Circle K review: Rude manager

I don't know her name but the manager at this specific Circle K location needs to know how to address people if there's a certain policy they're implementing i.e. masks are required when going into the store and someone isn't aware and wasn't wearing a mask, do you yell at them and put them on the spot in front of everyone or do you tell them nicely like a normal human being? Because she definitely didn't treat my husband like a human being. I don't care who you are, you don't talk to people like they're nobody because one day they're gonna do the same to her and she's not gonna like it.
