Circle K Payment not received, unethical and Unprofessional behavior

Starting in January 2020, due to unknown charges made to my account through Comdata/ FinWist Solutions. I was informed that a new card was needed to be issued by the employer in order to have access to my balance. I informed them at this time that I was no longer an employee at the time, this didn't matter. I contacted former Managers, Veronica, Kathy at Fillmore and 1st Ave, as well as Haider from the store on 16th Broadway. I only received a reply from Kathy stating that I would need to go through HR payroll in order to fix the payment issues. I contacted payroll HR and left 2 messages and have not received a reply. I have also sent messages from Circle K website stating the urgency, thus being 2 weeks with little to no help from Circle K. I contacted cardholder services numerous times to let them know my situation, which they stated as before, they can not help me to contact Employer. Feb 27th Thursday in person at the training center located at Indian school and 11th to speak with Kathy from HR. She provided me with a replacement card. After numerous emails sent to and from HR, Payroll and District manager, discussing that my pay card needed to be added to Workday. Within emails further information was requested, Name and Work ID number. I sent information via email that I was CC to. My response was ignored. Kathy called to request the information again over the phone with my mother, she was only able to provide Kathy with my middle name not my employee number. I sent another email to HR Payroll and district manager the next morning February 28th Friday, to check on status but did not receive a response from either party again.

This has been handled very poorly with unethical and unprofessionally. It has been 3 weeks and the problem has not been fixed due to miscommunication, which is unlawfully keeping me from obtaining my paycheck. I have gone through all the necessary steps needed through HR and although I have completed all of these steps I have yet to get paid.

Desirable resolution? The problem is fixed immediately due to the prolonged time I have been patiently waiting.

Circle K cashier issue

i stop in this store every weekend and the cashier has a bad attitude.one weekend she thinks that i called the cops on her and i didnt .then she accused me of telling her boss on her and i didnt.im getting tired of getting accused from this cashier of something i had nothing to do with.im going to start stopping at another convenance so i dont have to deal with cashier

Circle K gummy worms and bears

so i buy this product on a daily basis and i like to eat them color coordinated and i have noticed that the gummy bears only have 4 orange, a dozen green, half dozen blue, clear about 8 and about 6 red and the

Circle K Reward program

Every time that I purchase anything at your stores the cashier begin entering their own phone number which doesn't not allow me to enter mine. I shop at circle k a minimum of once per day you have lots of deals but your employees are benefiting rather than your customers. They don't even ask if I want to enter my phone number they just start putting their own. I have nicely complained at several stores but no change.

On several occasions the store manager has been outside, in front of entrance doors; behaving in a very indecent manner with a man. Very offensive and disgusting. I filed a previous complaint and today the store manager herself called me and stated that the district manager told her to call me for more information. Very unprofessional. I walked up to window around 12:30am on 01/28/2020 and the cashier was on his personal phone with his back turned so I waited a min then rang the bell he then proceeded to turn around and yelled "I will be there in a ([censored]in) minute!".. The CSR at the register was on her phone when I walked up to the counter she did not acknowledge me for the first 45 seconds I was standing at the counter. She finally asked me what I wanted and I told her then she said what did you want I can't hear you. Because she had headphones in her ears. And was paying more attention to what was on her phone and not what was going on in the store.

Circle K employee (allison)

I have had a few run ins with this employee, Allison, and thought at first I caught her on a bad day. This was not the case at all! I walked in one night, rather late, and asked her if they were still making sandwiches, she barely looked up at me and rudely said, "go stand there, someone will help you". When I went to check out, there was no communication from this woman. She rang up my sandwich, didn't tell me the total, just looked at me. I handed her my money, there was no thank you, here's your change, have a good day, NOTHING! Next time I walked in, I was cashing in lottery tickets. I walked up, she put her hand out, took my tickets, scanned them and gave me my money. Again, no communication, she said nothing to me. I go back in about a week later, and I'm lucky enough to have her make my sandwich for me. She barely asked me what I wanted, she mangled the sandwich bad, and when a friend of hers came in, she made his sandwich before finishing mine! She cashed me out without saying thank you, have a nice day, nothing! My husband, who is handicapped, went into the store on his crutches, Allison was walking out. She came through the doors and let them close on him. She couldn't even be bothered to hold the door open while he entered.

This facility has a few other issues such as not keeping the coffee area cleaned or stocked and not removing snow from the gas pump areas, but this employee, Allison, who makes me feel like I'm bothering her tops it all ! She's rude and a terrible customer service person. I would much rather travel 10 miles down the road to a Fast Track for my needs.

Circle K complaint regarding staff member

Hi. My name is James Donegan. I am making a formal complaint to circle k regarding an employee's behaviour and my ill treatment I recieved from the employee including degrading defaming comments use of foul language and refusal of service. The employee made/uttered foul remarks against me and my character used foul language toward me had an overall aggressive atitude and manner and refused me service after I requested other items along with my purchase. I have 2 witnesses the taxi driver and his passenger where there and witnessed the abuse the staff member directed at me for no reason at all then threatening to ring the police when in fact and my witness stated this to the staff member that it was him in the wrong. The reciept states it was staff member Hassan of circle k richmond road Dublin Ireland that is responsible but I am making a formal complaint to find out who is at fault and why I was treated in such a manner by one of your employees. I have a recording of the employee and my witnesses do too. The time and date of the incident are as follows 11.55pm 13/01/20 to 00.05am 14/01/20 at circle k garage Richmond road Dublin Ireland served by staff member Hassan. I find this behaviour to be very concerning and would at all costs now be avoiding your establishment until these issues with staff have been addressed. I will be taking legal action against the employee as his actions were horrendous and have left me with no other alternative than to seek legal justice as his comments were false vulgar and damaging to my character. The abuse was unwarranted and it will not be tolerated. Circle K manager and unsanitary conditions in store

I went to this Circle K on Sunday 1/12/2020 and it was closed! There was a lady outside that told me it was closed because nobody showed up for work, this was at approx 3:20pm. The store is filthy. The countertops around the coffee and where you fix your coffee are always filthy. The creamer for the coffee is soured most of the time. The milkshake machine has been out of order for over a year. When a line is long the Manager Melody will be outside smoking and will not come in and help wait on customers. The cashiers have their earbuds in talking on their cell phones constantly and do not greet the customers at all. I could go on and on but hopefully you get the idea that this store needs a new manager and a desperate cleaning and the cashiers need classes on customer service.
