I came through the drive thru around 2 o'clock today I ordered 2 meals and 1 drink my total was $20.77. While waiting in line I realized I had rewards points for a free dessert or appetizer so when I got to the window I told her and asked if it was too late to apply. She said no ordered the funnel cake sticks and then told me my total was $23.47. I asked if that was with the rewards points she said "oh no I forgot" took my phone and then said again the total of $23.47 I said is that with the funnel cakes discounted and she said "yeah it should be". I paid and received my food with no receipt when I asked she said it was in the bag. My receipt was not in the bag so I asked her again for it. She said she had to get a manger to get it for her so I said I would wait bc I think she charged me for the dessert. I waited for atleast 10 minutes with my food in the car for a manger that never came out and she came back and told me that he said to get my info and he would call me back. I have received no call back and I'm 100% sure I was charged for the dessert that I would've never ordered if I didn't have rewards points for them.
