Captain D's / missing food and food employee

Today is my husband's birthday and my son went to get the whole family dinner, to my dismay when he got home the birthday guy did not get any food and my order was wrong and no cocktail sauce was put in our bag, this all happened in the drive thru. I called Captain D's when they returned home to let them know of this matter I asked to speak to a manager the worker came back to the phone in less than 10 second's and told me the manager was busy could she take a message? I said absolutely not my son just spent $65.00 at that point I was put on hold after 26 minutes I hung up. My son went back up there ( what a big inconvenience ) and there two employees and a manager doing the cooking, my son said there liquid from drink machine all over the floor. This has been the worst experience!!! Second time around my husband was asleep and never ate his birthday dinner and my side's were again wrong. My e_mail is [protected]@gmail.com
