Chili's Grill & Bar

On July 1, 2021 at 3:30 pm, we were at the Chili's in Richmond Indiana. First off, there was no sign that said "please wait to be seated" so my husband and I walked in and seated ourselves. A server came to our table to say we should move to another table closer to the bar so we could be waited on. We moved to another table then he said "let me take you over to this next table" okay, we were moved twice. Then the waitress came to our table, we told her we would like a menu, she told us we need to scan the menu to our phone to see it. We both have smart phones, neither phone would scan the bar code as we tried it several times. When she brought our drinks back, we told her the menu would not scan, she didn't care, she rudely told us that they don't have menus. I find it ridiculous that there are no menus anywhere in that restaurant? What about people who still have a flip phone? I guess they just won't eat at a Chili's. My husband told her we wanted the bill for the drinks so we could go, the waitress brought the bill back then walked away. What ever happened to customer service? I can tell you that waitress at Chili's in Richmond doesn't have good customer service skills. But boy, she took our money for the drinks. Thanks, Sandy Goforth [protected]@yahoo.com
