90 I was supposed to receive. I called up the head pharmacist about my issue. She said her count was on so there was nothing she could do to help me! Okay her count is on, that is great but someone stole the other 10 pills. This is the 2nd time for this specific medicine that this has happened to us. The 1st time was around 2 years ago and my daughter was missing 10 pills then as well. So now my daughter will suffer because she was shorted 10 pills which is very unfair. Not to mention myself/insurance company was charged for 90 and that is not what we were given. On another occasion my husbands medicine was shorted 20 pills which we counted right in the parking lot because when we picked it up at the drive thru it clearly did not look like 90 pills. They did fix that issue and gave him the other 20 he was owed but in my daughters case they will not fix this issue. Instead they were rude and accused myself or someone in my family of using them, losing them, or etc. I picked them up and went right home. No one else has access to them. Cvs employees are crooks and that is not right.

I'd contact the pharmacy board for your state and ask you can log a complaint with and I would contact your insurance company and tell them what you have experienced and ask what they would recommend.

CVS service

I wanted to put a complaint against 2401 East North St, Greenville SC 29615. The two cashiers that did my transactions were rude, one of their names is Robin. I believe in true customer service and there is no need to treat anybody without curtesy. Unfortunately I didnt experience any curtesy. Instead I experience attitude, almost shoving the receipt towards me, no understanding at all. I am pregnant and felt upset when I left the store, realizing how people can be, there was no need for me to have left the store as upset as I did. I hope that this type of treatment does not happen to anyone else. I hope the people who are their to help help.

Trisha from Mira Mesa cvs told me "I can't sell you siringes your dog can go [censor] itself" this amazed me because your employees are usually helpful. But if I go in this cvs again and I see this woman still interacting with cutomers I'm going to have serious concern about cvs and their thoughts towards their customers. Please confront this problematic employee.

CVS pharmacy

A rude and unprofessional pharmacist refused to refill my prescription because I refilled it last month at walgreens insisting and accusing me that I have been getting extra prescriptions even tho my last refill was clearly exactly a month ago.when I confronted her about the dates she said she was just "not comfortable to refill my prescription and this pharmacy prefers not to fill any of your controlled substaces prescriptions, by the way I will be calling wallgreens and thell them not to fill it too!"it was just shocking to me!I am a physician my self and this degree of unprofessionalism is astonishing to me.I am a long time costumer of cvs, never will I be bringing my prescriptions here

Unfortunately incidents like these are becoming increasingly common. Pharmacists have the right to refuse filling controlled substance prescriptions for almost any reason.

CVS hipaa violation

When I got home with my CVS prescription purchase just now, there was a notice (printed in Spanish) stapled to my RX slip - it was printed for a completely different patient for a different drug, with a different prescription number. Obviously, this is not only an unacceptable violation of HIPAA, it's alarming to consider my own information sitting on a stranger's kitchen counter, as theirs is on mine.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had something like this happen at a CVS. It's only because it's not the first time, that I didn't just toss the wrong paperwork into the trash and go on about my day, as I did on the previous occasion.

These two errors were made at two different CVS stores, so I can only surmise that either: 1) lapses in your training program or 2) personnel shortages are causing these problems.

Attached are photos of my RX paperwork and my receipt for my purchase today, so that you can track this matter in your system.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

CVS poor customer service

Hello. My name is Caleb. I went to local CVS at 8 pilgrim hill road in Plymouth Massachusetts. I went to the store to buy nasal spray for my mom. They did not have the CVS brand nasal spray which is the only one that works for my mom. The price of the CVS brand I wanted is 6.99. The Afrin, which I did not want but was forced to buy as a substitute was 9.49. In the past when this has happened, they gladly override the price for me to 6.99. Ryan, the manager on duty, refused to help me. Unfortunately I left feeling very poorly treated and generally upset. As someone that shops at CVS regularly, I hope to receive some form of satisfaction regarding this incident. My cell phone number is [protected]. Please call me. I will also be filing a complaint with the district manager and upper management if I am not helped. Thank you for reading this and considering this matter. Caleb Millman.

CVS cvs pharmacy

I left urgent care with my 2 year old daughter who has a severe ear infection to go to CVS pharmacy in Hilton, NY to get her Amoxicillin. Apparently they close at 5PM on Sundays which I was unaware of. My fiancé ran inside a few minutes before 5 o'clock to get the medication which had already been filled and the lady was very rude and unprofessional and said that they were closed and closed the gate in his face! So then we called to get it transferred over to Wegmans so we can get it tonight and he gets there and was told since CVS pharmacy had already filled it then we would have to pay out of pocket because the insurance will not cover it twice. I am VERY upset and disappointed in the service my fiancé got from them. We do not have a name but there was only 2 ladies that were closing at the time ( Sunday, Dec 10th right before 5PM) if this was for me I wouldn't care as much but this is for my 2 year old daughter who has been very sick and in pain from this ear infection.

CVS lack of employees...

To Whom It May Concern, I was traveling this weekend and happened to visit your CVS Store on Reservoir Ave, Cranston, RI. I know this is one of the busier stores - but at 7:00 am - to have 4 people waiting to drop prescriptions off, 6 people waiting to pick up prescriptions, drive through line wrapped around the building, and phones ringing off the hook - while 1 pharmacist tries to handle it all. To me this is a bit insane. I know CVS stands for Convenience, Value, and Service - by not getting that Pharmacist more help that's definitely not living up to the name of the store at least in this customer's eyes. I applaud Pharmacist Dana though for attempting to do a yeoman's work and keep everyone happy under these extreme conditions. But, she definitely needs more help. I can only imagine how many prescriptions she had yet to fill with trying to handle that many people at once.

I only hope corporate looks at this situation and gets that store more help in the Pharmacy. If I wind up traveling back in that area, I would go back to the store because of Pharmacist Dana's very courteous, professional mannerisms.

CVS service

I went the location at 11th and market in order to reload my American Express card. first i was told by an associate that there would be a fee, in which there never is one, then my card was swiped several times and and told that the transaction could not be completed. When i asked for a manager he, James who appeared with an attitude turned the screen around in attempt to show me that he swiped my card, this being the 6th time now expected me to see that the transaction was taken place but all that appear to me was a screen full of icons and since i am not a CVS employee i had no idea what i was looking at. To add alittle insult to injury after your associate hung up the phone from calling Mgr. James to the counter, your assoicate stated that he hated to call on him because even over the phone he had an attitude so his complete demeanor in front of me was met with no surprise.
After leaveing this location i was sent a fraud alert text from American Express stateing that now my account has been locked due to fraudulent from CVS location at 10th and Market Street, this action was being taken due to my card being swiped several times the account is now locked.
This being a Sunday i must wait untill the next business day and contact American Express and explain to them the situation at your store this is an inconvenience to me because I am unable to use my card for the next 24-48 hours

CVS pharmacy service

I made an appointment online to get a Hepatitis A vaccine at the pharmacy located in West Grove PA. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 a.m. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the pharmacist Ken Snodgrass, told me that he couldn't do the vaccine until 9:30 because it was the weekend and he was the only pharmacist there. I complained that I should not have been allowed to make an appointment at 9 am if he couldn't do it until 9:30. There was no apology for my inconvenience and the fact that I had to wait while we were experiencing our first winter snowstorm. At 9:30 I had to sign the paperwork for the vaccine. It was a good thing I checked because the paperwork showed a flu vaccine not a Hepatitis vaccine. I brought this to his attention and then had to wait again while they did the correction. My 9 am appointment turned out to be an hour long! Left CVS at 10 am. Will never go there again for prescriptions or vaccines.

CVS pharmacist at 3005 sr 540 w. winter haven. fl

I am so displeased with Pharmacist Ruben P Balmes at 3005 SR 540 W, WINTER HAVEN, FL. I just purchased a very nice home in Winter Haven. 4 months ago. I had all scripts transferred from Walgreens to CVS around corner from my new Home. Well I thought. I was a little unfamiliar with locations and transferred to 400 6th ST NW. which has been an amazing pharmacy. Very friendly. Never have I felt so judged like I did from Mr Ruben Balmes. It was bad enough I started typing this. And I never complain like I am doing right now. Now everything being sent to wrong store was my fault. They said since I transferred it from Walgreens I could transfer again. Even if was same store. So I'm ok with that. When I get new scripts. I was going to fix that. But now I will immediately after submitting this complaint will transfer everything away from CVS On 540. Maybe CVS in general. I've done a lot of shopping there since I've boughy my home Be sure that will also end today. I moved to Florida from Indiana. I was seeing a pain specialist for degenerate disc disease. I fell off a scaffle and landed on my back. On cement. I have been asking since that day if I could just get surgery so I don't have to take pain meds. I hate taking them. But Lower back surgeries do not have a very high success rate. But we found the right medication to take. 1 a day. 24 hr time release. (Now they are 2 a day). She also gives me norco to take as needed. It usually last me a over a month. But I'm a service tech. So some months are harder on my back than others. I tried 4 different pain clinics in Lakeland. Every dr wanted me to stop the 24 hr time release and go to OxyContin. Yes. I'm serious. The most addictive drug out there. Well there was no way. So my family nieces and nephews are all in Indy. I'll just pay to fly up there to see my Dr. And family. It's not easy. And very expensive. So I'm at 16 years of doing this routine.
Today...
My Norco script was filled toward end of October. I called beginning of December to get my new script filled. It's all e-filed by a very well known and respected Dr. The pharmacy on 540a by my house says I can't get it filled till the 7th. I said i have to go a month in a half on 30 day script. She said that's soonest you can get filled. I said oh. That's 4 more days. It's no problem. I got enough just thought that was a little strange was all. Never again thought anything of it. I called on 9th to ask if they could fill it now. I gave them an extra 2 days more than they asked. But now I'm about out. So on my way home from work. I get there to pick up my script. Lady walks away and pharmacist comes and starts asking me all these questions. Ok. No problem so I'm answering them. But I'm noticing the way he is talking to me. Like he thinks he knows me. And he makes it vet clear, he is on to my lil trick. I said what are you talking about. I had all scripts transferred and told him hole story as I have told almost every person each time I pick up a script, to be sure they know on the medications I take with refills. To be sure we can get back to this store by my house first chance we get. Then continuing to insist that I got this hole scam of some sort down. I said how is that when I'm trying to get everything to this location. But some go to 6th st. Location. By this time I'm pretty pissed. Who does this guy think he is. So now he's telling me I need to find another pharmacy. I just bought house. And it's been a really difficult month. Which I'm getting to. But at this time I never considered they had anything to do with one another. So I leave. I'm just speechless on what the hell just happened. This Ruben Balmes must be a pharmacist and a private detective. Only thing. He not very good at playing detective cause he obviously is insinuating I'm this one person I'm not. I'm 41 years old. Have never been arrested and in no way abuse my medicine or have this so called scam down.
So I go home. And it's just playing over and over in my head. I'm so confused. I pull in my driveway and it hits me. He said lorazepam and WALGREENS. So I call him back to explain what he was trying to insinuiate. Which I should of known better by the way he just treated me. But I'm a hard working and a honest man. So he gets on phone and I said I know what you were talking about now. Yes I went to my dr. I had to make an emergency appointment. I suffered a loss. I had updated all the paperwork at dr to send meds to knew pharmacy. Honestly it was the day before thanksgiving and I was a complete disaster. I was more worried about getting through this horrible time grieving. So I completely forgot to tell dr I moved. We discussed how this amazing beautiful woman I have found and discussed with him over last 16 months just recently had an accident and died. I was planning to propose to her. I was having such a difficult time. My family drove straight to me to be with me. It's been a month and I feel so lost without her.
But dr sent lorazepam to my old pharmacy and when they text me it was filled I didn't have enough time to get transferred and I knew thanksgiving would only be harder for me. After telling pharmacist what happened and he sarcastically says. Thank you for sharing that with me. I sit in my driveway balling. This was nothing but a joke to him. I have never heard someone make such a joke of such a tragedy. Idk. But I am so disgusted with this pharmacist and I'm not sure I can even step into another cvs. How is this okay for your employees to treat your customers like this. He should be ashamed. I have been through a lot in my life. But this has been the most difficult by far.
