Carl's Jr. review: Rude manager who refused to serve customer

This morning I attempted to make an order for a breakfast platter at Hardees located at 2301 E. Little Creek Rd, in Norfolk Virginia. I was ordering inside the restaurant at about 7:10 a.m. There was no one in line & a young man attending to drive in customers. Since he did not have any customers he walked in my direction , only to turn around & walk away. He then returned at same time as manager approached from lobby. She ignored me as did the other worker, She was attempting to unroll plastic wrap.

I asked if someone was going to take my order whereby she stated that she was busy. I said, but I am a customer. At that point she came to the register. I said I would like a ham breakfast platter. She told me to have a nice day. To which I repled you are not taking my order? She said I was rude to her & that she was not taking my order. I requested corporate phone number which she refuse to provide, I requested to speak to manager. She refused to provide her name. I told her that I was definitely turning this in to corporate office. I left & drove home without my food & I am now filing my complaint. This is totally inappropriate for any store & should not be tolerated. I am 70 years old & this is a first for me. It is very unfortunate as I live nearby & have never received this kind of service or more appropriately stated, lack of service, In my opinion this manager should be fired immediately. She has no business working at Hardees. My hope is that she will be let go as she reflects poorly on Hardees.
