My name is Lahaisha Walters. I am a customer of aarons for now i rented originally a washer and dryer. There was no place to plug in my dryer so they took it back i paid 36. Something for both washer ever two weeks so when i got home and there was no dryer i asked how r we going to deal with this it wouldve been 72 something for they month put in original agreement we had option to pay every two weeks or monthly wen i talked tp ur sales associate he said wouldve been credited to my account never told me i was 4 short of monthly payment or i wouldve paid it so im thinking its paid for a month.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Dover, DE So this past weekend they called and was saying my payment is due i thought it was a monthly payment they said due to the payment wasnt in full it put it to paying every two weeks. I said i would pay it on friday the 10th i was told i would have to pay 62.00 i said how when its not even end of month and i only purchased it on 1/13. They were very rude overtalking me while im talking i became irrated tood them to come pick up ur stuff cause im not paying 62. Dollars i will pay the 44.00 on the tenth of this month because i do use it on a regular and dont think its fair that they didnt say anything about the owing of 4.00 and be a month . the store is Forest Ave. Store in Dover Delaware please contact me the results and what can be done.
