I bought a car from Coliseum Lexus of Oakland on 04/12/2022 for $13,100.92

I bought a car from Coliseum Lexus of Oakland on 04/12/2022 for $13,100.92. I paid $2,440.00 for an optional *** Agreement. The finance manager, ***, told me it would cost about a dollar a day for one year. But I couldn't read the documents he showed me because his computer screen was too big. He would move the documents around for me to sign. Later, I found out that I was charged for the "Platinum with key" plan, which I didn't choose. I called *** and he said it was automatic for anyone who chose the optional plan. I cancelled the plan and signed the cancellation document, but I haven't gotten my refund yet. This is bad business.

Also, I saw a small crack on the windshield of the car I bought. They didn't tell me about it when I saw the car. I called Coliseum Lexus of Oakland to complain. They detailed the car before I bought it, so they should have seen the crack. I think they didn't tell me on purpose.
