Captain D's - bad service
Big food mix up in customers. The lady tried to give what she thought was mine to someone else. Then when I told her it wasn't mine either because it had been there way too long she told the cook "he said it's been here too long" with a hateful voice. I then told her to keep the money and could I have a comment card. I was told NO!. On the way to my car a lady YELLED at me that I would get my food. I told her to keep the money and then when I was at my car she YELLED again and gave me my money back. I will NEVER ho there again.

next time you go to Captian D’s,, break open the fish and see for yourself
The fish was so thin,,, it taste like the chicken oil it was fried in.
It was a so thin, the breading was twice as thick as the fish or whatever was in it!
It was awful, nothing but chicken flavored batter.
Just picked up 2 four piece fish dinners here in Porter, Texas and the fish was cold. Worst fish I’ve ever gotten there in my 35 years of living here in Porter. The texture of the fish was like cotton and not flakey! I think the fish had been cooked several hours ago and sat under a heat lamp.
We ate there a month ago and we got the same food today. The fish and the shrimp are definitely smaller. What the heck? But the price is the same. Anybody else noticing this?

I went to drive thru order a deluxe seafood platter got home later after discovery it’s chicken instead of fish. I try calling the store but no answer. I was very disappointed because I wanted fish. I got a 4 piece fish dinner from the Captain D's in Lugoff through the drive thru when I got and started eating it. The fish tasted like dirty water. I called the restaurant the manager only said they changed the fish they are now serving. Never an appology or offer a replacement.
I ordered online through the app. & was charged twice for our food. our order was $36.29 & they put it in 2 X $36.29 . I called the store & was told they could do nothing about it. This took place on Sunday @ 3:00pm.

Hi I visited your store your store here in Norfolk on Newtown 10/30/23 afternoon with one of your coupons for 4.99 lunch special and was told they could not honor it because it is corporate only which is up in Richmond so why are we getting them down here I usually at least once or twice a week
I failed to get hushpuppies on one order and did not get fries on the other order. I did not catch it till I got home. The guy that took my order keyed it in correctly but it was not filled correctly. No fries and no hushpuppies. This was on 10/28/2023 at 17:34 .Register #3 Store 3279 order 0177
Ordered kids shrimp meal and the shrimp was bad.if I hadn't smelled it .it would have made me sick.returned it to counter and they did nothing and turned there nose up like I had done something wrong this was oct2 2023 in Fitzgerald ga around 6pm.i spent over $20on this meal it it was awful
