Captain D's - Employee with bad attitude

I went to the Captain D's in Anderson today (11/8/23) at lunch and placed my order with a young white girl behind the counter. She had the worst attitude of any customer service rep that I have encountered in a long time. She talked to me and other customers in a hateful manner for no reason. She was very hateful to a man who just wanted tarter sauce for himself and another man that he was eating with, because they didn't get any. I refuse to be treated in that manner by someone who is there to serve me, and will not return. She should not be allowed to serve customers, as she does not have the people skills to handle the job.

Captain D's - Service

Service: I ordered food on wednesday night sept 25 2020 when I got home the order wasn't right. I called back to restaurant and spoke with stephanie she asked me to come back so she could get my order right. I went back a second time got home and it still wasn't right. I called her back she said to come back. I let her know I wouldn't be driving back up there that night. I ordered a 10 piece fish meal I only got five pieces. Also a pint of mac was left out but I did get that when I returned that night but not my other 5 pieces of fish that I was short of I hope this will be corrected someway
