Captain D's service

On feb 2 2019 I was at your resturant around 7pm after being in line for ovrr 30 minute I place order and was rudely told we dont have corn, salald, or mac and cheese. Wow why r you open. I get to the pick window and three was asked my order. Get my order after waiting snothrt 15 minute asks for tater sajce and shrimp was to. D they dont have any. At this point im done snd asked for the mgr. Sbe comes to ghe window wigh attitue stating tbey were shlrt stafffed. I ask ehat ha e to do with youll nog having what paying customer r asking for? She told the cashier [censored] her and close the window and thats what the cashier done. I pulled off very upset drives 15 home a half of my order was missing after I told them 4 times what my order was. Now im I go all the way back had to wait in line another 20 mknute the cahiers said pull around. Anothoer customer was upset as well. The cook hollered and told me I need get bsck in line and wait my turn. At this point I went off. I to, d him I dont know who hou think you r talking but get food now this trip has slready took over a hour. This was the worst service I have in my life. It llike this everytime you go to this location. I will not go back to this location the sad part is I love the food. I will say tbe cashier was very nice and she apolizes serveral times. The otber employee there should be terminated. The wait time was so bad about 6 cars pulled off. Its called lost profit. Hope ghings change at this location beczuse these people represent captain d

Captain D's customer service

Events from our visit on February 1st at 8:00 PM. While taking my wife and son to the Wetumpka, AL location, I noticed as we entered the parking area there were 3 cars that had pulled forward and waiting on their orders. A 4th car at the window, and 2 cars waiting in the drive-thru to place their order. As we entered the store a customer was at the counter receiving her order and upon checking their order, they complained that the order and sides were not correct, but after being obviously frustrated they said nevermind and left with the order. While waiting to place our order and basically being ignored, you could hear and see who I assume was the manager telling from the kitchen to other employees about being feed-up and ready to walk out and didn't care about any damn body complaining. At that point a customer walks up from the dine in area and stating that they didn't receive their fries with the order. The cashier yells back to the kitchen 2 orders of fries are needed. The manager yells back from the kitchen "WHAT FOR". The cashier hands her the customer's receipt to the manager and you can hear the manager yelling there are no fries on this order and hands the receipt back to the cashier. The cashier hands the receipt back to the customer and says you got slaw not fries. The customers politely says no mam, I requested fries with both orders and the cashier says "No I have slaw on the receipt" and that's what you got. While still being ignored by every cashier, the customer at the counter turns towards me and says "Are you sure that you want to eat here?" I talk to the other customer and agree with him, that between the incorrect orders, the yelling, the arguments and an obvious delay in receiving orders I wouldn't be brave enough to stay and eat there and wished the other customer good luck. I noticed upon existing the store that two of the cars that had pulled forward were still waiting. I spoke with both vehicles and informed them that they needed to confirm their order before leaving, both individuals stated that they had been waiting for approximately 10 minutes. In summary, this is the worse atmosphere and customer service that have EVER seen and as I try and recall all of the events, I do not recall the manager in the kitchen wearing a hair net or gloves as they were cooking.

Captain D's food quality and temperature

Me and my family visited The Captain D's Seafood Restaurant in Ruston, La. Sunday January 27, 2019 .We ordered several Chicken Dinners, Fish, okra, fries and butterfly shrimp ... The chicken looked old and like it's been under the warmer for a while.. We got our food in less than 5 minutes that was good, but the temperature on our food was so disappointing everything was lukewarm except he fries and fish..I don't want anything in return, we will not be visiting the Ruston Captain Ds again

Captain D's speaker problem drive thru/food

My grandmother and I went to the Captain D's in Jacksonville, Alabama to order us supper.
1. Pulling up to the speaker at the drive thru to order we could not hear Brianna speaking after asking her to speak louder and repeat herself.
2. We pulled up to the window so we could finish ordering our food; 1 Ultimate App, 1 Fisherman Catch Meal with a double side of okra, 1 10 piece jalapenos pops.
The total for all of the meal was 18.65.
The Ultimate App only had one piece of shrimp, the Fisherman Catch only had two pieces of shrimp the side order of okra was cold and chewy the shrimp was also chewy, the fish was not cooked through. I did not receive any vinegar or the fish after asking. We were very disappointed with our food it ended up going in the garbage. I hope this problem will be resolved soon.

Captain D's the food not being cooked properly and inedible.

My name Sherry Barton
Anderson, Indiana captain D's.
My number [protected].
On January 3rd 2019. My helper aide was sent by me as I am on hospice to purchase a 2 piece flounder dinner. They were asked for it to be lightly fried. Flounder being so thin if over cooked becomes so crunchy I could not eat it. This was noted on my receipt. Lightly cooked. At 711pm I called asked for the manager she answered name of Angel. I called to get the problem resolved she was very rude. Hanging up on me and the forwarding my call to leave a message. I never in my life been treated this way . I feel she should apologize to me personally. It is my money I paid for the service so without opting to help me resolve this problem. The store seems to me to be stealing my money and not giving me an edible product. This person needs to be taught how to deal with customers and not hang up on them. Item was bought at 1/3/2019 at 6:31pm chck # 1526. Register. 106 shaquill. Yes I kept the receipt to prove order was given.

Again this is Sherry Barton...just complained 1/3/2019. I Recieved a call from the regional manager today..#356-4825. He assured me they do not want their customers treated like I was by mgr. Angel and he would replace my meal and add a dessert for no charge to make it right. Again I am disabled and on hospice. My aide went to the captain D's again, only thing noted was 2 free desserts... NOT WHAT THE REG. MGR had told me. So in short EVERYONE HAS DROPPED THE BALL and must really enjoy taking money for a service that they pay for and not holding up with customer service they guarantee. This is still unacceptable. Same manager was there and is smiling because nothing was done to make things mright...

Captain D's service and food

Today Dec. 30, 2018 my husband and I visited the Bartlett location in Tennessee. We had a coupon for a seafood feast for $20.97 we were changed $27.71 after ordering the feast with macaroni and cheese and okra. I ask that the order be freshly made as we had guest at home and I wanted the food hot. My husband ask why it was so much because again we had a coupon for $20.97. Mona the manager said, we were charged .39 ×6 for both sides when the sign says .39 for an upgrade. She said, for a family of six that's why the charge per side. How do you know my family consist of 6? As we were leaving she said, ohhhh people get on my dam nerves... Wow, your manager. I ask for vinegar, cocktail and tarter sauce and had None. The okra was barley warm, mac&cheese old and some hot pieces of fish some barely warm. This is why we will Not be going to any Captain D's in the future and the employees can't be great if they have leadership like Mona. Aurdrea W. [protected]

Captain D's food was very cold 15 minutes waiting on food drive thru lady was very rude I will plan on going to long john silvers for now on

Shift manager named heather was very rude and mean I had my co workers and brought to eat here and the service was slow my food was cold that shift manager looked like she was on drugs too. My co workers were very mad when I brought them here very bad service the owner needs to start firing people thats a problem will never come back I ise to spend 75 every week but sincw this heather shift manager is there my business will go to long john silvers. Only person that was nice was a girl named krista.

Captain D's gave wrong food again

I was so hungry after being in Dr office today, I went captain d, and ordered southern style meal with 2. Cole slaw, but when I got home, they had fries instead, this isn't the first time, so i went back to store to get my money back, and ga e them the meal bac, I'm so tired of this, if i was worn out from dr. Visit u would've checked bag, I got alot health issue so wasnt thinking, I'm a disappointed customer.

Captain D's food quality, service, products

I went to Captain D's for dinner before 3rd shift at work. Drive thru was completely clear. I ordered 4 PC fish, 2 large Cole slaw, 12 PC shrimp. I was told after payment there was no tarter sauce. I said how does a fish Jonny not have tarter sauce and how come you didn't tell me before ordering. He said, "well not everyone like tarter sauce". We were at the window for appx 15 minutes. The shrimp was cold, hard and uneatable as was the fish. I just want my money back. I will NEVER eat at Captain D's again!

Captain D's wrong meal

We had to wait about 15minutes in line. When I got to the window it was another 5 minutes. Because I was driving I couldn't look at what I had. I ordered a 3pc fish dinner and when I got home I had a shrimp & fish meal deal. My fish was wet because cole slaw was literally all over everything. I'm so upset because I was at home when I discovered what was in my plate about 35 miles from there.

Captain D's fish order @ store 3546

I placed an order on 12/07/2018 for the Family Fish meal which included 10 Pieces of fish and two side orders.
My Fish was not as I thought it would be, fish had too much fish Batter and hardly any fish and tasted like the fish had been freezer burned and dry.
I have had Captain d's fish at another location in TN, and it was cooked very good as it was advertised.
Who ever owns this Franchise should go and act as an Undercover Boss or as a Cutomer and place an order to see exactly what is being sold to the customers.
Horrible, for a restaurant that is got competition within the same area of Location.

Captain D's drive-thru store #3512

I was at the drive-thru through today with my man and your employee, Jywanna, was very rude and unprofessional. She took our order and while I was telling her what I wanted, she kept cutting me off saying is that it? When we got to the window, she didnt bother to say nothing to us but commented, they can drive off for all I care. The 15 minutes we were on drive-thru, she spent the time face timing somebody on her phone. When we finally got our order, she forgot to ask for our payment but we presented it to her anyway.

I dont see myself going to this store again when rude people are working there.

Captain D's employee training

I went to your restaurant for the first time ever this evening the one in Smyrna Tennessee on Lowry Boulevard. The gentleman that took my order was on his first night so I understand he had little knowledge of the menu but there was a manager there young female I asked her what came in the sampler platter that was on the Marquee on the sign by the road and she said honestly I don't know I said okay I ordered it anyway with the assurance that came with chicken fish and shrimp per the young woman that was back in the kitchen cooking... the manager asked if I wanted I believe she said the deluxe sampler or the regular one I asked her what the difference was she said I have no idea... keep in mind this is the first time I've ever been to your restaurant so I had no idea either... I also ordered oysters I asked the manager what the size difference was in the large and the small order... she replied I have no idea they come in the same size box... I ordered the large one.. I also ordered a large fish sandwich a box of clams and two pieces of pecan pie... the young man bagged up My to-go order and I had to tell him he forgot the pie upon which time he started opening all the containers in the to-go order telling me the pies were in there ... they were not... and I got the food all the way home and there were no shrimp in the sampler platter so I called for 2 hours before someone answer the phone upon which time the same girl the manager gave me a very hard time about the fact that only three shrimp came in the sampler platter and how many did I get and I told her several times there were none that's why I've been trying to call you she got an attitude with me and told me to come and get my three shrimp anytime I've been in customer service for over 14 years this was a horrible experience the staff had no knowledge of what came with any of the platters they were rude they were unprofessional and I would like to be reimbursed for that whole meal I have my receipt my email is Rachel.[protected]@gmail.com I expect to hear from someone very soon about this and you guys can keep the three shrimp okay

On South Highland Ave in Jackson TN 38301
His order was number 0435 Carry Out. The receipt says Mariah took the order and he was guest #003.
I was home sick so y husband decided to stop by your store to bring me home some dinner. My husband does have a speech impediment as he studders sometimes. He studdered while trying to give his order and your employees decided to laugh at him. This was our first time trying your store and will probably be our last. We do not appreciate people making fun of other people's disabilities. This is not the type of store we would like to support.

Captain D's fish

To whom it may concern I have just purchased a meal from the local captain D's here in Greenville Ms and I ordered the four piece two country fried and the other two battered dipped. When I first started my complaint I didn't know that it had to be up to 350words just so I can get a reply, which makes no sense because all complaints should be answered accordingly. But anyways the fish that I received seemed to be battered fish that was dipped in meal and then fried it looks like a hard pizza roll and it is not acceptable for a meal that was ordered from this type of establishment. So if you would kindly please get in contact with this restaurant and inform them that I know that drive thru time matters to them but the quality of my food matters to me! So if this is not enough words for you to contact me accordingly I will not be patronizing this establishment and will let other citizens in this know how this basis being run thank you and good day😒😒😒😒

Captain D's injury

In October 2017, While leaving my table after dining inside Captain D's, I was walking toward the door to exit, when I slipped on the floor that was being mopped and no warning signs up to let people know to proceed with caution.

I fell on my knee, slid and hit my head and was knocked out for a few seconds.When I came to, I was trying to figure out way no one bothered to put any wet floor signs up.
The lady that was mopping kept saying " Im sorry are you alright she dropped her food, some body get her some more food". As Im still on the floor not able to move, the manager is sliding in the front where Im on the floor at and is hiding the wet floor sign behind her, Im watching her as she slips it out. I was hurting so bad, I did not even say anything except It hurts.
Now I just had to have surgery and now have to go through physical therapy now because of no wet floor sign being up. I am hurt and very sad that my life is limited
I can not use my right arm now because of this neglect.

Captain D's order deadly wrong.

11/16/2018 Friday afternoon. My family placed a order at Captain Ds. We order chicken tender kids meal (recipe to prove) for my cousin and they gave her FISH. SHE IS DEADLY ALLERGIC. we her lips were had swollen up and her throat started to close we had to take her to the ER. We were there for 3 hours. She had to get shots and they had to draw blood. It was bad and all the people at captain ds had to say was sorry. Sorry isn't going to cut it. Our WHOLE order was messed up

Captain D's management and social media

A manager at the store on Washington rd in Augusta Ga has been posting live videos in uniform at the store with negative talk about the upper management and says do not come to that store to eat. This is an example of an employee that is not loyal and committed to the place of employment and making a huge statement on social media that will negatively impact business.

Captain D's kitchen help

On November 2nd I visited the Captain D's, in Belleville, Illinois #3332 I placed my order with Carol and returned to set down set down in the Lobby. While setting in Lobby the young lady cooking in kitchen thru my togo box out of the kitchen and it missed the counter and went on the floor. In turn she did the same thing with my husbands order. Again throwing the box thru the window. when I asked to talk to manager was told there is not one at is time. There was an acting manager. I spoke to her and she approached young lady in the kitchen and she denied doing it!

Food service handlers in St Clair country when preparing food are also required to wear gloves and hairnets/hat.

According to my receipt Maurice Bembry is the Area Director.

I think some one of authority should speak to this young lady and make here aware of what the rules and responsibilites are. Also representation of Customer Service.

Her outbusrt was not acceptable!

Thank you for listening to my complaint. If she worked in my facility she would have been fired. I do not tolerate this type performance. I am a GM for a Banquet/Bingo Facility!

Captain D's the location at 1665 sycamore view rd memphis, tn 38134

I went to the above location about 40 mins ago & after sitting in the drive-thru 35 mins, I made a $5 purchase via my credit card. The cashier (Crystal, is stated on the receipt), that took the purchase made a mistake & charged my card for another customer's meal, double the cost of my own order. She recognized this once she handed me the card back & immediately asked me to return the card. She then called someone up front (which i can only assume is the manager, being she never had the professionalism to introduce herself). I later checked the receipt & the person's name shows as Barbara. This person then proceeded to charge my card yet again for the correct meal. When she came to the window (again, never introduced herself), I asked why my card was charged 2 separate times for 1 meal. She replied with a very nasty attitude, that she was about to explain. She then continued to go on saying it would take 24 hours to be refunded. I pointed out I didn't appreciate the attitude and tone she was giving off for a mistake her cashier made. She not once acknowledged the mistake by simply providing an apology. I am highly irritated & very annoyed at this point by the inconvenience that was caused. Not only did I spend an excessive long time in line for this behavior to be exhibited, I was over charged, & then received behavior ( from a person on your management team) that was showed to make me feel like I caused the issue. When finally making it back to my place of employment (LATE) from lunch, I discovered the order in which i paid $15 for was completely incorrect & absolutely not edible. Is this the experience you wish for your consumers to have when dining at your establishment? If so, i will gladly take my business to more suitable standards.

I still have yet to receive a refund for my money that was taken, this is ROBBERY! & on top of that, I haven't received a response from anyone about how the situation will be rectified!
