I saw a 2016 *** Escape on their website for $12000+ with financing and monthly payment example thru Truecar. I asked for more info and went to check it out after work. The guy in the office told me the car was in another location in ***. He asked if I wanted to pay cash or finance, and I said finance. He then told me the price was now $16000+. I showed him the email with the original price, but he didn't have an answer. The advertised price was cash only, so why did they have an example of financing and monthly payments? It's confusing and frustrating.

I bought a car from Denali Motors LLC without test driving it, even though I asked twice. Turns out, there's no muffler and the check engine light came on the next day. We called them twice to let them know, but they didn't pass the message along. They denied it and said the person we talked to was fired. Later, they said they couldn't get the title from the auction they bought it from because of "family issues" and tried to sell us a more expensive car. We said no and asked for our down payment back. The next day, they said the title issue was fixed. They agreed to take the price of the muffler off the payment, but didn't tell us. They also asked my husband and his boss to lie about his income. They even said my husband could sign my name on the contract for another car they were trying to sell us. They're liars and shady. I'm missing half the paperwork they gave me. Don't trust them to sell anything.

I bought a 2013 *** Armada from Denali Motors LLC. Two weeks later, I saw black smoke coming from the tail pipe. I called the dealer and they said to bring it back. The mechanic said the head gaskets were bad and needed to be replaced. They had my truck for a while, but they didn't tell me what was going on. They didn't say if they fixed it or found any other problems. They didn't tell me when my truck was ready. I had to call them all the time, but they didn't answer. When I did talk to someone, they said they would put my truck on the street! I gave them my truck on June 27th and I still don't have it.

I was browsing on carGurus for a car to buy and I came across Denali Motors LLC. They had an Infiniti QX56 in grey and black with some nice rims and brand new black tires. I called the seller to ask if it was still available and he said yes. I asked how much it was and he said $7299. I agreed to buy it and we did everything over the phone and through text messages. He sent me a wire transfer to wire the money for him and I went to my bank and did it for him. He told me to hold on to it for a few days and I agreed.

After a few days, I called him to let him know that I was on my way to pick up the car. He said to come in and when I arrived, I saw the car but they had taken off the rims and tires. I told them that I wasn't going to take it without them because that's what I paid for. They refused to give them back to me and even put the car out of the dealer yard. I had to take it without them.

Now, I'm seeking help to get my rims and tires back or some of my money back. It's frustrating because I paid for something and didn't get what I paid for. I wouldn't recommend Denali Motors LLC to anyone.
