Poor Customer Service & Online App Discrepancy
On Sunday, 24 July 2022, I ordered meals for my husband & myself using the Chilis app for the Leesville location. I had 4 rewards from previous visits & my birthday month. I attempted to use one of my rewards to purchase the 3 for me but it didn’t recognize my entree. I attempted to contact the local Chilis via phone to request assistance with making the correction for the reward. However after holding for several minutes, the automated messaging said there was an error & disconnected the call. So I decided to order the 3 for me without the reward & use my free dessert reward instead. I also ordered a salad for my husband’s meal. When I checked out on the app, I received an error message stating that there was no connection & it went back to the checkout page. When it went back to that page, one of the free desserts was no longer available & it still showed the order pending. So, I used the second dessert reward & proceeded to check out once again. This time it went through & gave me a timeframe to pickup my order. I arrived at Chilis just before the time for pickup & I followed the I instructions to notify them I was outside & which parking spot I was in. When I put in my parking spot number, it initially said I was already checked in and or had picked up my order. It also said if there was a problem to contact the restaurant. I waited a few minutes & went through the check in process again. This time it said my order would be out shortly. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go in to see if they were aware that I was waiting for pickup. Once inside, I spoke with the staff member at the cash register. She informed me that my order wasn’t ready yet. I told her about the situation with the app & the rewards & asked if there was a way to correct it. I was informed there wasn’t. I asked to speak to the manager & she left the area to ask the manager to come assist me. After several more minutes I saw a staff member packing an order & she asked for the name on the order which I provided. She informed me that there had been 2 exact orders placed via the app in which I informed her I had only ordered once & there must have been something wrong in the app. I informed her that I would only take the one order & wanted a refund on the other order. She informed me that she wasn’t able to give me a refund so I requested the second time to speak with the manager. While waiting, other people’s orders were being packaged for delivery or being picked up by the customers. After waiting more time, the young lady finally returned & said that they would refund me for the 2nd meal ordered but no mention of why the manager hadn’t come out to speak with me himself. The ice cream that was part of my order had began to melt because of the length of time it was taking for me to receive service. I informed the young lady that I wanted a complete refund for both orders because the ice cream was now melting due to the amount of time passing while waiting to speak to the manager. She informed me that I would have to leave the order which they had prepared & they were unable to give me a refund at the restaurant since it was an online order. I let her know I had no problem with leaving the order with them but I still would like to speak with the manager regarding my refund & dissatisfaction with service received. When the manager finally came out to speak with me, I was informed that he was not only the manager but was 1 of 2 cooks preparing meals for the customers that evening & also mentioned they were also short of staff to assist with takeout orders. He apologized for the frustration that I experienced with the order & explained again that they couldn’t offer an in-house return for the online order but could put in for the refund which may take up to 7 days to be credited back to my account. I let him know that I was unaware of the situation and at the same time if there has been a problem with a customer’s order, it’s expected by the customer to speak with the manager to resolve the issues & concerns. His offer was to have one of his staff to take my information & put in for the refund for both orders. Once the staff member came, she had me to write my information on paper to include my name, phone number & last 4 of the card used for the purchase. I left very frustrated with my experience. What should have taken at the most 10 minutes for a pickup ended up taking 40 minutes. I walked away without an order m, losing my dessert rewards & without the money spent out for it. The customer service I received was horrible.
I recommend the staff receive customer service & communication training & if they are short of staff & unable to fill the orders at the normal expected time that customers are informed before arrival. This would help cut down on the frustration for both the customer & staff serving them.

We arrived at 9:10 Thursday nite on 6/16 and was turned away for diner.
We went there because say open until 10 am the hostess told us that they been vlosing early and there not seating anymore tables for tonite.
Which would explains why all tables and bar area was filthy. I realized the Warriors game was finshed 30mins earlier, but all the tables but just afew were empty and unbused.
I was in the restaurant industry for many years and that treatment was very unprofessional.
We went to BJ's and wont be going back the Chilis anylonger.
Lack of everything
I placed my order online, received a text that my food was ready. I waited an extra 15 minutes before driving to the restaurant. I parked in the curbside spot, no one came, and I had to get out the car, and they don't know where my order is. After looking for 10 minutes, they decided to remake it. Ordered 3 for 12.99 meal. I did not like the drink choices but ordered the 3dip appetizer (extra2.49) and chicken entree. We waited a long time no food or waitress when to our surprise our entrees came out without our appetizers first. Different waitress delivered these. I explained we hadn't received the appetizers. She went to check and came back and said they were ready do we want them now or maybe to take home. I said who wants to take appetizers home. Could they fake it off the bill. She aid ok. When the bill came it SAS still 12.99 even though I had only received one of the three items and it listed that I had received a drink and soup for an appetizer. When I questioned this the original waitress with an attitude said she had to ring this up that way I then asked if I could have a coke zero to go since that's one item she listed. She said ok but never came back with the drink. I saw her across the room joking and laughing witn other wait staff. I will not be back anytime soon the experience was not good

Chili mandating their employees must wear masks or get vaccine for Covid.
We had lunch at the Lenoir City, TN location. Lunch was great and our server was fantastic. I want to know why Chili's is mandating that all employees wear masks or get vaccine? You don't require the patrons to wear masks. CDC recently said masks do not work so why are you requiring them? Masks cause respiratory infections, sinus infections and other health problems. You expect that your staff performs well but you are forcing them to breath in CO2 because they are exhaling into their mask. This can decrease brain function. In addition it is hard to understand someone when they are wearing a mask. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR REQUIREMENT THAT ALL EMPLOYEES WEAR MASKS. Truth is coming out about all businesses who try to enforce a mandate which as we all know is not law! Your company's reputation is at risk. I suggest you take action to correct this situation.

Ordered curbside on October 22, 2021 at Hutto location. Charged $17.41 Order #[protected]. Was overcharged total $59.76. Manager stated was too busy to assist told to call office the next day to fix. General Manager said refund would be placed on card. Was never refunded. To calmly and respectfully try to handle a simple mistake and try to show support of employees by giving a tip. This is not the way to treat customers.

The service, the food, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant
Me and my wife eat at Chilis a lot. It's by far our favorite place to eat. Last week we were out of town and ate at a Chilis in Ft Wayne Indiana. The service right from the moment we walked in was unfriendly. The restaurant wasn't filthy but the cleanliness was a lot less than what it should be. When our food came the portions were nearly only half of what they should be. The corn was cold and had no taste and the chicken strips were tough. However the waitress we had was very friendly and did take care of us well. I won't stop eating St Chilis but that location needs some serious attention.

I visited chills in Waterbury on Sunday the 12 th of September the service was really bad my order was totally wrong we had to ask for our drinks and finally got watered down ice tea then had to wait fir replacement I had a to go meal and couldn't get my drink because they didn't have to go cups the service was horrible the picture is my to go meal

While I was eating my dinner friday, 8/7/2021, a man entered and sat at bar across from my booth. His trousers were down below his butt, I had to see his underwear throughout my meal. Should not be allowed to enter if you're showing your butt literally. Shirts and shoes are required, covering your butt or underwear should be also, common decency or respect.

Bixby, OK 74008.
On July 25th at 2:10 pm I arrived at this location after church with my wife, daughter, and 2 grandchildren for lunch. When we arrived there were very few patrons seated in the dinning areas (no more than 5 tables). There were several tables that needed cleaning off. There were at least 7 employees that I saw but no one was cleaning off tables or seating anyone. It seemed like all the employees were extremely young with no idea about customer service.
We waited for about 30 minutes and asked several times if they were going to seat us. They said the table needed to be cleared but no one would do it. All the while potential customers were coming in and leaving when they wouldn't get seated.
I finally asked to see the manager and a young man (with a bun on his head) came out and was speaking to us with quite an attitude when we asked about what was taking so long. So I told him we were going to leave and let the corporate management know what happened today and he replied, "please do".
I can tell you we won't be back there again and I felt you should know how your name and reputation is being used.

We ordered from Chilis on July 01, 2021. The food was old and tasted terrible. I called to the restaurant on hold for 5 minutes, had to call back. Spoke with Tasha the manager extremely unprofessional to handle complaints. Stated she was busy now she would call me back by 10pm. No call, so I called back, I asked her why didn't she call me back as she stated she would do, she stated because we were busy. I said to her that's no excuse, she's suppose to handle my complaint. She stated to me mam stop yelling when clearly I wasn't yelling, I was speaking over the loud noise in the background so she could hear me. Then she stated you can call back, I stated to her i want you to handle this issue, . She continued to make excuses. I said to her if i was white you would have call back, She hung up ( must have been a true statement). I would like this issued fix. This is unacceptable for a manager to treat anyone this way, when she could have handled my problem over the phone. We are customers just as everyone else was there, paying her check. pickup and curbside delivery
I order 1-2 x per week a the Chili's in Austell Georgia. The service is ALWAYS horrible. I was there tonight but the time before that I noticed that the parking lot was empty at 5 pm. I was told that they now close to inside dining after 4 pm due to short staffing. Which I completely understand. That being said if all you are doing is curbside and pickup then they should have their act together. But they don't. I ordered online tonight, 5-2-21, at 7:25 pm (approximately) and was told my order should be ready around 8:02 pm. I always allow some time after this for my order to be ready. When I called at 8:28 to let someone know I was still waiting the lady on the phone said "I am well aware of that". She then told me that someone picked my order up but they were remaking the order. Which I appreciated. But was anyone going to call and let me know that? When I finally received my order around 845 pm the hamburger had no fries with it and my chicken tenders did not have honey mustard sauce with it. Again I fail to understand why things don't run more efficiently if all you are doing is carryout/pickup after 4pm. I don't know if this is a poor management problem or not.
