All the fancy self checkout technology in the world doesn't excuse not having a brain to operate the software. The register operator had me remove my items from the scanner and put them back 4 times all the while incorrectly ringing up my items (double per item). When I finally made a comment along the lines of, "I get a half hour off for lunch everyday, if this takes any longer I'm going to have to eat it right here" to which the [censored] at the helm fired off "if you don't like it you can leave" what's to like? The register next to me isn't having the problems he's having and people are checking out with no problem. Finally he gets the order right, 3 food items, and I pay and he makes another smug remark of maybe I should go somewhere else from now on? Ok I will, and I'll also fill my work van ($120) per fill twice a week else where too. This place could be so much more but they continue to hire [censored]s to work behind the counter.
Desired outcome: Fire your whole staff and rehire everyone with emphasis on big smiles and thank you come agains if you're going to automize the entire customer checkout experience or whatever I don't care I'll never be back here again
