Citizens Bank review: Rude teller

I'm getting real tired of the bad attitude of a teller at the lakemore branch. Her name is Kendra. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked that the money I was sending in be converted to $100 bills. She said in her normal I own this bank tone of voice "well do you have an account with us?" yes I do I answered. She then asked me my name which I gave to her. She didn't look it up to see if I was telling the truth she just wanted to be her normal crabby self. This kind of thing isn't the first time she's acted this way. She can ruin a good day quickly. I was under the impression that a licensed banking institution had to exchange american money denominations as long as it was american money without having an account with them? Evidently Kendra hasn't heard about this?
