Food tonight was not hot and broccoli looked like it was rolled in dirt. My glass had a nasty mark on the bottom of it like it was not clean. Steak came out wrong. Under the table was the nastiest ever. I could have gotten sick just thinking about the germs under there. And right now is not the time to let a restaurant go without being clean. Just hoped my feet didn't touch anything

Today me and my friend went to chilis in deira city centre and we're not sure what meals we want so we order 3 meals and 1 starter and the waitress came and took the order and she repeated the order correct 3 main course and 1 appetizer and 1 drink, but when they brought the food they brought 2 main course and the appetizer and the drink only and when I asked about the 3rd meal she said sorry we didn't prepare it but it'll be ready soon, the surprise is that the supervisor came and she literally said "sorry we thought it's too much food for 2 ppl and we were scared that u might cancel 1 of the meals, that's why we brought only 2 meals"!😳😳😳, can u imagine she told us this! Didnt want to be that person but food and service was that bad. We waited like 10min for anyone to come to the table to get our drinks. Shed bring us one thing doesnt ask if we need anything else and then disappears for 5 min. Had to catch her and ask for refills. The boneless ck wings looked like they was sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hrs tasted weird too. Still waiting on our food 30 min later. 2 tables seated after us both got apps and food in a timely manner. Moms burger looked like it had been sitting in the window for 15min my ck fried steak looked cooked to hell somehow they threw a chicken ball on my plate. Took while for a manager to come to the table. Omg just was not good. Went across the street to whataburger. Wasnt much better. Tables dirty food all over the floor. Should have just stayed home.
You do know that five or ten minute is not that long of a wait right? You also do know that if you wanted something else when she was bringing the drinks that you could have asked her or had your parents ask for you if you are too shy. What is wrong with having to ask for a refill. You are not the only people that she is serving. Maybe your parents should wait until you are older and more mature before taking you out. You are right you should have stayed at home. That way your parents and other people won't have to put up with you. Unfortunately for that your parents would have to hire a babysitter and I doubt anyone would want to babysit you.

My Togo order ticket time was 30 minutes when I was told 15 minutes. The tacos were cold. The soft tortilla was so hard And I couldn't even bite into it or chew it. I ordered the 2 entree for 25 online pick up order. My order consisted of chicken crispers, one plain, one honey chipotle. The plain chicken crispers were very greasy . I also ordered onion blossom also greasy, and fries were not crisp. I was just not satisfied with my order at all. I believe in if you wouldn't eat, you shouldn't serve it to a customer.
