I bought 2 fountain drinks. My boyfriend brought them to the car I tasted mine and it was flat. So I sent him back in with them to exchange them for ones that arent flat and the cashier. Who didnt have a name tag as to nobody at this store wears name tags ever. Refused. But his name is on my reciept. Renald Hyacinthe is the name on the receipt. He told us that he would not give us his name or anything so I could call the manager in the morning either. I just dont understand why it was such a problem. He just checked us out and the soda were still completely full when we took them back in. I want my sodas refunded or exchanged.

    What did the manager say when you called? Certainly you called rather than just posting it online.

    @Um is not an answer! Of course! It certainly makes more sense to whine to anonymous people than to contact the company and resolve the issue.
