My cd matured on 02/15/2015 renewed for 8 months 4.65 APY 4./75

Mr Kaio Alvarega and Joe Montumer were instrumental in renewing my deposit of 500,000 USD at the aforementioned rate
However the interest was set at 0.1%, I did get online access till july 2 2025 However it was not fully corrected. When questioned Enrique Mariot was shouting and rude ,raising his voice in a threatening way
Had to close my account

Claimed loss: received 4.65 percent instead of 4.75

Desired outcome: Please refund
