The previous page cleared with all the information. This is frustrating. Cell C is going to face the music I promise you. I am also moving some of my stuff during this week and alot is going on. I called through 3 times and the questions to do sim swop was failed because the providers have changed names and my employment is [censored] as I changed jobs 3 times so my previous employer is who because I don't know who registered me as I had left too soon. I want this sorted out now, if not sorted I am escalating this matter further and taking it to social media. Cell C is the worst service provider in South Africa, even Telkom is better than you. Now I was told to wait until 4 pm to call back and fail again. Why must I pay 115 when it is free at the call centre. Do you want me to pay to bypass the Sim swop nonsense questions? In that case you are thieves.
