Circle K

I purchased a cheeseburger from one of your locations in Gainesville, FL. As soon as I opened it up, you can see the bread/top bun was extremely burnt, and it also had what look like mold. I moved the patty and there was mold on the bottom bun as well. This is completely unacceptable. I threw the burger away, but I did record a video. I was not going to eat it and get sick. I would like something done about this immediately, or I will be sending the video to BEtter Business Bureau

Since last Thurs I would leave with my iced tea and when I got to work the unsweet is a sweet Raspberry. Today I thought Ill taste before I leave there was barely half glass in the unsweet container and container says unsweet who knows what it was because when I complain to the 2 managers on duty they ignored me and then got rude about my questioning about why are they making raspberry sweetened in an unsweet container . Some diabetics like me cant have it. When I tried to complain with phone number on receipt Fri that number is disconnected. Guess what told them today Monday the phone number on receipt still same and they know its wrong but dont know how to change it and offer me the correct number to store in my phone to call if I have anymore problems. Really keep your number in my phone so I can call to report more problems. Makes me wonder how many complaints they get or dont get cause no one can call them in. But when 2 managers are ignoring you and rude why even call your juat going to be talking to the same deaf ears.

I am writing in regards to the Circle K located in Sellersburg Indiana, the smaller of the 2 stores in town.
Finally after quite some time the store was actually clean, had friendly employees and then a new manager was placed at the store. I am in the store at least once daily often times twice, sometimes more. It is the most convenient one from my home. Since the new manager, Amanda (I believe) has taken over, I have seen her actually work a register once, and once straightening a product outside of the store. However she has put a bench out in the front so that she can sit and visit with whomever, heard her belittling staff in front of customers, the store is consistently out of items that I know they typically always would have. The assistant manager runs the store or tries to the best she can anyway. I saw the store manager once last week in the at least 20 times I was in or by the store. If this is the best that can be done then just close it, as it's currently being ran if what you need is in stock then you consider yourself lucky. It's obvious this girl is young and lacks experience and her people skills definitely need improvement. I can speak for many customers by saying we often drive out of our way now to get better customer service and know that we can find what we're looking for.

Boyfriend and I going to circle k everyday about 1-2 times daily to get frostys for the whole family. I can't tell you how frustrating it is at 100 degrees out and not one single circle K 's frosty Machines are working or out of juice or something. Today the 16th I stopped at Store number 3037-Outof order and Store #4650-outbof order.
Gas is getting high again and we shouldn't have to drive around looking for a cold frosty. They should have them a majority of the time.

I received a coupon from a recent cigarette purchase (from this circle k) and the cashier refused to accept my coupon. I know a $0.50 coupon is not much but another cashier accepted the same coupon just 1 day earlier. This coupon come inside the same cigarette pack that I have purchased. No manager was on site to correct this issue.

I was in line at circle k located at 505 Reynolds st Waycross ga 31503 and a guy in front of me said to me I could have his change which was like 85 cent . So I grab it and the employee then stated give me my change SPIC.and I was like excuse me are you seriously doing this I decided to give him the change the guy left me.then the employee told me to get out and I said what did I do wrong he then grabbed my items I wanted to purchase and slung them across the store and then took a Billy club out his pocket and swong it toward me and hit the counter and screamed at the top of his voice at me made me leave and other costumers left due to how he treated me I feel insulted and emotional destroyed due to the embarrassement he caused me time was 1:00 am Saturday June 15th 2019

Currently at your store in Mesa, As on 415 N Stapley Dr mesa, AZ 85203 you have a woman of the name Tammy last name starts with an S employed and I'm done with her attitude. She is rude to my husband even when she has no reason to be because he was there tonight the 13th of June at 1050 addressed her as ma'am and everything and she was completely rude. I've personally see her be rude to other customers all well as us. Even the lyft driver he was ridin with said she is rude and has no business working in customer service. I am done! I will also be calling customer service line about this woman as well so I'd seriously consider doing something about it. If you pride your self in customer service put this woman and her attitude in place. She is Caucasian with what looks to be dyed red hair not natural and is short heavy set woman with glasses.

When into the store at 4:22 PM to buy gas and some snacks for my kids. Spent 26.10 and paid with a $100 and the cashier refused to break my bill and make change for me. I asked her to check again and she said it would take her about 10 mins to make change with a time release safe. I told her that was fine and she gave me a huge attitude and rolled her eyes, sighed and said I guess. What kind of customer service is that. She said I'd have to wait 10.mins. helped another customer Nd drop changedntwice and had me out of there in 3 mins acting the whole as if I was.an inconvenience to her because I had a big bill. She.was rude Nd unprofessional. I will not go back to this location specifically because of her

We went in to grab a few things on our way to seeing family and the cashier was very. Rude to the customer infront of us. Then we get up there and i ask for two pack or marlboro special blend 100 and a box of the blk cherry cigars. She then cops an attitude with me and tells me well u cant buy those. I replied why when im paying for them. She threw the other box on the floor and screamed well when i get wrote up it can just be blamed on your [censored]... I replied who are u going to get wrote up bc i bought a box of cigars. Her reply was well we sell alot of them. How does this even make any sense. I have never been cussed at in all my years of being on this earth and sure as heck not going to let some lady on an ego trip start now. I request someone get back to me as soon as possible about this matter bc its highly uncalled for eapecially in front of my little girl. [protected] my name is heather

i live a couple of blocks from your store #2255, every time i go in there it is a total mess(trash in the isles and floor sticky like it never gets mopped), the outside isn't any better.
my main complaint is because of today's visit(6/12/2019), i stopped for gas and went inside to prepay, there was a line of people at the register and one person trying to take care of us all. meanwhile their is on employee in the isle rubbing on a guy i assume was her boyfriend and holding a baby, he asked her if she needed to go help people and she said no "[censored] them". in the other isle is another employee stocking shelves and paying no attention to the line from the register to the drink coolers. needless to say you lost my business today, and probably in the future because i will not spend my money in a place that has such disregard for their customers and no pride in how their store looks.
i am not after anything here, this is for your information only, because i'm not the only customer you will lose because of this.

This employee needs to be TERMINATED ASAP ! She is very rude ans sarcastic and made me feel bad about her sarcastic comment she makes EVERYTIME I go the to spend my hard earned money! $500 you have stolen from me. I havent received my money that I gave you at noon today and its 5:44pm. I called and called and no one will give me my money back. My last [censored]ing $500 I had to have on that card today. Are you going to cover late fees? Are you going to pay for the things I had to purchase today? I am facing a $1500 fine and I need that money to take care of issues TODAY to avoid the fines. Should I send you the bill?

Cashier was very rude. What's on personal call. Did not greet customers. Did not tell me customer their totals. Very very very unprofessional. I have been shopping at the circle k for many years and with the employees and management they have now is awful. It's the only store in our small town. Many people all riding a few extra miles to shop at your competitor.

I have a complaint about your Chelmsford store. I have a card that I buy 6 of any drink and 7 th is free. Well I only ever buy extra large slushees and was told that I can only get a large and they made me pay for the xlarge every other store does it what makes them different from the rest, he said there has been changes well if I buy xlarge I want xlarge for my free one.

The manager, Scott, which was reported before, very poor in customer service. He talk loudly to the vendor who was just there to do their job. The vendor stated to the cashier what they was there for and he immediately came out the back saying "you cant come in the store without asking for a manager". The vendor said thats what the cashier was going to the back for! Then the manager was told he is just rude. The vendor even stated he was reported to the company and the manager stated that he doesn't care. That should be a professional environment for all customers and not like we're on the streets. Maybe he's power struck. But he need severe training to hold a managerial position.

I'm at 27252 Pauling in lake forest ca. I used the restroom and got gas. The restroom so disgusting. I brought it to the attention of the employee he argued with me stating "so many men go in there, I can't keep up". That bathroom has NEVER seen cleanser. The walls are filthy the sink and around the toilet. It smells and has a ton of graffiti. The paper towels dispenser didn't work as well.
I'll never go back there simply because of the employee who was not wearing a name badge.
