CarMax review: Vehicle

I purchased a car through Car Max Finance, which I paid in full on 5/16/25 I asked question as to what happens next. I was told a variety of things I was told my title would be sent over to Wisconsin DMV the state in which I am located. I also was told it takes about a week to lien release and then the Wisconsin DMV will receive the lien release and then it will be mailed out to me. I called the Wisconsin DMV and the lien was not released! I called several times to get clear and accurate information and was again given a variation of thing, this upsets me it seems as though the representatives are knowledgeable on the subject at hand also, I am a customer who is not familiar with the process so I was call to get clear and concise information on the process which never happened I also wanted to update the mailing address and see if the title would go there, I was then given confusing information. this is bothersome. Please review the calls for training purposes and also reach out to me with the correct answer. PLEASE!
